In this paper, a municipal road is taken as the research object, which suffers from collapsible loess along the subgrade, and has the characteristics of thick loess foundation depth and large area, which is not suitable for large area replacement. Settlement characteristics of subgrade using finite element method. According to the settlement simulation results, revise the construction process, excavation and drainage measures, replacement and drying, etc. Through the improvement of the construction technology, the settlement of the subgrade is effectively reduced, and after the later observation of the project, the quality standard has reached the design requirements. As the opening work of \"poetic Baiyun, seven volumes in the clouds\" in Baiyun District, Guiyang City, Quanhu Park assumes the function of a city park. From the perspective of design and planning, there are amazing aspects and inadequate aspects of the landscape nodes in the park, and the problems in the park are proposed and modified. In this paper, three point bending method was used to study the fracture property of GO-RC. The results show that the use of recycled aggregate will reduce the fracture property of RC, and the fracture property of RC will gradually improve with the increase of GO content. With the same amount of GO, the strengthening effect of 20% GO with oxygen is better than 40% GO with oxygen.
