Generally, a drawing presents distinctive peculiarities in reference to what comes depicted from it to the type of representation to which it appertains, to the purpose that it must achieve. Moreover, of course, all these aspects contribute to determining the class to which it belongs within a reorganization process related to documents produced by construction activities.Therefore, the following exposition presents the methods and theoretical instruments used to treat information extracted from technical and project drawings.","PeriodicalId":14374,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Research -GRANTHAALAYAH","volume":"8 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"80375290","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Early detection is the key to successful management and treatment of hypertension. In maximum studies, higher BMI has been associated with an increased risk of elevated blood pressure. Weight-related problems have been detected in various university students in earlier studies. Themedical students were found to be at a higher risk due to their sedentary lifestyle and other factors. The present study was undertaken to measure the blood pressure and BMI of undergraduate medical students and to detect the correlation between them.Methods: 230 undergraduate Unani medical students were enrolled in the current study, and their information was evaluated. The subsequent variables were measured: height (m), weight (kg), and BMI (kg/m2).Results: 68 males and 82 females had normal BMIs of 22.29 ± 2.03 and 21.50 ± 1.97 kg/m2, respectively (p = 0.001). 13.04% and 21.73% of participants were found to be overweight and underweight, respectively. Systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) of subjects in the normal weight category were determined to be 120.13 ± 7.53/ 79.71 ± 4.17 respectively in males and 112.80±5.76/75.54±5.34 females (p = 0.05). Students were found to be normotensive, pre- hypertensive, and hypertensive in males 66.66%, 27.77%, and 5.55% and 75.71%, 21.42% and 2.85% of female cases, respectively. Both in males and females, a significant positive correlation of BMI was discovered with SBP and DBP. In the current survey, a higher percentage of men (5.55%) were determined to be obese as compared to women (2.85%).Conclusion: There are weight-related concerns and associated complications like elevated blood pressure in medical students having elevated levels of BMI.","PeriodicalId":14374,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Research -GRANTHAALAYAH","volume":"151 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"77647056","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Additionally, it discusses the features and services offered by websites. A well-organized checklist was used to collect data from the study's selected colleges. According to the survey, the majority of colleges have included information about their services (80%) and infrastructure (80%) on their websites, and all libraries of selected colleges have incorporated details about their introduction (100%) collection (100%), and statistics (100%). However, the report did point out that none of the library websites or web pages have a section for people with disabilities, a user manual, a single window search, an Ask a librarian link, newspaper clippings, remote access, interlibrary loan (ILL)/document delivery, social networking facilities, or regular updates. They also fall short in terms of accessibility.The study's findings indicate that Sultanul Uloom College of Pharmacy and Shadan Wom-an's College of Pharmacy received the lowest score of six (06) out of forty-three (43) and are currently ranked last, while the library at Aurora's Scientific, Technological and Re-search Academy had the highest score of twenty-two (22) out of forty-three (43), and is currently ranked first. The paper offers suggestions for carrying out these assessment studies, which are critically required to allow organization to continually update their website and deliver better results in terms of user requirement.","PeriodicalId":14374,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Research -GRANTHAALAYAH","volume":"59 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"80637441","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Both Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, the two main types of inflammatory bowel disease, cause inflammation in the digestive system. Chron's disease can affect any part of the gastrointestinal tract, while ulcerative colitis only affects the colon and rectum. They induce the inflammatory symptoms of swelling, discomfort, an increase in body temperature, redness, and itching. The diagnosis of inflammatory bowel disease requires a careful examination of the patient's medical history, a physical examination, and other tests. Blood tests, imaging scans, and occasionally biopsies. The goal of treatment is to reduce inflammation and symptoms, usually with a combination medication, dietary modification, and occasionally surgical intervention. IBD cannot be cured, however improvements in medical therapy have greatly enhanced patient outcome and care. To effectively manage IBD and improve the quality of life for patients suffering from this difficult condition, regular medical checkup and adherence to treatment plans are essential. The best IBD management and patients well- being depends critically on early detection, prompt intervention and continued support from healthcare provides. Metronidazole and mesalamine drugs are used as different dose in the treatment of IBD inflammation. Some condition citrus juice also used as a treatment because they help in the immune power.","PeriodicalId":14374,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Research -GRANTHAALAYAH","volume":"8 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"85145173","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

