The results of this study by presenting the data using IBM SPSS 20.0 can be concluded the results of multiple linear regression calculation declared the amount of CPO production to the influence of free fatty acids, water content, impurity content in PKS PTPN III Aek Nabara Selatan Kecamatan Bilah Hulu. This study aimed to identify fertility variables that are obstacles in Beringin Subdistrict by evaluating soil fertility status and reviewing management alternatives that are in accordance with the soil fertility status found in rainfed lowland rice fields in several villages in Beringin Subdistrict, Deli Serdang District.This research was a phenomenological qualitative descriptive study with land survey and supported by qualitative laboratory analysis. The taking of soil samples was carried out in the survey area sequentially based on the location of the estimated nature of the soil with the purposive random sampling method. The taking of soil samples was taken in the upper layer at the top soil depth of 0-20 cm, and the coordinates of the point were recorded using GPS.The fertility status of paddy fields in BeringinSubdistrict was classified as high, medium, and low soil fertility status. High soil fertility in P-total soil parameters in all villages, for medium land in K2O parameters in all villages, while for low land status in N-total land parameters in all villages. Prompts for giving urea fertilizer without organic matter as much as 250 kg ha-1, with 5 tons of straw ha-1 adding urea fertilizer as much as 230 kg ha-1 and using 2 tons of manure ha-1 giving urea fertilizer as much as 225 kg ha-1.P fertilization in medium status paddy fields is 75 kg SP-36 ha-1, and high P fertility status is 50 kg ha-1SP-36. K fertilizer application for high soil fertility status is 50 kg ha-1. The management of habitat can be done with clean cultivation practices or cultivation use nuts cover soil (cover crop) to increase natural enemies. The research was carried out in April until July 2017. The purpose of this study was to know the abundance of natural enemies population Caterpillar fire contained in research. The location of the research consists of a private plantation with a cover crop and land communities without a cover crop. Observations of the Caterpillar's fire done every week, from first week to third week. The observation is done by swiping pitfall trap method and net. Each block palm oil taken 5 plot used to sweep net and each plot placed 2 pitfall trap. The abundance of natural enemies population level Caterpillar fires on plantation with a cover crop of 137 individuals. The community's land without a cover crop of 107 individuals. Natural enemies was found in the predator type of land cover crop as much as 88% and natural enemies of type parasitoid as much as 12%. It is potential because of oil contains and has the beautiful flower. Induced mutation is important to get genetic diversity of Sunflower. Mutations are genetic changes in either a single cell or a number of genes or chromosomal changes that can cause somaclonal variations. This research was aimed to find the LD20 and LD50 and to identify genetic diversity of Sunflower with the dosage 0, 150, 200, 250 and 300 Gy. The results showed that the higher LD20 and LD50 was at 158.338 gy and 260.339 gy. This study aims to study and obtain information about the potential of endophytic fungi in inhibiting white root fungi in vitro. Endophytic fungi isolation is carried out by sterilizing the surface of the stem of the rubber plant and culture it on agar nutrient media. Five endophytic bacterial isolates were obtained from the roots of rubber plants, respectively: JEB01, JEB02, JEB03, JEB04 and JEB05. Fungal isolates were tested antagonistically in vitro against Rigidoporus microporus. Two fungal isolates, JEB01 and JEB02 showed the best antagonist in inhibiting the growth of pathogenic fungi Rigidoporus microporus in vitro.
