Abstract

Ultra-wideband (UWB) technology has the advantages of low complexity, good spatio-temporal characteristics and strong penetrability, which can meet the precise positioning and vital sign detection functions of the emergency rescue command system. The system also realizes the real-time transmission of audio and video data by using the self-organizing network and the RTP protocol, providing a basis for effective command and dispatch of the emergency rescue site, and improving the quality and efficiency of the emergency rescue. After repeated experiment, optimization and improvement by testers, the system can meet the on-site command requirements of multiple types of emergency rescue, ensure the safety of rescuers, reach the international leading level in the industry, and has the value of promotion and use.
基于超宽带技术的应急救援指挥系统开发与应用
