Bu nedenle egitime yapilan harcamalar buyuk onem tasir. Calismada Turkiye’de egitim harcamalarinin ekonomik buyume uzerindeki etkisinin arastirilmasi amaclanmistir. Calismada egitim harcamalari ve ekonomik buyume arasindaki iliskiyi tespit etmek icin, klasik duraganlik testleri ve coklu yapisal kirilmali birim kok testi uygulanmistir. Coklu yapisal kirilmali esbutunlesme testi ile esbutunlesme iliskisi sorgulanmis ve nedensellik analizi ile VECM varyans ayristirilmasi yapilmistir. Yapilan analizler sonucunda egitim harcamalari ve ekonomik buyume arasinda uzun donemde istatistiki olarak anlamli pozitif yonlu bir iliskinin varligi tespit edilmekle beraber, kisa donemde bir iliski belirlenememistir. Ayrica Granger Nedensellik Analizi sonucunda ekonomik buyumeden egitim harcamalarina tek yonlu nedensellik iliskisinin varligi tespit edilmistir. For a young citizens, keeping their bodies strong has turned into a civic responsibility rather than a personal choice. A citizen with a healthy body in peacetime was regarded as the basic core of a healthy society, a vigorous and physically strong generation meant a civil army ready for military in a possible war situation. In this context, the state aimed to use sports as a tool to organize young individuals and shape their bodies through physical training, and in order to do this, Turkish politicans were searching for a model to establish this in sports governence. By finding the perfect example they were looking for in Germany, Turkish government invited Carl Diem, the founder of the German model, to Turkey, and the report he wrote as a result of their work became a text that guided the statist policy of sports in Turkey. \u0000This study focuses on the relationship between sports and the state in a historical perspective, and aims to explain why states want to govern sports and which policies they targeted by using sports within a perspective of politics of sport. Because preferred energy sources have not only economic effects but also environmental and social effects. This study is based on the point that the social costs of negative externalities created without social acceptance will affect the people of that region more negatively. The aim of this article is to examine empirically the view of Mersin people towards both nuclear and Akkuyu nuclear power plant. The data in this study consists of the empirical data available for 2016. This study is also the most comprehensive field study on the nuclear perspective in Turkey. Both chi-square and logistic regression analysis were performed among the variables subject to the study. \u0000As a result of the field study, approximately 78% of Mersin residents view the nuclear power plant negatively, while approximately 84% think that the Akkuyu Nuclear power plant is not the right decision. According to Mersin residents, the Akkuyu Nuclear Power Plant, which is under construction, thinks that the agriculture sector will affect the agriculture sector negatively and this will be followed by the tourism sector. \u0000With this study, it was determined that the opinion of the people of Mersin about this project was unfortunately ignored. However, in developed countries, participation of local people is extremely important in major projects affecting the region. The process regarding the future and social outlook of Mersin Akkuyu nuclear power plant, which is under construction, needs to be reconsidered. The stages of the current project should be subjected to inspection by local government, relevant chambers and NGOs in a transparent manner and the public should be informed accordingly. Although it has been studied extensively in the literature, the emphasis has been the cultural roots of the social exclusion. Bircok ulkede bu kadin-erkek dagilim oranini daha adil bir hale getirmek icin calismalar yapilmaktadir. Toplumsal cinsiyet esitliginin saglanmasi kurumlar icin oldugu kadar ulkelerin de kalkinmasi icin onemli bir noktadir. Bu calismanin konusu farkli sektorlerde yoneticilik pozisyonunda gorev alan yonetici kadinlarin is hayatinda kendilerinin ve hemcinslerinin karsilastiklari engelleri ve calisan diger kadinlarin bu engellerle daha az karsilasmalari icin yuruttukleri pozitif ayrimcilik politikalarini arastirmaktir. Bu calismada beyaz yakali kadinlarin is dunyasindaki konumlari ve is dunyasindaki kadin emeginin pozitif gelisimindeki rolleri ve katkilarinin incelenmesi amaclanmistir. Calismanin bir diger amaci da ust duzey yonetici pozisyonuna gelen kadinlarin yoneticilikleri doneminde alt kademede istihdam edilen kadinlarin calisma kosullari ve istihdam edilme oranlarina yonelik pozitif ayrimcilik politikalarini uygulayip uygulamadiklarinin incelenmesidir. Yani erkek yoneticilere gore kadinlarin istihdamina ve is yasamindaki konumlarina farkli perspektifle bakip bakmadiklari ve bu dogrultuda politikalar uygulayip uygulamadiklari tartisilmistir. \u0000Calismada, toplumsal cinsiyet, ayrimcilik ve pozitif ayrimcilik kavramlarina dair literatur arastirilmasi yapilmis olup, kadinlarin kariyerlerinde yukselmelerinin onundeki engeller arastirilmistir. Bu dogrultuda en sik karsilastiklari problem olan cam tavan sendromu ve kralice ari sendromuna dair yaklasimlar aktarilmistir. Bu calismada nitel arastirma yontemlerinden olan derinlemesine gorusme ve sozlu tarih gorusmesi yontemlerine basvurulmustur. Dort ay suren saha calismasinda Istanbul’da farkli sektorlerde yoneticilik yapan 21 kadin ile gorusmeler yapilmistir. Katilimcilarin belirlenmesinde kartopu yontemine basvurulmus ve katilimcilara onceden hazirlanmis 20 tane acik uclu soru sorulmustur.
