In multi-label text categorization multiple features share a common class and the process of classification suffered a problem of selection of relevance feature for the classification. In this paper proposed feature optimization based multi-label text categorization. The process of feature optimization is done by ant colony optimization. The ant colony optimization accrued the relevant common feature of document to class. For the process of classification used cluster mapping classification technique. The feature optimization process reduces the loss of data during the transformation of feature mapping during the classification. For the validation of proposed algorithm used some standard dataset such as webpage data, medical search data and RCV1 dataset. Our empirical evaluation shows that proposed algorithm is better than fuzzy relevance technique and other classification technique.","PeriodicalId":149896,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Computers, Communications, and Systems (ICCCS)","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130881713","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Classification methods are popularly used method whose algorithms are best suitable in medical diagnosis. Among them C4.5 Decision Tree algorithm and Naïve Bayes algorithm are effectively used for classifying medical data. Both algorithms are most capable to classify the pregnancy data of present research study. The main aim of this paper is to highlight concept of standardization of parameters selected for data collection in study to achieve elevated results of classification by selected classification algorithms. The paper also presents how efficiently risk levels can be predicted by the selected algorithms to protect pregnant women from complications in pregnant women health. Pregnancy data of present research study is considered for classifying and predicting complications leading to different risk levels during pregnancy. The best algorithm among selected two algorithms namely C4.5 and Naïve Bayes Classifier is identified in the paper for further improving the efficiency of selected classifier. By identifying the risks in pregnancy, present maternal and fetal mortality rate can be efficiently reduced to lower rates thus providing a safe pregnancy period, post natal period and a healthy baby to pregnant mothers.","PeriodicalId":149896,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Computers, Communications, and Systems (ICCCS)","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116744052","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Battery of a mobile phone is always considered as a major problem for the manufacturers. People always complain about their phones battery, that they don't have a long battery life. In this paper, we would like to introduce a new idea with the charging of cell phones wireless with the help of microwaves over a large scale. Microwaves are the radio waves that are used to communicate through two mobile phones. Here we use microwaves as a power transmitter to our mobile phones. For this we require a sensor, a rectenna circuit and a filer in our mobile phone. The microwave is sent with the message by the transmitter using antenna at frequency 2.24 GHz.","PeriodicalId":149896,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Computers, Communications, and Systems (ICCCS)","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116076932","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The problem arise from the possibility of the outliers to become a bad data which can lead to error. One of the technique for identifying as well as eliminating outliers is generalized extreme student deviate (GESD). In this research the implementation of GESD on FPGA is examined. There are two complicated operations on GESD, i.e. division and square root which would be evaluated to find the most efficient processor design. The combination of Binomial and CORDIC has the most efficient resource utilizations with 48%. It provides additional information that is complementary to existing methods for target classification and recognition. In this paper, the signal of the three different helicopters rotation is simulated, the signal of interest is analyzed by the Time-Frequency analysis (TFA), firstly. We use the reassigned smoothed pseudo Wigner-Ville distribution (RSPWVD) to attenuate the cross-term interference due to bilinear operation. Then, the mean frequency profiles (MFPs) are extracted from the result of the TFA and the dimension of the feature vectors (FV) is reduced by the Kernel Principal Component Analysis (KPCA) method. Finally, a modified adaptive boosting algorithm, called Ada_MCBoost, is proposed in detail, the results from the simulated data are given to verify the validity of the algorithm proposed in this paper.","PeriodicalId":149896,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Computers, Communications, and Systems (ICCCS)","volume":"340 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115264255","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Though the existing literature demonstrates a set of variegated visual cues to detect or evaluate the absence or presence of sharpness, we emphasize in the current work that high frequency content and local standard deviation can form strong features to compute perceived sharpness in any natural image, and can be considered an able alternative for the existing cues. Unsharp areas in a natural image happen to exhibit uniform intensity or lack of sharp changes between regions. Sharp region transitions in an image are caused by the presence of spatial high frequency content. Therefore, in the proposed framework, we hypothesize that using the high frequency content as the principal stimulus, the perceived sharpness can be quantified in an image. Using extensive experiments, the performance of the proposed framework is demonstrated in terms of different filters and varying pooling strategies. The experiments conducted on four publicly available databases demonstrate improved performance of the proposed framework over that of the state-of-the-art techniques for blind evaluation of perceptual degradation resulting due to the presence of blur.","PeriodicalId":149896,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Computers, Communications, and Systems (ICCCS)","volume":"59 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-12-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126862938","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
