This study aims to develop FMEA and is used to analyze the root causes of failure and pareto diagrams to show the most critical identified failures for immediate corrective action. While the Faultr Tree Analysis (FTA) method analyzes system failures from a combination of several systems, levels below and component failures. The results achieved are failure priorities based on the largest RPN value and then action recommendations are taken to address them. The results of this study indicate that in the process of maintaining the plant overhaul there are several wastes. For each waste identified (failure mode) it has been analyzed using Pareto diagrams. To facilitate the assessment of identified waste carried out by respondents from management and experts in their fields through questionnaires. The results will produce a risk priority number (RPN), where the HP TBV HRSG fails to operate at 210, the HP BFP pump is off at 196, the BCP pump has a high Vibration of 192. While the root cause of the potential failure mode has been identified by fault tree analysis (FTA). While some alternative improvements such as: There is a need for training for operators to know and recognize the system, involvement of operators in carrying out repairs / maintenance is important, increasing the availability of spare parts in the field is recommended for the company.","PeriodicalId":14533,"journal":{"name":"IPTEK Journal of Proceedings Series","volume":"69 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"72992964","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Electricity generators in Gresik are one of the power suppliers for industries and communities through the distribution managed by one of the electricity distributor in Indonesia. As time goes by, the plant needs to do a planned maintenance called overhaul. This research aims to improve the quality of overhaul maintenance service to one of the generators that exist in Gresik. The other goal is to know what service factors that affect the level of customer satisfaction in accordance with customer expectations based on service priority variables. Measurement of service quality of overhaul maintenance is done by combining ServQual method and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method.","PeriodicalId":14533,"journal":{"name":"IPTEK Journal of Proceedings Series","volume":"22 2 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"90346222","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As a new distributor Arief LPG will face existing competitors, be able compete Arief LPG must have a business model that can be used as a reference for the business being undertaken. Tools that can be used to analyze business models are using Business Model Canvas (BMC) and Blue Ocean Strategy. Using Business Model Canvas and Blue Ocean Strategy can be used to create a new business model design. This study aims to map, evaluate and improve Arief LPG's business model. The method used in this study is by interviewing Arief LPG customers. Results obtained from the Business Model Canvas are adding types of LPG that are sold LPG 12 Kg in addition promotions that can be done using online media such as creating a personal Blog or Web, and other social media. While results of the Blue Ocean Strategy factors that need be reduced accuracy of delivery, factor that needs improved is increase the amount of 3 kg LPG distribution, and create factors that have never been sold, such Bright Gas, 12 kg LPG and making a training on gas handling.","PeriodicalId":14533,"journal":{"name":"IPTEK Journal of Proceedings Series","volume":"49 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"78775904","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The issue of maintenance is allocation a limited budget to achieve the goals of various maintenance criteria and conflicting objectives. This paper presents an integrated AHP and goal programming. In the first step, since maintenance is measured in qualitative criteria, it is recommended to use AHP to weight and quantify criteria. Second step utilize GP which uses the criteria weights and alternative priorities calculated with AHP to optimize multiple objectives without exceeding available resource constraint. The results show that the approach can aid in selection optimal projects within available budget.","PeriodicalId":14533,"journal":{"name":"IPTEK Journal of Proceedings Series","volume":"74 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"73412432","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, the level of uncertainty in the project implementation process is very high and causes delays and over budgeting. The Village Nongkojajar is a Proposed Integrated Agropark Project as a result of the revitalization of the non-productive land of the Horticultural Seed Farm owned by the Government of East Java Province. The Landscape Architecture Project has a Creative Value Chain which is divided into Creation - Implementation - Management. Therefore scheduling and controlling the project becomes important in order to to estimate working time and the project remains in accordance with the predetermined project timeline and whenever corrective action is needed. The relevance of Project Management in this research is that with high project problems, require a good planning process. The Project can be completed quickly than the specified time and more cost effective. Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) is one method for completing and preparing projects that focus on the resource requirements for implementing projects by adding project buffers, feeding buffers and resource buffers. By analyzing using CCPM, researchers can look for optimization and control in implementing project scheduling.","PeriodicalId":14533,"journal":{"name":"IPTEK Journal of Proceedings Series","volume":"19 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"90752790","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
