This study aims to describe the level of anxiety of families of inpatients in the General ICU room of St. Antonius Hospital Pontianak, This research method is quantitative using a descriptive design, The population in this study is the family of patients treated in the General ICU room of St. Antonius Hospital Pontianak with a sample of 42 people and the sampling technique in this study uses accidental sampling. The results showed that almost half of the respondents, namely 17 people (41%) had mild anxiety, as many as 11 people (26%) were seriously anxious, a small percentage of 7 people (17%) were not anxious, a small part of 6 people (14%) were moderately anxious, and a small part of 1 person (2%) was panicked. Families of patients admitted to the ICU mostly have mild anxiety. This research uses descriptive and inferential quantitative methods. The research population was all IAKN Tarutung employees, totaling 113 people with a sample of 40 people. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire, which was prepared by the researcher based on research variable indicators. The questionnaire trial was carried out on 30 IAKN employees who were not research samples, and was tested using validity and reliability tests. Thus Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, it can be concluded that professionalism and spiritual intelligence influence the performance of IAKN Tarutung employees positively and significantly because they have been empirically tested. Anxiety in the family can interfere with the patient's treatment process, because anxiety can cause stress in the family that can affect treatment support.  Method: This study is a quantitative research that uses a correlative descriptive design with a cross sectional design. Sampling sampling technique  with Total Sampling of 41 people. Croncbach's Alpha validity test result of 0.901 and proven reliable with > result of 0.6 Result: Most of the respondents (56.1%) had good knowledge about treatment in the ICU of St. Antonius Hospital Pontianak. Almost half of the respondents (36.6%) experienced mild anxiety because their families were treated at St. Anthony's Hospital. The results of statistical tests using Chi Square and the level of significance (α) 0.05 were obtained There is a relationship between knowledge about patient care and the level of family anxiety in the intensive care unit room of St. Antonius Hospital Pontianak with a   p value = 0.001. PCC firmly recognizes that patients are not simply passive objects in the care process, but have the unique potential to be actively involved in managing their own health. This is based on deep psychological theories, one of which is the \"self-efficacy\" theory put forward by Albert Bandura. The Ecological Health Model is an approach that views a person's health from a more comprehensive and scientific perspective. This model explains that a person's health is not only influenced by physical factors, but also by a number of complex and interrelated social, psychological and environmental factors. In this understanding of health, socioeconomic conditions, social support, physical environment, and psychological factors all play an important role. A holistic approach to cancer patients that combines therapeutic gardens and person-centered care can provide substantial benefits. The purpose of this study was to analyze the determinants of knowledge about stunting in students of SMK Muhammadiyah Loa Kulu. This study used a cross sectional design with proportional random sampling and simple random sampling techniques. The population of this study was 140 and the sample was 104 people. Data collection was done by filling out a questionnaire. The results showed a relationship between gender (ρ=0.002), information exposure (ρ=0.000), and health worker support (ρ=0.000) with respondents' knowledge about stunting. The results of multivariate analysis showed that the dominant variable associated was information exposure (PR 5.04). This research aims to analyze rainfall on corn production in South Tapanuli Regency based on rainfall data, and determine the relationship between rainfall and the suitability of sweet potato plants. The research method used is a survey method and literature review. This type of research is a survey method with a correlation and descriptive approach to see the relationship between rainfall and corn which is used using correlation. But not all employees have the skills and skills and work spirit in accordance with the expectations of the organization. This type of research is quantitative with 92 population from Ujoh Biku Puskesmas employees. The study used questionnaires. The time of the study was conducted on February 21 - 25, 2023. The results of this research analysis motivated the improvement of high employee work performance by 82.8% and increase in low employee performance by 17.2%. Meanwhile, low work motivation was to increase high employee work performance by 32.1% and increase in low work performance by 67.9%. Economizers are an alternative source of energy that can survive because of the potential for energy efficiency. Economizer equipment in producing electrical energy and steam produces less than 10-30% fuel needed for a conventional energy plant. The Economizer system that was assumed in this study, there was an increase in boiler efficiency with an Economizer system of 19%. As for the need for burning calories in the combustion chamber with an Economizer system of 46,868,200,68 kcal/hour compared to a system without an Economizer of 61.003.054,86 kcal/hour. Thus the fuel requirement will be less with an Economizer system of 7,735 kg/hour compared to a system without an Economizer of 10.069 kg/hour. This research explains that partially, the human development index (HDI) variable has a negative and significant influence on poverty in North Sumatra Province, the gross regional domestic product (PDRB) variable has a negative and insignificant influence on poverty in North Sumatra Province, the variable number of labor force has a positive and insignificant influence.
