The development of several sectors which are the main potential to be developed, namely the tourism sector, the agricultural sector, the economic sector which is a form of spatial use. From this development, of course, it involves various interest groups in the utilization of tourism space in the coastal area of Tanah Lot. From the various interest groups that exist, there will be competition between the interest groups and stakeholders, which is accompanied by negotiations. The purpose of this research is to understand in depth the conflicts related to the use of tourism space in the coastal area of Tanah Lot. In this study, using a qualitative method with a naturalistic approach to produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words of the person or object being observed. For the discussion and analysis of the data carried out inductively. In this study, observations were made to see directly the land use process that occurred in the coastal area of Tanah Lot. The theoretical basis which is used as an assumption in this observation is the zoning theory of spatial use, interest group theory, conflict theory, land use conversion theory, coastal area theory and tourism theory. From the results of this study it can be concluded as follows; The form of existing spatial use is dominated by rice fields, both still productive and unproductive rice fields. Unproductive rice fields are in the form of plantations. Spatial use conflicts that are very prominent are not in accordance with the Regional Regulation Number 16 of 2009 on the Province of Bali, concerning the RTRW of the Province of Bali.","PeriodicalId":147908,"journal":{"name":"Pranatacara Bhumandala: Jurnal Riset Planologi","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130983245","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study aims to determine the characteristics of the Trans Sarbagita bus mode in passenger service and the factors that influence people's preferences in using the Trans Sarbagita bus as a mode of public transportation in the Sarbagita area. Data collection was carried out through interviews and distributing questionnaires. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The number of samples used was 65 respondents using the accidental sampling method. Data analysis techniques used factor analysis. The result of this research is that trans sarbagita is a public transport/bus rapid transit (BRT) that serves passengers according to the minimum service standard which was initiated to reduce the level of traffic congestion in the Sarbagita area. The percentage that affects people's preferences in using the Trans Sarbagita bus as a mode of public transportation in the Sarbagita area is 94.570% which can be explained by these four factors. Each factor is named as follows: factor 1 is called proximity bus stop factor to public facilities, factor 2 is called security, factor 3 is called a tariff, factor 4 is called operational schedule.","PeriodicalId":147908,"journal":{"name":"Pranatacara Bhumandala: Jurnal Riset Planologi","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130559945","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is evidenced by the process of land conversion that is so rapid due to urban activity is extended to the edge of the city. Bongan Village is a part of Tabanan District which is located on the strategic urban outskirts, so it has a good appeal to be a residential area or commercial area. With its strategic location it will certainly affect the agricultural land in Bongan Village whose land use conditions are shifting. Therefore, The purpose of this study is to identify the development of agriculture land conversion into non-agricultural land and analyze the socio-economic conditions of the community related to the conversion of agricultural land there. This study uses spatial analysis to calculate the area of land change and describe the socio-economic condition. Based on the results of the identification and tracking of secondary data of agricultural land area recently decreased every year even almost more than 1 Ha of agriculture land converted into residential land, public infrastructure and road infrastructure development. Based on a buffer analysis consisting of three factors: demographic factors, service coverage factors and road network factors. From the analysis it was found that (1) spatial demographic factors did not affect the existence of minimarket locations in South Denpasar Regency; (2) service coverage factors found to be overlapping; (3) Road network factor, the location of minimarkets is more dominant in the local road network, this is due to the fact that local roads have a high level of accessibility and are in residential areas.
