This study aims to identify factors that affecting the continuance intention towards a mobile purchase on transportation services provided by Go-jek. The model was examined using Partial-Least Square (PLS) on SmartPLS software. The results showed that system quality, information quality, service quality and privacy and security concerns affect continuance intention towards mobile purchase through trust, flow, and satisfaction. Flow has indirectly impact on continuance intention through satisfaction. In addition, trust affects flow, which in turn affects satisfaction. Implications and suggestions are proposed to mobile commerce research according to these findings.","PeriodicalId":149604,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on ICT For Smart Society (ICISS)","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115824142","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is particularly important when it comes to government institutions because the measure of success is not directly measurable. The alignment of business strategy and information technology (Business IT-Alignment — BITA) has been trusted to be one of the keys to the success of IT implementation. The influence of culture, such as national culture, organizational culture, and suborganization to BITA, has made the researchers conduct various studies because culture cannot be separated from human factors as the factor of business actors and users of information technology (IT). Statistics Indonesia (BPS), one of the government institutions which has the task of providing statistic information in Indonesia, is trying to improve the role of IT in order to improve the quality of public services for the community. In order to make improvement for the role of IT to meet BPS business objectives, awareness of the importance of BITA is required. Various studies have been conducted to prove the influence between BITA with ITE and BITA with OC. However, up to this time there has been no research that proves the existence of the relationship between ITE with culture. This study reviews whether there is a relationship between ITE with BITA, ITE with culture, or BITA with culture, so it can later be used as a reference for BPS to improve ITE.","PeriodicalId":149604,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on ICT For Smart Society (ICISS)","volume":"83 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122380740","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It has advantages such as higher quantity and quality of production, cleaner, more efficient use of fertilizers and water, and also easier in pest and disease control. Hydroponics system requires precision, patience, and regular monitoring which is quite a challenge to conduct. Here we propose a monitoring system designed with PH sensor, Electro Conductivity Sensor, water temperature sensor, air temperature, Light Sensor, GSM / GPRS, Open Garden Shield, Open Garden Hydroponic, and Arduino Uno as main board or microcontroller. We found the results of number of leaves and plant height during the test for each plant as follows: on the lettuce it has 6 leaves and 3.6 cm tall, for red spinach plants it has 6 leaves and 3.8 cm high, while in mustard plant pak choy, the number of leaves obtained is about 6 strands with height 4.2 cm. Two weeks of testing on lettuce, red spinach, and mustard pak choy indicated that the sensor and the system were operating well.","PeriodicalId":149604,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on ICT For Smart Society (ICISS)","volume":"101 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123163445","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In terms of network, Indonesia is ready however in terms of traffic is still very low. There are important developments to note, the rapidly growing Internet, Smart City, the Internet of Things, the rising cyber security risks, and the development of mobile broadband. This makes the need for IPv6 higher as a safe and reliable internet resource. Slow IPv6 implementation increases the risk of internet security in Indonesia. Unfortunately, the biggest ISP in Indonesia seems reluctant for migrating its network to support IPv6. They argues that the content industry is not ready for IPv6 yet. The government as IPv6 promoter must find a solution to speed up IPv6 implementation.","PeriodicalId":149604,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on ICT For Smart Society (ICISS)","volume":"109 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127028687","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, reviews have variations in both quality and usability. Course aggregator website has voting systems where participants can vote on whether or not a review is helpful to them. For a popular course, the number of reviews can be thousands. Thus, users have difficulty filtering out useful information. In this paper, program prototypes are developed to categorize helpful reviews automatically. It was able to automatically classify helpful reviews using the Naive Bayes algorithm. Our experiments show that performing data filtering with sentiment analysis can improve the performance of evaluation parameters in classifying useful reviews.","PeriodicalId":149604,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on ICT For Smart Society (ICISS)","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128957834","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
