The concept of p-level sets [3] of fuzzy sets is extended to p-level matrices of fuzzy partitions. A method of gradual coarsening of U based on a sequence of p-level matrices derived from the membership grades of clusters of U is suggested. Countless case-studies have identified weak points in the ever popular open-source system and sometimes, found solutions. Comparisons were made with other popular learning management systems (LMS), either commercial or free and open-source, with mixed results. These comparisons were usually employed as the tools for choosing one LMS over another, in the preliminary phase of adopting or developing a new e-learning platform. However, if the platform already exists, and has been functioning for a decent number of years, is it still necessary to test its usability? Considering that Moodle is currently on a bi-annual cycle for official releases and the online world is a very dynamic environment in need of constant adapting, the answer seems to be affirmative. Then, what are the main ways in which to test the usability of a learning platform (Moodle in particular), with its own characteristics which sets it apart from the general considerations of a web platform? Which of these methods are best suited for the different types of analyses we call “usability”? This problem can be handled by regularizing the task Jacobian, however this requires the knowledge of the regularization vector. A candidate for the regularization vector for an elbow manipulator is given, and it is proved that this candidate can be used in almost every configuration. The candidate is the linear velocity generator of the last joint, so the calculation of the regularization vector does not require high computational capacity. In this paper we have observed how to transform a pseudo-integral into another pseudo-integral that enables us to give the relationship between the pseudo-integral and other integrals based on monotone set functions such as the universal, Sugeno and Shilkret integrals. Also, using the transformed pseudo-integral we have obtained a monotone convergence theorem for the pseudo-integral. One of these capabilities is angiogenesis; tumor cells have to become able to force new vessel formation to ensure oxygen and nutrient supply. In the literature, there are several different growth models which aim to describe the growth characteristics. The model creation is a trade-off problem. On the one hand, the model has to be sufficiently complex to describe all the important processes which take part in the system; however, on the other hand, the model has to be sufficiently simple and manageable for real-life usability and - taking into account the applicability of biomedical control theory - for controller design. The present publication will show the relationship between the critical infrastructure and Big Data. The emergence and use of Big Data have been greatly emphasized in recent years. The present publication will present the conceptual and practical manifestations of the Big Data phenomenon. The history of Big Data will also be discussed, as well as the conditions and possibilities of its applications, which will serve for the next period of economic growth. It will also present the Digital National Development Program, funded by the Government of Hungary and the European Union to increase the welfare of the Hungarian society and to make Big Data a digital service that is easier to access for everyone. In this paper the geometry, kinematics and dynamics of the vehicle are modeled as a tree structured mechanical system using the modified Denavit-Hartenberg convention. Two type of techniques are considered to find the dynamic model: the mixed Newton-Euler formalism based on the inverse dynamic model and Appell's method based on the Gibbs function (acceleration energy). Newton-Euler formalism needs a very large number of calls of the inverse dynamic function to find the total dynamic model. The novel Appell formalism eliminates this disadvantage. Two software systems were developed both for poor numerical and advanced symbolic computations taking into account the kinematic constraints at the wheel/ground contact points by applying Lagrange-multipliers. In this paper, new approach is introduced to analyze possibilities for the application of virtual engineering systems as environment for higher education courses in engineering. After an outline of the recent problem solving in virtual environments, related work of academicals and professionals is compared. Following this, new education aspects in engineering systems are revealed. As main contribution of this paper, new methodological elements are provided for higher education courses which are organized in virtual environments. This article is to summarize energetic aspects, which are worth to consider in planning green roofs. We confirm important role of green roofs in energetic calculations of building structures with citing different methods of measurement and calculation. In today's higher education the use of e-generation in teaching has a center stage. Using electronic intercommunication tools, the adults who start higher education, can easily access the universities' teaching material, which means that teaching is no longer restricted by time or place.
