Problems will arise is safeness does not countered. The purpose of this research is to analyse between independent variable and dependent variable. The population sampling are 68 crews ships at Pelabuhan Perikanan pantai Agung, Rembang. The research methodology use is non-probability technique using incidental type sampling. The data collection method is questionnaire. The data analysing technique is multi linear regression which consists of validity test, reliability test, classic assumsion test and hypothesis test. The result shows that there is positive partial influence between fishing boats crews, ships’ seaworthiness, ships’ life-saving equipment and navigational safety aids to the fishing boats safety voyages. So, it could be concludes yaht the four variables have positive and significant influence to the fishing boats safety voyages. In order to ensure the safeness both crews ships and ship owners, they have to be discipline in following the rules. And for the Port Authority of Bojomulyo, Juwana when issuing the Port Clearance and Seaworthiness Certificate should be more cautious, especially when inspecting the ships stability, design and life-saving equipment. As for the Port Authority officers to always updating their competencies and proficiencies to increase the safeness of voyages.Keywords : Ship life-saving Equipment, Fishing Boats, Voyages safeness.Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi karena seringnya kecelakaan kapal ikan di Indonesia yang menyebabkan keselamatan pelayaran terancam dan menimbulkan kerugian cukup besar bagi pemilik kapal. Dengan melihat permasalahan yang ada, apabila masalah keselamatan pelayaran di laut tidak diperhatikan dengan baik, dikhawatirkan akan terjadi peningkatan jumlah kecelakaan kapal dari tahun ke tahun, tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Dengan populasi awak kapal yang ada di Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai Tasikagung, Rembang di ambil sampel sebanyak 68 responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan teknik non-probability sampling jenis insidental sampling, pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner, teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi berganda meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan pengujian hipotesis. It is found in all container terminals. RTG is almost the same as a Container Crane (CC) but its functions and movements are more dynamic. The CC is used on the jetty and attached to the edge of the jetty while RTG is more usable and efficient than other heavy equipment. Koja, Jakarta’s containers terminal has 25 RTG Units that operate and use a PLC (Programmable Logic Control) system for running the Spreaders, Gantries, Trolleys and Wheels as needed. RTG also capable of serving 5 to 6 lines in each block. The results of this study stated that the problems that occurred on the RTG includes: the burnout of the Gantry motor caused by the dirty motor, the broken twist lock that could cause collision between containers and also the lack of skill or understanding of the RTG operator.Keywords: Containers, Spreaders, Twist lock Ruber tyred Gantry (RTG) adalah suatu alat berat yang terdapat di semua tempat terminal peti kemas yang berguna untuk mengangkat Container (peti kemas) dari dermaga ke tempat penumpukan Container atau sebaliknya. RTG ini hampir sama dengan alat berat Container Crane (CC) tetapi fungsi dan pergerakannya lebih dinamis. CC digunakan di dermaga dan menempel di pinggir dermaga sedangkan RTG lebih leluasa digunakan dan lebih efisien dari alat berat lainnya. Di terminal peti kemas koja Jakarta memiliki 25 Unit RTG yang beroperasi dan memakai system PLC (Programmable Logic Control) dari menggerakan Spreader,Gantry, Troley dan Roda untuk berjalan sesuai keinginan operator. RTG mampu melayani 5 sampai 6 baris dalam setiap blok. This certainly affects the number of work accidents that occur on board. To prevent and reduce the occurrence of risk due to the negligence of the crew who do not heed the use of Personal Protective Equipment while working on board, each shipping company will monitor the crew's discipline in using Personal Protective Equipment while working on board. Globalization could also cause relations between countries closer due to the interaction in political, defense, and economic cooperation. One form of cooperation is the ASEAN economic communities; this will make competition between ASEAN countries more stringent. That is why Indonesia needs to prepare in all respects including aspects of export-import performances.This research was analyzed using three variables they are government policy, logistic system and product quality as independent variable influencing dependent variable that is export performance. In this research the object taken is manufacturing companies that actively carry out export activities at Tanjung Emas Port of Semarang. Data sources include primary and secondary data. The sample in this study is 124 manufacturing companies that actively carry out export activities at the Tanjung Emas Port of Semarang. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regression technique. The result of multiple linear regression equation showed that there were a positive influence partially between government policy toward export performance meaning that independent variable influences simultaneously to dependent variable, government policy variable, logistic system and product quality influences by 44,2% toward export performance and 55,8% influenced by undetectable research variables.Keywords : Export Performance, Government Policy, Logistics System, Product QualityBanyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja ekspor, seperti : kebijakan pemerintah, sistem logistik, kebijakan produk yang kesemuanya itu sangat mempengaruhi kinerja ekspor. