To solve `curse of dimensionality' problem and enhance the accuracy of multi-label learning, Variable K-nearest Locally Linear Embedding (VKLLE) and Variable K-nearest Semi-Supervised Locally Linear Embedding (VKSSLLE) are proposed. Different from existing approaches, the proposed algorithms calculate the proper number of nearest neighbors according to the distribution of sample points in dataset, which avoids smoothing or elimination of small-scale structure in the manifold as well as false division of the continuous manifold into irrelevant sub-manifolds. To verify the performances of the proposed algorithms, different dimensionality reduction algorithms are respectively incorporated with multi-label naive Bayes classifier to solve multi-label learning problem. Results on artificial dataset and two real-world datasets show that proposed algorithms can effectively enhance the accuracy of multi-label learning.","PeriodicalId":149896,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Computers, Communications, and Systems (ICCCS)","volume":"88 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123115820","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The discovery of these neurons in humans has explained quite a lot of our behaviour patterns. The decoding logic of these neurons forms the vital component to the proposed neural network in this paper. The backdrop to the central idea of mirror neurons is the notion that people's behaviour tends to effect the way in which they browse the web. Using these ideas a neural network can be built based on the working of mirror neurons which can play a vital role in classifying websites into categories. DMOZ provides an open directory of websites and using this large database as a training set, the neural network is trained. The neural network is then subjected to websites that are not listed in DMOZ and are classified based on their mirroring percentage. The decoding principles of mirror neurons are discussed and their role in the foundation for the design of the neural network is explained in detail. The results obtained can be used to effectively classify new websites into one of the DMOZ categories.","PeriodicalId":149896,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Computers, Communications, and Systems (ICCCS)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114369060","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The features are widely used in the field of pedestrian detection, but the calculation speed is slow, and it is not fit for the situation of high real-time demand. This paper introduces the original HOG feature extraction algorithm, and simplifies some time consuming steps for the hardware implementation, namely gradient calculation in the HOG feature extraction and histogram calculation to meet the requirements for hardware implementation. This paper also particularly analyzed the size of gradient used in different simplified methods, shows the simulation results in Matlab2014a, and compared the calculation results and computing time of different methods, proving the correctness and efficiency of the simplified method, which lays a theoretical basis for the follow-up of hardware implementation.","PeriodicalId":149896,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Computers, Communications, and Systems (ICCCS)","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124135271","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

How do we get better results which means the optimization result as close to the actual minimum/maximum as possible by GA? The paper presents a trial method, as a practical optimizing strategy for GA, called multi-step GA to get the better optimization result than that result calculated by GA running once. The multi-step GA introduces the two variable “maxStep” and “maxRound” as the new stopping conditions to specify the number of iterations so that GA can get better results in limited trial steps. It is proved that the method is an effective method for GA to increase accuracy generally by three different experiments regardless of optimization problems and varieties of GA. The method presented in this paper improves the accuracy of GA in whole or externally instead of improving the component parts of GA internally. It let the evolution of the world of the genome finish completely, and replays the world again and again to find the optimal result of that world.","PeriodicalId":149896,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Computers, Communications, and Systems (ICCCS)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125860249","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The review of UAS consists about the roadmap and the previous plans of compatibility research study. It leads to an approach, which proposes a model of interference as a method to assess the compatibility of incumbent system towards the new system. ITU has studied the potential use in 5000-5150 MHz. This frequency band is occupied mainly with aircraft-related communications. However, the previous planned spectrum has not yet supported BLoS signal. The problems are lack of satellite system in 5000-5150 MHz and lack of bandwidth in 960-1164 MHz and 5000-5150 MHz. Therefore, we give our attention to another spectrum such as FSS spectrum that is able to support large bandwidth and to provide satellite system. We identify the issues in BLoS radio signal and the parameter of compatibility. It yields a workflow that has an input, the parameters of compatibility and an output. The model we propose has a basis in interference model between two systems.","PeriodicalId":149896,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Computers, Communications, and Systems (ICCCS)","volume":"65 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122230893","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The proposed encoding feature for LLC retains the basic form of Iterative re-weighting Sparse Ranking (ISR), and the final classification is directly made according to a normalized reconstruction error. Compared with other approaches, the proposed method avoids extracting sophisticated features and does not require the learning of a classifier. Experimental results show that the proposed approach improves rank-1 recognition accuracy on the CAVIAR4REID dataset from 29% to 31% with much lower computational costs.","PeriodicalId":149896,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Computers, Communications, and Systems (ICCCS)","volume":"70 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116818867","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
