In fact, there are still many in the news media often ignore the moral (ethics). That is a lot of information that is communicated or written using vulgar languages. Violating moral in conveying information to the public means that it can provoke anger and hatred can even lead to lawsuits against the mass media. Morality journalism is an attempt to prevent journalists have a negative effect through his writings. Idealist, a journalist in conveying information to the public, guided by moral principles, write down what happened to the state / condition really is. In the matter of morality, consciously absolute journalists to determine and choose exactly what you want to talk to the public. Moral is civility (courtesy) as a guide for obtaining the meaning of morality in the true sense. Moral awareness, a journalist must be built upon a strong foundation in a manner that is able to distinguish between error with truth. For the purpose of this study wanted to know how the application of the moral, the journalist's role in conveying information to the public. In order to gather and collect data and information is current and accurate, the author uses a qualitative method through observation, interviews with content analysis approach and using analytical writing techniques framing. Studies conducted in the formulation of the problem in this paper, revolves around the application of Journalists Between Morality and Reality Idealita in conveying information to the public. In general, the notion of gender is a visible difference between men and women when viewed from values and behavior. In the Women Studies Encyclopedia it is explained that Gender is a cultural concept, seeking to make a distinction in terms of the roles, behaviors, mentality, and emotional characteristics of the growing male and female in society. However, reality in society indicates that gender differences give rise to various forms of inequality and injustice. Islam is a religion that strongly emphasizes the importance of respect for human beings and it seems his teaching is very accommodating to human values. One form of elaboration of human values is a sincere recognition of human equality and unity. The women of Rasulullah SAW era are described as active, polite, well-preserved women. In fact, in the Qur'an, the ideal figure of a Muslim is symbolized as a person who has independence in politics, like the figure of Queen Balqis who leads the superpower kingdom (`arsyun` azhim). Communication is the exchange of ideas, information, feelings or thoughts between people (individuals) face to face (face to face), verbal and non verbal. While counseling is a reciprocal relationship between two individuals, where a counselor is trying to help the other (the client) to try to solve the problems he is facing.Relation of gender is a social relationship between men and women who are socially formed and culture in doing everything. Based on the findings, it turns out that the meeting in West Aceh district, who want to appear in politics and to become ruler is still zero percent. With the seven universities is expected to improve the quality of public education in West Aceh, one of them with the help of mass media such as local radio, Indonesian Republic Radio Meulaboh. This study focused on only two state universities, namely the University of Teuku Umar and the State Islamic Institute Meulaboh. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive research method. The primary data source is the result of interview excerpts with informants, while the secondary data in the supporting documents. The data collection technique consists of the interviews, observation and documentation. IRR Meulaboh role in disseminating education can be seen from its programs 'Universitaria'. The program provides a space for University to be able to say hello to direct the public to provide the latest information through informants experts without the cost of socialization and education programs can reduce the information gap for people so that clarity and transparency in accessing information university met, especially for those who have the economic burden to continue education outside of the region to make the university in West Aceh as the main option. Managing the broadcasting business is a difficult and challenging. This research aims to analyze the activity of management and organizational performance ACEH TV television media in an effort to disseminate the Islamic Sharia and Preservation of Local Culture in Aceh. This research is descriptive qualitative. Informants of this research is managing director, program director, executive producer, cameraman / reporter, as well as additional informants Regional Chairman of the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPID) Aceh, Aceh Province Department of Islamic Law, and local media observers. The location of this research is in Banda Aceh, Aceh province.Sampling was done purposively. Data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed by analysis of an interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the ACEH TV as the medium of television that is broadcasting management ACEH have done according to a local television broadcasting standard. Agenda setting function of mass media performed in the ACEH TV dissemination of Islamic Shariah in Aceh and local culture to influence the people of Aceh to implement Islamic Sharia and also maintain the culture and local wisdom Aceh. It can be seen from all the programs that are aired ACEH TV is a program of local cultural nuances of Islamic law.There are still some shortcomings in running broadcasting broadcasting technology such as lack of equipment that is increasingly sophisticated. The results of image editing is very simple, and some programs presenter still looks stiff when in front of the camera. The research literature is done by reading textbooks, legislation, and other reading materials related to this research. While the field research conducted by interviewing informants. The results showed that social media \"Facebook\" very effective way of delivering a variety of things including the introduction of a track record as well as the vision and mission of the future leaders of Aceh Jaya fore. Campaigns that use social networking \"Facebook\" more influential than campaigns that are only focused on the delivery of any information or content (in the sense of simply using billboard and his card only). In the use of social media \"Facebook\" there are various impacts. There are two impacts: the effect of positive and negative impacts.
