The theory used in this study is the power theory of Michel Foucault. Other concepts that help in analyzing are the concept of class and ethnicity by Karl Marx, Representation by Chris Barker, as well as the concept of class by Pierre Bourdieau. The research methodology used is Television Semiotics Analysis by John Fiske, with 3 (three) levels stages. Reality Level, Representation Level, Ideology Level. The results of the study show that the Javanese are in a powerless position, while the Betawi are in a powerful position. Meanwhile, other ethnic groups, such as: Batak, Sundanese and Non-Ethnic (Urban groups), often rely on the Betawi ethnicity to rely on truth. The tug-of-war between ethnic groups varies depending on the capital owned. Symbolic Capital, controlled by ethnic Betawi. Capital Culture, dominated by ethnic Batak. Economic Capital, dominated by ethnic Sundanese and Chinese. Meanwhile, the Javanese ethnicity dominates in terms of time and energy. The Javanese ethnicity is needed by everyone because they are willing to help.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan kuasa yang terjadi antar etnis dalam interaksi yang ditampilkan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori power dari Michel Foucault. Konsep-konsep lain yang turut membantu dalam menganalisis adalah konsep kelas dan etnis oleh Karl Marx, Representasi oleh Chris Barker, juga konsep kelas oleh Pierre Bourdieau. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah Analisa Semiotika Televisi oleh John Fiske, dengan tahapan 3 (tiga) level. Level Realitas, Level Representasi, Level Ideologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, etnis Jawa berada pada posisi powerless, sedangkan etnis Betawi berada pada posisi powerful. Sedangkan etnis lainnya, seperti : Batak, Sunda dan Non Etnis (kelompok Urban), sering menyerahkan sandaran kebenaran pada etnis Betawi. Tarik-menarik hubungan kuasa antar etnis berbeda-beda tergantung dari modal yang dimiliki. Modal Simbolik, dikuasai oleh etnis Betawi. Modal Kultur, dikuasai etnis Batak. Modal Ekonomi, dikuasai oleh etnis Sunda dan Tionghoa. Sedangkan etnis Jawa berkuasa dalam hal waktu dan tenaga. This descriptive qualitative research study with data testing using triangulation techniques aims to determine the steps that have been taken by LPP RRI Madiun and Human Resources in implementing media convergence. The results show that the steps taken by RRI in media transformation are by launching a website, and presenting various applications that can be enjoyed via mobile phones, using YouTube channels and zoom meetings as new media in the broadcasting process, and utilizing social media in the process of promoting programs and interactions. with audiences. Human Resources at RRI Madiun has carried out training and training efforts to adapt skills and abilities to the times and current technology. \u0000 \u0000Menghadapi era digital menjadikan tantangan baru serta menjadi tuntutan media konvensional untuk melakukan konvergensi media agar tetap terjaga eksistensinya. Studi penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengujian data menggunakan teknik triangulasi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui langkah yang telah dilakukan LPP RRI Madiun serta Sumber Daya Manusia dalam melaksanakan konvergensi media. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa langkah yang diambil RRI dalam transformasi media yaitu dengan meluncurkan website, dan menyajikan berbagai aplikasi yang dapat dinikmati melalui handphone, menggunakan youtube channel dan zoom metting sebagai media baru dalam proses penyiaran, serta memanfaatkan sosial media dalam proses mempromosikan program acara dan interaksi dengan khalayak. The depiction of injustice against women is also often found in various entertainment media, such as films, dramas, comics, and animated series. Anime Jujutsu Kaisen is a Japanese animated series adapted from comics written by Gege Akutami and produced by MAPPA Studio. Anime Jujutsu Kaisen has succeeded in stealing the attention of its fans because of its well-packaged animation and storyline. Uniquely, the Jujutsu Kaisen anime also represents the struggle of women through the depiction of strong, tough, and courageous female characters. The purpose of this research is to find out the representation of liberal feminism in the anime series. This study uses qualitative research methods and John Fiske's television code semiotic analysis. Television code includes three levels, namely the level of reality, the level of representation, and the level of ideology. The results of the study show that there are seven representations of liberal feminism in Jujutsu Kaisen anime. This analysis was carried out based on the findings of feminism values at the level of reality, level of representation, and level of ideology. \u0000 \u0000Banyak media berita hingga media hiburan yang menggambarkan perempuan sebagai kaum yang lemah dan tidak berdaya. Penggambaran ketidakadilan terhadap perempuan juga kerap ditemukan dalam berbagai media hiburan, seperti film, drama, komik, hingga serial animasi. Anime Jujutsu Kaisen merupakan serial animasi Jepang yang diadaptasi dari komik yang ditulis oleh Gege Akutami dan diproduksi oleh MAPPA Studio. Anime Jujutsu Kaisen telah sukses mencuri perhatian para penggemarnya karena animasi dan alur cerita yang dikemas secara apik. Uniknya, anime Jujutsu Kaisen turut merepresentasikan perjuangan perempuan melalui penggambaran karakter perempuan yang kuat, tangguh, dan berani. Tujuan dari peneitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui representasi feminisme liberal dalam serial anime tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan analisis semiotika kode televisi John Fiske. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat lima representasi femnisme liberal dalam anime Jujutsu Kaisen, meliputi perempuan yang kuat, perempuan independen, perempuan dalam pengambilan keputusan, upaya perempuan untuk terbebas dari diskriminasi, dan kebebasan perempuan dalam berekspresi. The methodology used in this research is a qualitative content analysis method with a discourse analysis approach. The data collection technique used is the Literature. The results of this study show that the self-disclosure that he shows on social media is carried out on the basis of self-awareness for the benefit of his personal branding, then the benefits are that the community looks entertained and inspired by the life story of Indra Kenz, but has the danger of being too open to social media, which has an impact on his detention for being a suspect in spreading fake news and money laundering under the guise of trading. Penelitian ini akan mengkaji secara mendalam bagaimana kegiatan direct marketing dalam meningkatkan pengguna baru di tengah pandemi Covid-19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mempelajari kegiatan direct marketing dalam meningkatkan pengguna baru Indihome Brebes. