Kinerja yang baik tercermin dari hasil pekerjaan yang optimal dan sesuai standar mutu organisasi. Pencapaian kinerja pegawai dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor internal dan maupun ekternal. Penelitian dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis kinerja pegawai IAIN Sorong yang diukur dari tiga faktor determinan, yakni tunjangan kinerja, kepemimpinan, dan pengawasan internal. Populasi penelitian ini adalah para pegawai IAIN Sorong yang terdiri dari tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan yang telah menerima tunjangan kinerja dengan jumlah sampel 66 orang responden. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda, dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 19.0. Persamaan regresi berganda yang diperoleh dari hasil analisis yaitu: Y = 0.468 X1 + 0.098 X2 + 0.580 X3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial variabel Tunjangan kinerja, Kepemimpinan, dan Pengawasan Internal berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Pegawai. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis jalur dan uji sobel. \u0000Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Kemampuan individu dan lingkungan kerja secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan semangat kerja pegawai pada kantor Bawaslu Kabupaten Barru. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi dan wawancara. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester 6 (Enam) Tahun Akademik 2018/2019 di ketiga fakultas tersebut. Sampel mahasiswa diambil secara proporsional pada masing-masing ketiga fakultas dengan metode proportional random sampling. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis data kuantitatif dan regresi berganda dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Effect of Financial Performance on Stock Prices on the Jakarta Islamic Index Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019. This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, and Working Capital Turnover partially, as well as simultaneously on the Stock Prices of the Jakarta Islamic Index Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019. The population in this study is the Jakarta Islamic Index Sector Companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange as many as 30 companies. The sample of this study was 10 (ten) companies selected based on criteria, namely: Jakarta Islamic Index Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2016-2019; Publish audited financial statements; Having profit; and have distributed cash dividends during the observation period. The results of this study indicate that the Current Ratio (X1) Debt to Equity Ratio (X2) and Working Capital Turnover (X4) partially have no significant effect. Whereas Return On Equity (X3) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices on the Jakarta Islamic Index Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2016-2019. Simultaneously Current Ratio (X1), Debt to Equity Ratio (X2), Return On Equity (X3), and Working Capital Turnover (X4) have a positive and significant effect on the Share Prices of Jakarta Islamic Index Companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2016-2019. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Sektor Jakarta Islamic Index yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia sebanyak 30 perusahaan. This motivates researchers to put forward the idea of mitigating it based on the perspective of the Qur'an. There are several researchers who have proposed several concepts to mitigate this. But it always seems that the concept is not able to offer a comprehensive solution. The analytical method used is qualitative research. Data analysis is done by gathering concepts in the Qur'an. The concept is systematically made so that it can be used to mitigate agency conflicts. \u0000According to the perspective of the Qur'an, any cooperative relationship (agency) that is not cash must be based on the contract. The contract must be based on moral and ethical values that must be held by both parties. The contract must also fulfill several terms and principles of the contract. The contract must also be accompanied by a witness who is a monitoring mechanism to the commitment of both parties in carrying out the contract. This research is expected to contribute in overcoming agency conflict. This model incorporates altruistic values in modern management models.
