Organizational culture that represents a set of value, trust and shared meaning that is applied intensively and institutionalizes will provide collective benefits that can make the organizational culture strong which will give of success to the company where success of organization depend on organizational culture because organizational culture is the most important construct in building and maintaining a company's success.This study discusses the mapping of organizational culture in one of the automotive companies in Indonesia based on the Denison cultural organization model that has four dimensions, namely mission, consistency, involvement and adaptability. The sample of 174 aimed at employees in all divisions and in all hierarchy in the company.The results of the study show that the company has a strong culture in each division of work and hierarchical companies. Taxes have a very important role to play in state revenues in the present, This happens because taxes are a sure source of contribution to the country. In this regard, the importance of managing tax is a priority for the government. There are various types of taxes imposed on the public, one of which is the Land and Building Tax. This study aims to determine the effect of taxpayer awareness and tax knowledge on taxpayer compliance in paying land and building tax in the city of Bengkalis. The sample in this study were 347 taxpayers in the city of Bengkalis. The sample collection technique used in this study was using non probability sampling by convenience sampling method. The types of data used in this study are quantitative data in the form of values or scores on the answers given by respondents to the questions in the questionnaire. The data source used is primary data. Primary data obtained from direct observation, interviews, questionnaires and observations. The method of data analysis uses the test of validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausal komparatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang berjumlah 20 perusahaan dari perusahaan LQ 45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode tahun 2012-2017 sehingga total sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 120. Metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perputaran Kas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ROA. Sedangkan Perputaran Piutang berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap ROA. Dengan demikian manajemen perusahaan untuk meningkatkan profitabilitas (ROA) harus mampu mengelola perputaran kasnya agar likuiditas dari perusahaan dapat terjaga dengan baik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu kuesioner, observasi wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data regresi linier berganda menggunakan software SPSS for windows.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) variabel brand image yang terdiri dari citra pembuat, citra produk tabungan BNI Taplus pada PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kantor Wilayah Banjarmasin dengan nilai Fhitung 1,601 dan nilai signifikan 0,194 (2) Variabel citra produk tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap keputusan nasabah dengan nilai (thitung < ttabel =(-1.020) < 1,660). Variabel citra pemakai berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap keputusan nasabah dengan nilai (thitung > ttabel = 1.932 > 1,660). Variabel citra produk tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah dengan nilai (thitung < ttabel = (-1.021) < 1,660). This continued for 30 years making many young Indonesians cannot speak Chinese language (Mandarin) and unable to speak dialect too. As society progresses, Chinese once again became Indonesians second language without the auxiliary aid of parents, the teaching of Indonesian literature and language rested on the teacher. Under this special conditions, no one has researched into the Indonesian students method of studying Chinese Language. The author admits personality affect and so does family background, race hence educational level of the language teacher will deeply influence the Indonesian students study of Chinese language. A research of Bandung students in Indonesia shows, diligent study of Chinese language has many reasons. Some students feel that studying Chinese is a kind of challenge, some study because of the encouragement of their parents, while others study out of admiration for China and Chinese culture. Through the study of Chinese language can appreciate Chinese art, culture, history and morality. In addiction, it can help in securing employment. In this research, which is based on a related international study, it referenced previous studies on studying Chinese language as a foreign language through a questionnaire. Survey focusing on the motivation and analysis factors of Bandung Indonesian student. This research focused on 5 high schools and a total of 534 students and drew some interesting conclusions.
