Almost all information is reported by Serambi. Since its establishment in 1989 until now Serambi Indonesia has continued to experience developments in running its industry. Serambi Indonesia also publishes news that occurs around Aceh, the news that is revealed has gone through a selection process by the editor so that it becomes news that is suitable for public consumption. To get data on how Serambi Indonesia can survive between idealism and industry, researchers use descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. The research technique is purposive sampling by conducting observations, interviews in obtaining data. Primary data is obtained from company leaders, advertising managers and journalists, while secondary data from various existing literature. The theory used in this research is management theory which is better known as POAC (planning, organizing, actuating, controlling). The results of the study found that Serambi carries a balanced concept between Industry and Idealism. Serambi Indonesia cannot impose or be too idealistic to maintain its industry. Because Serambi Indonesia has employees who depend on the company and capital owners who want the benefits of the capital provided. Ahmad Bahauddin Nursalim (Gus Baha) on the NU Online YouTube channel. In this research, the researcher used descriptive qualitative research and discourse analysis methods. Data collection techniques in this study used observation and documentation. In the data validation technique, the researcher used the terms observation and reference coverage. The preaching rhetoric of K.H. Ahmad Bahauddin Nursalim uses the delivery method, namely, script, memorizing, speaking suddenly, and speaking without preparation. Based on the type of rhetoric using dialogue and monology in KH Ahmad's choice of words, Bahauddin Nursalin uses unofficial, official, and conversational languages. Based on the tone category, using simple language style and medium language style Based on the category of sentence structure using parallelism, antithesis, and repetition. Based on voice style, use a relaxed pitch, moderate loudness, a fast rate, and pause with apa and uh. The implementation of KUA's duties in providing the best service to Muslim audiences should be supported by mass media instruments that explain the processes, procedures, and administrative matters that are the success of marriage in Islam. Adopting descriptive qualitative methods in this study look at the current situation and condition of marriage services at KUA Sunggal so that natural objects can provide a detailed description of the application of mass media communication in it. The data were then obtained by observation, in-depth interviews with informants from the Head of KUA and extension workers as well as official documentation on all matters relating to the object of research. Pada masa ini media, sosial dapat mempengaruhi kehidupan setiap manusia yang menggunakannya. Media sosial juga menjadi tempat bagi setiap individu untuk mengekspresikan diri. Jilbab merupakan sebuah simbol penting dalam agama Islam bagi para pemeluknya. Dalam prakteknya masih ditemukan fenomena dari muslimah yang menggunakan jilbab dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, namun ketika di media sosial tidak menggunakan jilbab sebagai simbol penting dari agama islam. Penelitian ini menafsirkan perspektif dari mahasiswa nonmuslim dalam melihat fenomena tersebut. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemahaman dari mahasiswa nonmuslim melihat fenomena tersebut yang dikaji melalui sosiologi agama. Menggunakan teori interaksi simbolik untuk melihat pemaknaan dari persepsi mahasiswa nonmuslim ketika melihat fenomena lepas pasang jilbab di media sosial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode dengan kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi untuk menganalisis realitas dengan melihat pengalaman dari mahasiswa perempuan muslim kota Surabaya yang pernah melakukan lepas pasang jilbab di media sosial melalui teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan wawancara. Arus globalisasi semakin tidak terkendali, teknologi yang hakikatnya diciptakan untuk membuat hidup manusia menjadi semakin mudah dan nyaman. Namun tidak ada bidang kehidupan manusia yang bebas dari teknologi. Menurut Zalfa banyak orang yang mengaku Islam, tetapi melalaikan dan meremehkan kewajibannya sebagai umat Islam seperti melalaikan atau menunda waktu salat. Padahal salat merupakan salah satu kewajiban