One effective treatment method for cervical cancer is external radiotherapy using a Linear Accelerator (Linac). This research aims to obtain radiation dose distribution by comparing the effectiveness of two treatment techniques cervical cancer, through Conformity Index (CI), Homogenity Index (HI), and radiation protection against Organ at Risk (OAR) in accordance with QUANTEC rules. The techniques used is Three Dimensional Conformal Radiation Therapy (3DCRT) with 2 directions of irradiation (anterior – posterior) and 4 directions of irradiation (box). Research data was obtained from 15 images of cervical cancer patients who have contoured by a Radiation Onkology Doctor at Indriati Hospital Solo Baru. From the result of the research, it can be said that the 3DCRT technique with 4 directions It can be seen from a higher Conformity Index (CI) value indicating a better level of conformity, and a lower Homogenity Index (HI) value indicating a higher level of homogenity. In addition, the 3DCRT technique with 4 directions of irradiation is also considered more effective in protecting OAR compared to 2 directions of irradiation.

It is classified into exudates and transudates based on Light's criteria. Among the extra pulmonary presentations after tuberculous lymphadenitis, pleural TB is the second frequent. Although many biochemical parameters, such as lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), C-reactive protein (CRP), adenosine deaminase (ADA), interferon-gamma, and procalcitonin levels have been studied in the context of the diagnosis of exudative pleural effusion, its diagnosis is still challenging. \u0000AIMS & OBJECTIVES- To determine whether the combined use of ADA activity and lymphocyte/neutrophil ratio would provide a more efficient means for diagnosing tuberculous pleural effusion than the use of ADA alone. \u0000MATERIAL & METHODS- Hospital based Observational study was conducted over 8 months with total number of 100 Patients diagnosed as having pleural effusion based on clinical features and chest radiography in GEMS MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL. Biochemical, cytological and microbiology studies were done by obtaining pleural fluid by thoracocentesis. \u0000RESULTS - out of 100 cases, 84 cases were tubercular and had high level of ADA in comparison to rest of 16 non tubercular cases. At level of 50 IU/L of ADA activity test had sensitivity of 97.6%, specificity 87.5% which was increased to 100% and 92.8% in combination with test of Lymphocytic/Neutrophilic ratio - 0.75 \u0000CONCLUSION- The combined use of ADA along with the L/N ratio would provide a more efficient means for diagnosing tuberculous pleural effusion than the use of ADA alone.

Through experimentation and analysis, we demonstrate how altering the sequence of ink application influences color gamut. The variations in color gamut depend on the ink transfer capabilities. The MYCK order allows the most extensive color gamut for the investigated conditions. However, the effect is less observed on uncoated paper due to its high absorbency, resulting in minimal changes in ink transfer processes. Furthermore, our study highlights a substantial difference in color gamut between coated and uncoated paper, emphasizing the importance of considering paper substrate for achieving desired color reproduction. This research provides valuable insights for optimizing color fidelity in offset printing processes.

Despite those proposals, these solutions also face quite a few restrictions and constriction. This has boosted the research to discover alternative technologies, to design circuits at great nanometer level. In future the conventional digital system and circuit can be designed through Quantum Dot Cellular Automata. High density as well as rate is superior matches for QCA. The QCA are in the place of the digital circuit in order by division of electrons. It is gorgeous for its dense dimension, quicker velocity, extremely scalable, advanced switching frequency, and small power use compared to CMOS skill. QCA are emergent skill that is measured as the improved practical exchange resolution for CMOS skill which suffers from short channel effect. QCA is a transistor less technology which has charge skill, and the data is spread and framed on the electrons charge and by columbic interaction hypothesis. QCA can get more than CMOS skill in future because of its major profit. The special characteristic of Cyclodextrins is the ability to form an inclusion complex with viable compounds. This article focuses on the various preparation methods for inclusion complexes, their formation constant, experimental and spectral approaches to demonstrate host-guest interaction. Phase solubility diagram indicated that the solubility of guest molecule increases linearly with CD concentration in AL-type and a stoichiometry of 1:1. The inclusion complex formed by various techniques was characterized by various spectroscopic methods.
