摘要

芥菜是人们普遍食用的蔬菜之一。秋水仙碱是目前已成功诱导突变的化学物质之一。本研究的目的是确定秋水仙碱对芸苔生长的影响。结果表明,用秋水仙碱浸泡芸苔种子使其平均株高、叶宽和叶数较对照降低,细胞分裂异常。关键词:芥菜,秋水仙碱,生长响应
