So, monitoring the pest and disease that affects the plants and mapping out their existence will be natural and be taken. And also to avoid the pest's migration from one place to another. And to generate comprehensive reports for monitoring the pest and diseases. Many conclusions were drawn based on the result of the research and survey. Provincial Offices in Region VIII\", as RCPC, can send reports whenever they are on the field at home or on vacation as long as the person can connect to a Wi-Fi or any internet provider. In this way, there will be no longer waiting for a day or a month to get their surveillance form to solve or to add a possible solution to the current diseases on the plants and to prevent the migration of pests and diseases. The researcher recommends using an android tablet instead of a mobile phone since the website deals with charts and graphs (massive data) that require a bigger screen to see. Adding additional features like messaging focuses not just on the crops but also on other plants.","PeriodicalId":14290,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Scientific and Research Publications (IJSRP)","volume":"21 7","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"91430391","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Child marriage is a major threat to human security especially to young girls in developing countries. It ranks high as a Sexual Gender-Based Violence (SGBV) and harmful practice. The research provides a guided vision and direction to policymakers in governments, universities and academia, migration practitioners, development agencies and communities to influence appropriate policy action to end the problem of child marriages. The research used the case study approach to investigate the interlink between child marriages and human security in the area of Burma Valley, Manicaland, Zimbabwe. A sample of 60 respondents consisting of key informants such as traditional leadership, Ministry of primary and secondary education, sports and culture, Ministry of health and child care and the Zimbabwe Republic Police participated in the research. The key findings of the research are that child marriages are mainly driven by proximity to the Mozambique border, agency of the girl child, high illiteracy levels, poor and mixed accommodation. With regard to Job design, it is a well-thought-out as a suitable substitute of working from the normal offices in the modern world. With advancements in technology, wider operations competing with the need to cut down costs, organizations have increased their focus more on the components of teleworking. In the recent time of successive lockdown and imposed restrictions created by COVID pandemic intensified the use of telecommuting. The aim of the article is to analyze telecommuting implementation in face of the COVID-19 pandemic and its effect on employee performance in the financial institution in Kericho, Kenya. According to the literature, telecommuting had a moderate but positive effect on employee performance. Descriptive research design was used to survey a target population of 29 financial institutions. The study adopted stratified sampling approach to identify and classify the financial institutions into various categories. The key respondents within the different departments were identified using convenience and a study sample size of 116 respondents was obtained. Questionnaires were used as the main method to collect the data. The study findings p = .006 indicated that there was no significant relationship between telecommuting and employee performance in financial institutions in Kericho town. The vegetations and crops have been reduced thus lowering the rate of our economy; educational Institutions have been closed down that resulted to having online and modular learning. The same applies to working and employment, given this situation which lead to ponder the thought, \"what is the effects of COVID-19 to the parents working abroad?\". The study used phenomenological design to determine the impacts of Covid-19 to the livelihood of parents working abroad. The sample population was acquired by non-probability purposive sampling in which only 10 OFW parents who’s livelihood is affected by the pandemic were the participants. The research study used a profile form and unstructured online mediated interview as tools for data gathering. The data collected are analyzed and interpreted to answer the study’s research question. However, IFRS has been widely speculated by different scholars and practitioners to be capable of bringing about improved quality in financial reportage (Irvine & Lucas, 2016) but most corporate firm found it difficult to blend with this principles due to their inability to comprehend the reporting standard which demand thorough understanding. As a result of this incomprehensiveness, this study evaluate the influence of IFRS adoption on quality of financial reporting on selected quoted companies in Nigeria Methods : the study adopted primary and secondary data by using both expost facto design and questionnaire where data for discretionary accruals were extracted from 5selected quoted companies 2009-2014 while questionnaire provide information to measure 50 user perceptions towards the influence of IFRS adoption on the quality of financial reports. The transfer process demands high rise building constructions for executing governance. The constructions themselves would mostly use design and build scheme to merge the design stage and construction stage parallelly for acceleration purpose. However, throughout the recent years, accident level in construction sector in Indonesia experiences inclining trendline which is concerned to cause project delay, cost increase, project discontinuation, and disreputable company's image. Accordingly, construction work safety needs to be audited through evaluating the policy in Minister Regulation of General Residency (“Permen PU”) No. 10 Year 2021 about Guidelines for Construction Safety Management System. To date, the audit process has not been a learning point and established as a knowledge. In this research, there will be study of knowledge base to develop knowledge management of auditing process for further learning and to be established as knowledge especially for high rise building construction with design and build scheme. People fill and handle forms to accomplish various tasks in day today life. There are various developed technologies related to form handling. However, in some instances, these existing form-filling, and handling technologies are not sufficient to provide the best solutions with clear guidance for the users. The main objective of this research paper is to design, and development of a web-based forms generation solution named “Interllib Forms” that can be considered as an expert in filling forms. This proposed solution will be helpful to reduce uncertainties faced by applicants during form filling. This system was built as an expert system builder tool. Also, Interllib forms are built as a platform with the facility to create new form components, each with modules that represent the main functionalities of an expert system builder tool. Thus, ”Add Questions”, and” Add Results“ modules were built to provide a knowledge acquisition functionality. The “Map and Submit” module was built to map each “Questions and Results” and build rules using a specific calculation. API keys and Links module was built to generate a unique API key for each form component which is embedded in all the Questions and Results. Also, a specific logic was used for inferencing mapped rules relevant to the applicant’s queries. This acts as an intelligent feature. The “Interllib Forms” -web application is tested with user support and can be concluded that 70.8% of end users have positive feedback regarding the acceptable level. And 53.3% of knowledge experts have moderate feedback regarding the logic used in Question and Results mapping which will be subjected to be modified with an advanced algorithm in the future.","PeriodicalId":14290,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Scientific and Research Publications (IJSRP)","volume":"1 4 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"72669041","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
