It becomes necessary to improve the process of physical rehabilitation of hypertensive men of mature age. For this purpose, in men diagnosed with arterial hypertension, various schemes of systematic muscle activity are used. As a variant of the general recovery of this category of patients, a complex of physical training was developed and tested. Its effectiveness was compared with the effectiveness of the traditional rehabilitation option for arterial hypertension. Men of the first mature age, suffering from arterial hypertension for no more than 5 years, were taken under observation. They were randomly divided into 2 groups. One of them underwent traditional physical rehabilitation, the other group underwent rehabilitation according to the author's method. Standard tests for assessing the functional state of the body with statistical processing of the results were applied. In men who underwent rehabilitation according to the method developed by the authors, a more significant improvement in hemodynamic and functional parameters, cardiorespiratory and musculoskeletal systems was noted than in the group of men who received the traditional version of recovery.","PeriodicalId":15062,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Biochemical Technology","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.5,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"70815247","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Using inert restorations which lack interaction between restorative materials and tooth structure is not satisfactory nowadays. This has shifted the focus in biomaterial sciences towards innovative bioactive restorative materials that can remineralize remaining tooth structures and provide healing and protective properties. Understanding the remineralization process of demineralized dentine and the mechanism by which these bioactive materials potentially repair these tissues, will provide room for future advancements and clinical applications in restorative dentistry. This article provides a review of the basic dentine structure, the caries process, and different dentine remineralization models. Also, it details various bioactive materials with an understanding of their main classification in terms of remineralization potential.","PeriodicalId":15062,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Biochemical Technology","volume":"4 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.5,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"70833058","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In recent years, proteomic and genomic approaches have revolutionized cancer research, providing valuable insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying CRC. Epidemiological and clinical studies point to a connection between inflammation and development of cancer. Incidences of (CRC) have increased globally during the past decade. In this review, we will discuss the biomarker discovery approach for CRC, which involves a combination of proteomic and genomic perspectives. There are numerous promising biomarkers that must improve life expectancy or quality of life to be evaluated for use in clinical practice. We will cover the important steps such as sample collection, protein extraction, separation, mass spectrometry (MS) analysis, genomic profiling, data analysis, validation, and functional characterization. By utilizing both proteomics and genomics, researchers can identify potential biomarkers for CRC, leading to better diagnostics and personalized treatment options.","PeriodicalId":15062,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Biochemical Technology","volume":"101 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135312092","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Many ingredients in this group are called \"aromatic\" because they have a pleasant smell. Aromatic compounds and their derivatives are used in many areas of industry, especially in the pharmaceutical industry. Aromatic substances have a very important place not only in pharmaceutical product but also in many industrial areas such as cosmetics, dyes, textiles, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, cosmetics, perfumery, preservatives, sweeteners. With our study, we examined the properties, history, source, and place of aromatic substances in the pharmaceutical industry and wanted to draw attention to the awareness of the privilege of aromatic substances for the pharmaceutical industry. Drugs are classified according to their pharmacological properties as analgesics, antibiotics, antihistamines, antiallergics, antipyretics, anti inflammatories, analeptics, anesthetics, and antidepressants. It is seen that drugs containing aromatic structures have one or more of these classes. We believe that the design of new and original aromatic drugs will carry the pharmaceutical industry to a higher level.","PeriodicalId":15062,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Biochemical Technology","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136303364","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Four Ascomycota fungi were isolated from the soil sample. The preliminary identification based on morphological characters using taxonomic keys was done only up to the genus level, due to overlapping characters, making identification difficult. Therefore the Internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region also called as fungal DNA barcode was sequenced. The obtained results were compared with GenBank, the NCBI database, and identification was made up to species level based on the similarity search result. The phylogenetic relationship among the species and between species was studied using a neighbor-joining tree. The genetic distance between the study fungi was computed through the maximum composite likelihood model. These sequences were deposited in GenBank, NCBI, and accession numbers were allotted by GenBank to the submitted sequences. Based on the morphological characters and the DNA sequence analysis results, the isolated fungus was identified as Aspergillus terrus and Aspergillus flavus .","PeriodicalId":15062,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Biochemical Technology","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.5,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"70821360","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Although, the synthesis of β-glucosidase enzyme remains deficient in most of the Trichoderma spp. but the same was found considerably higher in the newly isolated fungus. Untreated and dried lignocellulosic biomasses of water hyacinth ( Eichhornia crassipes ) and municipal solid wastes were used as abundant and cost-effective substrates. Trichoderma atroviride AD-130 showed the highest cellulase activity on the fourth day of incubation at pH 7.0, temperature 30°C, 2% substrate concentration, and agitation speed of 180 rpm under submerged fermentation. The cellulase production decreased sharply when any of the optimized factors, whether pH, temperature, substrate concentration, or agitation speed was either increased or decreased beyond the optimized ones. Also, the poised proportion of FPase and β-glucosidase secreted by the cited fungus could have helped in completing the hydrolytic procedure efficiently.","PeriodicalId":15062,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Biochemical Technology","volume":"48 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135500870","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Many studies have also shown that students with high levels of nomophobia have a higher risk of stress. However, very few researchers are interested in studying loneliness as a mediation factor for the relationship between nomophobia and stress. This study investigated whether the loneliness factor is a mediator in the relationship between nomophobia and stress in Vietnamese high school students. Participants include 556 Vietnamese high school students. Participants completed the Nomophobia Scale, Depression Anxiety Stress Scales 21, The UCLA loneliness scale version 3. In this research, to test variable relationships, the mediation analyzing method by the PROCESS macro 3.5 will be applied. The research concludes that for Vietnam high school students, the mediating role of loneliness was identified in the relationship between nomophobia and stress. It is a suggestion through this research that nomophobia preventive and mitigating measures should reduce loneliness in students.","PeriodicalId":15062,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Biochemical Technology","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.5,"publicationDate":"2022-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"70843754","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
