Salah satunya adalah perubahan model pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi. Festival Musik Kampus Virtual yang di selenggarakan di IAKN Manado oleh mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Musik Gereja semester lima tahun akademik 2020/2021 menjadi menarik untuk teliti bagaimana pengelolaan kegiatan tersebut dilakukan ditengah-tengah situasi masa kebiasaan adaptasi baru saat ini. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka dirumuskan permasalahan penelitian yaitu; 1) Bagaimana pengelolaan Festival Musik Kampus Virtual di IAKN Manado 2) Apa kekurangan dan kelebihan pengelolaan Festival Musik Kampus Virtual di Iakn Manado. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa pengelolaan yang digunakan menggunakan metode blended methode. Proses pengelolaan mengacu pada POAC (planning, organizing, actuating, controlling). Kekurangan pada pengelolaannyan adalah keterbatasan pengelola dalam menguasai teknologi digital virtual membuat proses kerja tidak berjalan sesuai dengan perencanaan, efesiensi waktu juga berkurang. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, which is a research method based on the philosophy of postpositivism. To interpret Masamper's song, this study uses the theory of discourse analysis which in the text analysis of a Masamper song uses 3 (three) aspects, namely; syntactic analysis, semantic analysis, and pragmatic analysis. Based on the data analysis, it can be stated that the Masamper song is a song that can be a means of communicating, conveying messages and advice through the song being sung, and the message delivered can be seen from the lyrics of the song to be sung. One meaning that can be conveyed is the meaning of education. In their activities, music education exists as a medium of appreciation and development of creativity. This paper discusses about the process of music education in GMIM which acts as a education creativity for teenagers. The purpose of this research is to understand and explain how music education is realized as a medium of developing creativity for GMIM teenagers. This research uses qualitative method, with data collected by observation, interviews and document studies. The data analysis uses appreciation and creation concept in art education, by following the interactive model analysis. The results showed that GMIM teenagers were directly involved in the appreciation process through the their activities in congregation, regional and synod level, which were dominated by musical activities. The process of appreciation is implemented into five phase, that starting from introduction to assessment. Eben Haezar Manado. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive method. Location of research in SMA Kr. Eben Haezar Manado, in 2018. Methods of data collection are observation, interviews and documentation. From the results of data analysis and interpretation, indications are obtained that: (1) The elements of strategy management that support the success of choir management are Man, Money, Method, Material, and Market. (2) Choir strategy management in SMA Kr. Eben Haezar Manado goes well. The strategy planning process is carried out by the management with guidance and input from the coaches and the coaches, and with supervision from the Eben Haezar Manado Foundation. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Based on the results of the analysis and interpretation of the data, an indication that the meaning of love from the composition \"Una Limosnita Por El Amor de Dios\" is reflected in the title and musical elements in the composition. The title of the song, which means \"Charity for the Love of God\" has the meaning of living in loving one another (Philia's love) to reflect God's love (Agape love). The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the imitation and drill method at the Manado Independent School Choir. This study uses qualitative research methods, namely case studies. The analysis was obtained through a criteria assessment sheet consisting of six aspects of measurement consisting of posture, intonation, breathing, articulation, phasering, and expression.