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 124 responden yang merupakan perusahan Manufakturing yang aktif melaksanakan kegiatan ekspor di Pelabuhan Tanjung Emas Semarang. Teknik analisis datanya adalah teknik regresi linier berganda. This occurs due to tectonic earthquakes, they are fault tectonic earthquake rises and a fault tectonic earthquake downs. The epicenter of the earthquakes is on the seabed with the strength of the earthquake > 6 on the Richter scale. But, the biggest and most dangerous impact of the tsunami is at the port or at the beach. In fault tectonic earthquakes rises is occurs when high waves approach the port and ships that are close to the port or someone who are leaning on the harbor can be blown ashore or even be reversed back to the sea. This could take a lot of casualties. In the other hand, tsunami due to fault tectonic earthquakes downs is occurs the seawater near the beach suddenly receded so that the fish seemed to flounder, which was feared by many fishermen to catch fish, at the interval of 20 minutes came high waves reaching up to 10 m which could took a lot of casualties. The impact of the tsunami on a ship is when she is the middle of the sea then came high wave. The ship can oscillate and if she is a small ship, she can be thrown into the middle of the sea and could be hit by high waves after high waves which could cause accidents or the ship to move towards the port and hit the port or something at the port.Keywords : Tsunami, Ship Accident, WatchfulTsunami merupakan gejala alam yang terjadi secara tiba-tiba, hal ini terjadi disebabkan karena adanya gempa bumi tektonik, yaitu gempa bumi tektonik sesar naik dan gempa bumi tektonik sesar turun. Pusat gempa bumi di dasar laut dengan kekuatan gempa > 6 skala richter. Percobaan bom nuklir di dasar laut, longsoran material di dasar laut dan adanya tsunami disebabkan gempa bumi tektonik di dasar laut. Dampak yang paling besar dan berbahaya akibat tsunami adalah di pelabuhan atau di pinggir pantai. Tsunami akibat gempa bumi tektonik sesar turun. Saat terjadi gempa, air laut dekat pantai mendadak surut sehingga ikan-ikan terlihat menggelepar yang dikhawatirkan banyak nelayan ramai-ramai menangkap ikan, kemudian selang waktu 20 menit datang ombak besar dan tinggi mencapai 10 m sehingga memakan banyak korban jiwa, sedangkan pada gempa tektonik sesar naik gelombang tinggi langsung menuju pantai sehingga korban jiwa juga cukup banyak. Dampak tsunami pada kapal yaitu saat berada di tengah laut gelombang tinggi menghantam kapal, kapal bisa terombang-ambing dan apabila kapal kecil bisa tenggelam. Jika kapal berada dekat pelabuhan, saat terjadi tsunami akibat gempa bumi tektonik sesar turun, kapal akan bergerak ke tengah laut kemudian akan dihantam ombak besar dengan gelombang tinggi dapat menyebabkan terjadinya kecelakaan kapal atau kapal bergerak menuju pelabuhan dan akan menabrak sesuatu yang ada di pelabuhan. Sea toll means building sea transportation with ships or sea logistic system which will serve nonstop back and forth from Sabang to Merauke. One of the factors to support this is by building ports (deep sea port) order to give faraway to big ships. A course that spreading as far as 5,000 kilometers or an eighth circumference of the earth One of the purposes of sea toll is to move the economy as efficient and evenly as possible. With the hope that, there will be ships back and forth on Indonesian water, so logistics cost will be cheap. That is why; sea toll is one of President Joko Widodo’s priorities which are also meant to develop Indonesia as maritime country and develop Indonesia as national unity. The population of this research is all freight forwarding company in Semarang, Central Java. The sample was selected by sampling technique where the sample was 100 companies. The data were collected by using questionnaires, interviews, and documentations. The data analysis used was multi regression analysis of SPSS Version 17 for windows. The results of this research showed that: 1) Technology Information have a significant positive effect on the benefit of rivalry with a probability value of 0.01<0.05; 2) Innovation have no significant advantage with a probability value 0f 0.06>0.05: and have a significant positive effect on performance with a probability value of 0.000<0.05. The coefficient of determination (R2)is 0.71 or 0.71%. This shows that 71% of the competitive advantage is affected by the information technology affected by other independent variables not under study.Keywords: Information Technology , Innovation , Competitive Advantage And PerformancePenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan teknologi informasi dan inovasi terhadap keunggulan bersaing serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan Freight Forwading di Semarang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 perusahaan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan program spss versi 17 for window. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) penerapan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing dengan nilai probability 0,01<0,05; 2) inovasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing dengan nilai probability 0,06>0,05; 3) keunggulan bersaing secara berpengaruh positif dan signifikan kinerja perusahaan dengan nilai probability 0,00<0,05. Dan diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi (R2 ) sebesar 71 %. There are many factors that connected with customer such as trust, facility and service quality. This research objective is to analyze if there is a positive influence, both individually and simultaneously between independent variables which are trust, facility and service quality to the dependent variable which is customers. In this research the object are the customers of PT Panah Persada Logisindo Semarang. The data sources are primary and secondary data using sampling technique of 80 respondents. The results of multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive influence and partial significant between (t= 3,543 > ttebal = 1, 99167) Trust, (t=4,976 >ttebal=1,99167 ) Facility and (t =3,908 > ttebal= 1, 99167) Service Quality effected by customer satisfaction.Keywords: Trust, Facility, Service Quality, Customer SatisfactionKepuasaan Pelanggan merupakan faktor penting terhadap kelangsungan hidup sebuah perusahaan. Ada banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi Kepuasaan Pelanggandipengaruhi oleh kepercayaan, fasilitas dan Kualitas Pelayanaan. Perumusan masalah, tujuan penelitian dan hipotesis pada latar belakang masalah dan tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis adakah pengaruh yang positif baik secara individual dan simultan antara variabel independen yaitu kepercayaan, fasilitas, kualitas pelayanaan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu Kepuasaan Pelanggan. Pada penelitian ini obyek yang diambil pengguna jasa Freight forwarder PT Panah Persana Logisindo Semarang Sumber data meliputi data primer dan sekunder. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 80 responden teknik sampling yang digunakan seluruh populasi dijadikan sample.
