Zakończyło się klęską głównie z przyczyn politycznych. J..Stalin odniósł się bowiem negatywnie do decyzji podjęcia walk o Warszawę. Zwycięstwo powstania przekreśliłoby jego plany zmierzające do uzależnienia Polski od Związku Sowieckiego. Podobne stanowisko zajęli polscy komuniści. Nie udzielono więc pomocy walczącej Warszawie. Powstanie upadło, stolica została zburzona, zginęły tysiące osób, pozostałą ludność wysiedlono. Ze względu na jej masowy charakter stała się istotnym elementem polityki państw i regionów. Pod koniec XX w. i w pierwszych latach XXI w. stała się dynamicznie rozwijającą dziedziną gospodarki światowej, na co wskazuje udział wpływów z turystyki w PKB czy też udział w zatrudnieniu. Rosnące znaczenie turystyki znalazło również odzwierciedlenie w rozszerzeniu kompetencji administracji rządowej i samorządowej, wyodrębnieniu narodowych organizacji turystycznych oraz zwiększonej aktywności organizacji pozarządowych w tym zakresie. \u0000Celem niniejszego artykułu jest przybliżenie celów, zadań i funkcji POT, która jest jedną z najważniejszych instytucji realizujących politykę turystyczną państwa. The thesis will include the most important theses on factors protecting against the act of suicide in relation to social life. In the 21st century, the problem of self-destruction is extremely significant, because every year many citizens in each country take their lives. An important aspect is that an individual feeling safe in the family, the local environment, society and the state has a better chance of maintaining mental well-being. The issue of citizenship lies on the border between administrative law and international law. Each state imposes many duties on its citizens, grants them rights as well as takes responsibility for them and protects them against foreign states. The starting point for existing legal regulations concerning the institution of Polish and international citizenship should be the definition of the concept and its practical consequences. This knowledge will determine further considerations regarding the treatment of a citizen as responsible for his fate of an individual who has certain characteristics, obligations, as well as rights and opportunities. In the present sense, citizenship is considered a legal state of submission on the legal status of a natural person. About civic education in the broader aspect should take care of the smallest social group which is the family. The task of this social unit is first and foremost a civic education of the individual, it also depends on implanting the citizen with respect and love for the homeland and shaping the national idea. The amount of social security benefit in Poland is relatively low, therefore many immigrants seek a better place for themselves in wealthier European countries.\u0000Proposed by Gdańsk authorities modal solutions concerning social help for immigrants are based on integration and assimilation processes which are worth noting. Many reports and analysis indicate that it is a very important challenge for both governments and employers to activate people aged 45+, prepare them for retirement and longer activities, acquire new qualifications and competencies and compete with young people.\u0000It is all about adapting older employees to function within the changing ways of innovative production techniques and methods, so that they can remain productive in the work environment for as long as possible. It should be assumed that people over 45 years of age by investing in their own professional development will become more competitive in the labor market and thus will not allow marginalization and stigmatization of this age group. It was considered that it is too small a sector of the economy to create its development programs. This was a mistake, as it stimulated socio-economic processes in coastal regions. This policy also led to the limited use of the territory of Poland as an important element of the European transport network, understood more broadly than the area of transit transport. Just two years later it was on the verge of leaving. There was a first referendum held but 67% of the British citizens voted to remain in the EU. Second referendum on the same issue was held in February 2016. Turnout was 71.8% - more than 30 million people cast their votes and by a slim 51.9% to 48.1% margin voted to leave. There were stark differences across the UK – both geographically and demographically. Also many argued that “leave” campaign was controversial and not related to the EU as a legal entity – more to its recent problems like eurozone and migration crises. Taking into account that there are only couple of days left to the Brexit day of April 12, 2019 (prolonged from original Brexit day of March 30, 2019), the most probable of all Brexit scenarios is no deal as the UK Parliament so far failed to agree on any option. On March 14, 2019 the House of Commons voted to take no deal option off the table, but the UK forgot that this is a default solution that will take place anyway in the absence of any agreement between the UK and the EU – it’s simply not UK’s internal choice to make. What did lead to the second Brexit referendum? Why did the UK question its presence in the EU? What will happen to the rights of EU citizens in no deal scenario that seems to be the most plausible at the moment?