RSV causes about 7 % of deaths among infants and young children globally, which is the second-most cause of mortality in that age group after malaria. Despite the immense impact mounted by RSV in public health and the economy, there are no effective prophylactic and therapeutic agents to control and treat the disease caused by RSV. Currently, four RSV vaccines and a monoclonal antibody candidate, all using the stabilized pre-fusion (F) proteins, have shown promising results in healthy subjects and are in phase III clinical trial. Results from these trials are expected to be released soon. However, more than one type of vaccine and therapeutics are required to cover all populations at risk: younger children, older adults, pregnant women, and immunocompromised people. Search for more antiviral drugs and vaccines is going on, but due to the issues of cost, toxicity, resistance, bioavailability, and overall pharmacokinetic profile associated with prospective traditional drugs, studies on antiviral peptides can offer novel avenues in the field. In recent years, cell-penetrating peptides (CPPs) with 5-30 AAs in length have shown promising drug delivery potential, but antiviral property demonstrated by some CPPs is another exciting possibility in the drug discovery arena, since finding shorter anti-viral peptides is another priority to minimize the cost. Some of the metallic nanoparticles have shown antiviral properties themselves. If both cell-penetrating property and antiviral activity can be found in the same peptide, nano-conjugating CPP with or without other antiviral peptides can improve the stability and other therapeutic indices of such peptide so that it can possibly be developed as safe and effective therapeutic and or prophylactic tools to control RSV.","PeriodicalId":14374,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Research -GRANTHAALAYAH","volume":"37 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"81968338","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Psychological well-being depends upon various social, biological, economic, environmental indicators. Psychological well-being of an individual is equally important as it is directly consisted of cognitive and emotional wellbeing. Because of psychological well-being people recognize their capabilities to overcome anxieties and work efficiently. An individual will be considered as mentally fit if he or she associates with people appropriately and solves the problems of life fruitfully. Psychological well-being plays an essential and significant role in all phases of life of a person. In contemporary Indian society women’s health is an important issue and a crucial gender concern. In the 21st century, women are not restricted to their domestic arena however they are performing key role at home as well as at their place of work. At present, a greater percentage of women are working outside. The present study is done to study psychological well-being issues of women executives in Chandigarh. The major objectives of the present study are to find out various psychological well-being related issues suffered by women executives and to explore various reasons for psychological health and well-being sufferings experienced by women executives. Major results of the study highlighted that majority of the respondents were suffering from psychological wellbeing related problems such as mood swings, anger, worry, anxiety and depression due to various reasons such as discrimination and biasness, unequal access to opportunities, glass-ceiling, role conflict that leads to constant stress and depression resulting in reduced work efficiency that directly leads to bad effect on the psychological health conditions of women executives and showing symptoms of mental health illnesses. Particularly, his Annihilation of Caste (AoC) is being overwhelmingly explored with varied objectives and purposes. Despite having aims and objectives for fulfill their agenda, with their own methodologies and theoretical frameworks, they had explored and highlighted the different dimensions and importance of the AoC, which, indeed, was considered controversial in its speech form for the Jat-Pat-Todak Mandal (JPTM), organizer of the conference that was supposed to be held in 1936. Some of the text were “unbearable” for the organizers for having content objectionable, but “would not change a comma” was the response from Ambedkar, and this speech became a book on May 15, 1936, at his own expense. Though there are narratives and anecdotes around the text and its production, the aim of this paper is neither about the making of the book nor what happened to the book. With the self-explanatory title, which has both the name of the text and the social agenda of the author, this paper employs the descriptive tool in deciphering the interplay between the text and the society mediated and manipulated through signifiers that are not only social and cultural but also historical. If, for example, “unbearable” becomes a signifier to connote the mindset of the dominants, then “would not change a comma” seems to transform into a signifier within the same system to connote equally a larger thing in contrast to the former. Interestingly, the text that is filled with and the result of mental agony that is due to the socio-cultural and symbolic “happenings”, has evolved as a sign to become a social agenda not only for the author of the text but also for humanity. Therefore, this reading is not a way to consolidate what is said or written; rather it problematizes the “signs” through their inherent properties of interconnectedness and intertextuality to explore the unexplored on the basis of the frozen text in the fluid social situations. As this study explains, the metaphorical nature of the text is an interesting aspect because of how the overall text is the result of a simple process that is the basic principle of any metaphorical conceptualization of abstract entities in terms of concrete instances that are atrocities, inhuman practices on the voice-less people. By offering a complete summary of the text, which the readers of the present generation may find useful to know the historical perspective on the presence of democratic voices against the caste system, this study presents a simple discussion that conveniently argues in favour of the social agenda, and in the process, many of the points are reproduced with the intension of not hurting anyone, rather, to present what has happened to the speech text. Further, the readers are expected to have an open-minded reading of this article as well as the text of Ambedkar, and the summary will be useful for the young scholars who do","PeriodicalId":14374,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Research -GRANTHAALAYAH","volume":"16 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"87156541","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
