Since the ionosphere of earth has been a topic of innovation and great discoveries for almost century. The GPS signal experiences several changes as it passes through the ionosphere. [1] The Indian low latitude ionosphere is characterized by large spatial and temporal variations which are originated from equatorial and low latitude electrodynamics that exhibits phenomena like (daytime) equatorial ionization anomaly (EIA) and night-time large scale plasma depletions known as equatorial plasma bubbles. [2] During post sunset ionospheric scintillations/TEC the GPS performance is highly affected due to ionospheric delay. Thus, same filter can be used as a differentiator as well as an integrator in different frequency bands. The transfer functions of the proposed systems have infinite impulse response (IIR) and are derived using genetic algorithm optimization technique. The beauty of the proposed transfer functions is that these are only of second order and have almost linear phase response over the full Nyquist frequency range.","PeriodicalId":149896,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Computers, Communications, and Systems (ICCCS)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131443724","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

But the conventional system development is not enough to fulfill those requirements. It needs a new method of solution to overcome those challenges. Component Based Software Engineering (CBSE) can be a solution, in where Component Based Software development (CBSD) is a process that follows the design and construction of computer based systems using reusable components. To develop a customer effective system, it requires some additional criteria, must have to follow in development. Many researchers avail to develop many different models and methodologies to overcome those challenges. But those models are not enough to handle customer oriented issues properly as their actual needs and also a complete system development model including new component development by providing pre-analyzed component development phases. Therefore new model is required to overcome those challenges. In our research we proposed a system development life cycle model which has incorporated most importantly customer participation, customer support, customer feedback analysis and new component development phases by providing fully complete customer requirement oriented framework. Our propose model for CBSD named as Customer Requirement Oriented CBSD life cycle Model (CROM).","PeriodicalId":149896,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Computers, Communications, and Systems (ICCCS)","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114820468","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The idea behind the proposed algorithm is to fuse the over-segmented image blocks, according to a similarity criterion. The proposed schema includes two steps segmentation, a rough segmentation and a fine segmentation. In the rough segmentation, image blocks are fused to form a large region, in which a likelihood difference function based on Gamma distribution is employed as a similarity measure. In the fine segmentation, a pixel-level segmentation is carried out, aiming to obtain a more smooth segmentation edge. Experimental results on two SAR image are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.","PeriodicalId":149896,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Computers, Communications, and Systems (ICCCS)","volume":"92 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125328403","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The experimentation is confined to the augmentation of spectral and excitation (glottal) domains of speech. LSF and MFCC are used to represent the spectrum and as input predictor variables to the above mentioned neural networks. It contains the use of neural network in the voice conversion framework. The function of artificial neural network is to map the spectral characteristics of a source speaker to the target speaker so as to obtain an authenticated voice conversion model. The temporal alignment of the speech uttered by source and the target is attained using Dynamic Time Warping (Dynamic Programming). The excitation mapping is accomplished using Residual Selection method. The performances of these Voice Conversion systems are assessed using subjective and objective measures which assure the genuineness of the conversion system design.","PeriodicalId":149896,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Computers, Communications, and Systems (ICCCS)","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131882930","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, we address the problem of automatically detecting and tracking unknown number of people in multiple synchronized cameras. We present a novel approach for multicamera tracking-by-detection with particle filter. To achieve the necessary robustness, the target-individual appearance model and the location likelihood is integrated to associate detections to trackers. Furthermore, particle filters are generated to cope with fails in detecting. Contrary to recent approaches, we focus on designing an online algorithm which is more suitable for real world applications and only makes use of information from the past. Our experiments on public data set yield good tracking performance and we demonstrate the validity of our approach with quantitative evaluation.","PeriodicalId":149896,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Computers, Communications, and Systems (ICCCS)","volume":"152 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134229380","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
