Good corporate governance is now considered a basic condition to accept and register an organization in most of the Stock Exchange Markets all over the world. The audit committee plays a major role in corporate governance regarding the organization’s direction, control, and accountability; part of which is the organization’s internal control which is used to provide reasonable assurance about the integrity of management and reliability of the financial reporting. The internal audit is deemed as the core of business accounting as it is the section that keeps track of all businesses associated with the sector. The internal audit efficiency assists in developing the company’s work because the financial reports present the internal audit department’s quality. This concept of Mediclaim Insurance is not new to the business world; history says that it is been in practice since the year. In India private sector and public sector insurance companies are providing this type of insurance. Under the guidance of IRDA this Mediclaim insurance is booming. Therefore now it is a time to analyze and evaluate the performance of insurance companies and the expectations along with the preferences of Mediclaim insurance. The Indian Rupee has witnessed sharp depreciation and increased volatility during the recent past, driven by both global and domestic factors. The event began Post 2008 financial crisis, the advanced economies slipped into recession and faced prolonged slowdown in their growth. Sovereign Debt crisis of Euro Zone countries, which subsequently followed, also hampered the world growth. After the historic downgrade of USA by S&P in August 2011 that triggered heightened risk aversion and a selloff of assets in emerging economies including India by the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs). Risk aversion was further heightened on escalating euro-zone concerns, falling global growth and recent apprehensions over the US Federal Reserve tapering its bond purchase programme. Since the de-licensing of the sector in 1991 and the subsequent opening up of 100 percent FDI through automatic route, Indian automobile sector has come a long way. Today, almost every global auto major has set up facilities in the country. Tata Motors is the largest automobile manufacturing company in the world by volume, with presence across a range of passenger cars and Commercial Vehicles (CV). It is the market leader in terms of volumes in CV Segment (including, Light Commercial Vehicle, Medium&Heavy Commercial Vehicles segments) and enjoys a market share of ~ 58% in the CV segment which has grown consistently over the last few years. This paper gives an overview of Indian automobile industry and the contribution of Tata motors. With an economy projected to grow at 6% to 8% per annum, there is a rapid urbanization and improvement in standards of living for millions of Indian households, the demand for energy is likely to grow significantly, now it is the challenge in front policy makers to take leverage from alternative forms of energy and promotion of energy conservation behavior. Use of renewable energy needs to be promoted. There is shortage of electricity supply this shortage may be minimized by use of fossil fuel for generation electricity, which is not good for the environment and the ecology. There has to be a balance between economic growth and pollution carrying capacity of the environment. In this study researchers analyzed the literature about energy consumption trends and need for energy conservation in world and in India. All 500 and 1,000 rupee notes were instantaneously voided, and a 50 day period ensued where the population could redeem their cancelled cash for newly designed 500 and 2,000 rupee notes or deposit them into bank accounts. India has done this before. In 1946, all 1,000 and 10,000 rupee notes were recalled. In 1978, 1,000, 5,000, and 10,000 rupee notes were demonetized. In the days following Modi's announcement, the banks didn't have enough of the newly designed banknotes on-hand to distribute in exchange for the cancelled notes, and there simply wasn't an adequate supply of smaller denominations in circulation to run the cash economy. This could be the opportunity for e-wallet, companies to flourish and increase their customer base.