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara secara mendalam, observasi serta dokumentasi yang melibatkan informan sebagai sumber informasi terkait kegiatan direct marketing yang dilakukan Telkom Datel Brebes. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kegiatan direct marketing yang diterapkan oleh Telkom Datel Brebes dalam meningkatkan pengguna baru di tengah pandemi Covid-19 dilakukan dengan menerapkan persepsi �Internetan terjangkau dengan Indihome�. Kegiatan direct marketing Telkom Datel Brebes dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Tahap pelaksanaan yang dilakukan Telkom Datel Brebes mengidentifikasikan target audiens seluruh elemen masyarakat menengah ke bawah, merancang pesan sesuai AIDA hingga penetapan anggaran promosi. Pelaksanaan direct marketing dilakukan melalui pengelolaan database, penjualan langsung, telemarketing dan iklan tanggap langsung. Dukungan keluarga�berupa motivasi,bantuan�serta empati�yang bisa membuat sesorang tersebut merasa aman.�Melihat kondisi di indonesia yang sedang mengalami Pandemi COVID-19 mahasiswa terhambat dalam proses pengerjaan skripsi karena tidak semua layanan dilakukan secara online,�dan�tidak bisa melakukan penelitian langsung yang�berdampak pada kondisi psikologis mereka�sehingga banyak mahasiswa yang mengalami kecemasan�karena�skripsi.�Tujuan umumnya menggambarkan hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan kecemasan pada mahasiswa untuk tujuan khususnya sendiri mengindentifikasi karakteristik responden, mengidentifikasi dukungan keluarga responden, mengidentifikasi kecemasan pada mahasiswa, dan menganalisis hubungan antara dukungan keluarga kecemasan pada mahasiswa.�penelitian ini merupakan jenis survei analitik dengan studi cross sectional penggumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner. The type of research is used explanatory research. The population of this research is all links under the Ar RAfi hijab agent in Diandra galery Demak. The research method used by quantitative methods. The technique of determining sample was used by purposive sampling. This study, used 50 respondents became sample. Data analysis was tested use multiple linear regression analysis technique, with SPSS software. Data collection techniques through online questionnaires used a Likert scale. The results based on partial tested are that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision, promotion intensity has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision, while online shopping culture also has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision. Based on results of simultaneous tested, brand image, promotion intensity and online shopping culture have a positive and significant effect on decision by 57.4%. It means that, 42.6% of purchasing decision are influenced by other variable outsidefrom model of this reserch. For further researchers, �variables else should be included, such as product completeness, product quality, emotional factors, social bonding factors and others so that research results can be more varied so that it is possible to make alternative decision.Keywords: brand image, promotion intensity, online shopping culture, purchasing decision.AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh citra merk, intensitas promosi dan budaya belanja online terhadap keputusan pembelian pada customer �hijab Ar Rafi di galeri Diandra Demak. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian explanatory research. Populasinya adalah semua link di bawah agen hijab Ar Rafi Diandra Demak. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik penentuan sampel dengan cara purposive sampling. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel yang digunakan 50 responden. Analisis data diuji dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS . Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner online dengan menggunakan skala likert. Hasil berdasarkan pengujian secara parsial dalam penelitian ini adalah citra merk terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, intensitas promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian �sedangkan budaya belanja online juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian simultan menunjukan citra merk, intensitas promosi dan budaya belanja online berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan sebesar 57,4%. Dengan kata lain, 42,6% keputusan pembelian dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif, dengan jenis penelitian eksplanasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel probability sampling dengan menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling. Peneliti menggunakan teknik survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 86 responden. Hasil akhir penelitian ini yaitu hubungan antara tingkat literasi digital dan pengelolaan privasi komunikasi terletak pada kategori cukup lemah. The news attracted the attention of the public from foreign countries to the people of Indonesia. With the presence of news on Chinese rockets, social media, one of which is Twitter, has the trending hashtag #roketchina which is widely discussed by Indonesians. This study aims to determine social networking in conversations on twitter using the hashtag #roketchina. In this study using a social network analysis research method by analyzing participant observation. The results of this study describe the communication network formed based on the hashtag #roketchina. In this network there are 12 actors and 40 ties or accounts interacting on the hashtag #roketchina. In addition, there are two types of relationships on social media twitter using the hashtag #roketchina (two modes), because communication networks are not only monitored by individuals but also official institutions or agencies. The starting point for change occurs mainly in the aspect of human communication. The Covid-19 virus is transmitted through droplets in human activities. Where as an effort to contain the pandemic, face-to-face meetings are avoided. So direct communication that causes crowds in various public places is avoided and prohibited so as not to become a base for virus transmission. As a result, communication switches to new media through a set of digital technologies that are connected to the internet. Along with the advancement of the digital era in the 21st century, the role of new media as a means of communication is very urgent.