umat Islam yang harus ditunaikan. Permasalahan yang sering dijumpai dikalangan remaja adalah lebih senang menghabiskan waktu dengan hal yang tidak bermanfaat tanpa mengingat waktu. Oleh karena itu, penulis membuat sebuah solusi berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada dengan membuat sebuah aplikasi yang bernama Khazanah Islami: Inovasi Aplikasi Berbasis Mobile sebagai Upaya Preventif Prokrastinasi Ibadah di Era Digital. Metode yang digunakan Research and Development (R&B) sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan yang diambil dari buku, jurnal, maupun situs internet lima tahun terakhir yang berkaitan dengan objek penelitian dan internet searching. Aplikasi ini menyajikan fitur-fitur keislaman sebagai pengingat ibadah umat Islam sebagai upaya preventif prokrastinasi ibadah di era digital. Manfaat dari aplikasi Khazanah Islami yaitu sebagai solusi untuk mencegah terjadinya prokrastinasi ibadah di tengah aktivitas masyarakat yang sering melalaikan ibadah wajib sehingga aplikasi ini menjadi alternatif pengingat ibadah yang akan mendisiplinkan penggunanya dalam beribadah. One of them is Pasola, a traditional war tradition from West Sumba, NTT region. This study aims to investigate the meaning and philosophical principles underlying the Pasola tradition. The research is classified as cultural research employing qualitative descriptive techniques. According to Edward Burnett Tylor (1832-19721), culture is a complex system consisting of learned human knowledge, belief, art, morals, law, conventions, abilities, and habits. To investigate the Pasola tradition, a descriptive qualitative strategy is employed by referencing multiple literature sources and observations from interviews broadcast on social media platforms such as YouTube. The objective of this paper is first to comprehend the philosophical significance of the Pasola tradition of the West Sumba tribe in greater depth. Second, raise everyone's awareness of the need to establish a pattern of subject-subject interactions or relationships to establish a healthy relationship between humans and nature. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, library research (penelitian pustaka) dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis. Gender merupakan proses keyakinan bagaimana laki-laki dan perempuan seharusnya bertindak, sehingga hal ini tidak dipengaruhi oleh faktor biologis melainkan dapat dipengaruhi oleh sosial, adat, dan budaya. Dunia kerja atau karir merupakan hal yang akan dilalui oleh setiap orang dalam hidupnya, baik itu bekerja secara mandiri maupun kelompok. Namun tidak semua jenis pekerjaan menerima berbagai jenis pekerja. Salah satu pekerjaan yang menerima berbagai jenis pekerja adalah hotel. Hotel memiliki lapisan struktur yang terdiri dari banyak orang dan posisi, termasuk pekerja wanita. Dunia kerja merupakan dunia yang keras bagi kaum wanita. Hal ini dikarenakan keterbatasan kesempatan yang diberikan kepada wanita. Tidak semua orang familiar dengan posisi pekerjaan yang ada di hotel, juga jarang sekali orang yang minat dalam bidang perhotelan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah posisi kerja di hotel membatasi wanita untuk berkarir, serta untuk mengetahui posisi apa saja yang bisa ditempati wanita bila bekerja di perhotelan. Untuk menunjang keberlangsungan penelitian ini, maka digunakan metode studi kasus untuk mengambil data dan informasi yang diperlukan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah termasuk dalam teori kepuasan kerja, yakni teori keseimbangan (equity theory). Namun penerimaan khalayak terhadap pesan tersebut tentunya akan berbeda sesuai dengan latar belakang masing-masing individu.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemaknaan khalayak yakni milennials tentang adanya ageisme di dalam film Senior Year. Adapun pada penelitin ini menggunakan metode penelitian berupa analisis resepsi milik Stuart Hall yang membagi penerimaan khalayak menjadi tiga kategori posisi, yakni; dominant hegemonic code, negotiated code dan opposittional code. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti berupa wawancara mendalam dengan informan yang telah memenuhi syarat ketentuan yang dibutuhkan di dalam penelitian ini. Dengan mengolah data dan menganalisis hasil wawancara mendalam terhadap penerimaan informan-informan tentang ageisme di dalam film Senior Year, menggunakan teori encoding-decoding milik Stuart Hall dengan keempat informan yang memiliki referensi dan pengalaman yang berbeda.
