In relation to Blockchain, Smart Contracts have emerged, revolutionizing the field of contracts. There are great expectations surrounding these technological advances for various sectors such as finance or registration. However, despite the obvious benefits, some obstacles are being identified regarding compliance with regulations on personal data protection in the service of smart contracts, specifically in relation to privacy/confidentiality controls and the right to be forgotten due to the governing principles of Blockchain. Throughout the course of this paper, we will analyze the different facets that arise within the presented issue, as well as explore various global scenarios and the regulations, doctrine, and jurisprudence, both from Argentina and internationally, in order to envision potential solutions to the identified problems. It is our duty as legal professionals to delve into the revolutionary and disruptive technologies that are currently emerging, so that they can be used as allies both in the daily lives of citizens and in more complex scenarios. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data, while the data source used in this research is secondary data. This research uses a path analysis model (Path Analysis), namely using panel data of 190 data consisting of 10 years as Time Series data starting from 2011 to 2020 and combined with 19 Regencies/Cities as Cross Section data. The data analysis method used in this research is the multiple linear regression analysis method (Multiple Regression Analysis) and path analysis (Path Analysis). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of providing premarital health counseling on the bride-to-be, in preparing for a healthy pregnancy. This research method uses a pre-experiment method with one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects in this study were the bride aged 19 - 45 years who would do a health check at Puskesmas Tanjung Priok, with a total of 42 respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. This research using dependent t-test for data analysis. Where this encourages the emergence of finance companies that help people to be able to buy goods they need by using resources from finance companies. Based on the results of this research, even though PT. MTF can dominate the other 7 leasing companies in terms of \"Attractive Credit Program\", \"Trusted\", and \"Famous\". This is evidenced by the value of \"Attractive Credit Program\" which is 3.40, \"Trusted\" is 3.47, and \"Famous\" is 3.45. The results of the pre-survey reflect the lack of brand image that PT. This technology itself is widely used in everyday life, such as for using personal devices or registering. But at the same time, the presence of this technology can cause problems with personal data. This research then aims to see the relationship between facial recognition technology and regulations, ethics, and legal implications in data security and privacy. This research will be carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used in this research was obtained through the results of relevant previous research and studies. The results of this research then found that the presence of facial recognition technology has significant benefits, but at the same time poses significant challenges. These challenges generally center around data security and privacy issues. The data for this investigation is derived from diverse research findings and prior studies that remain pertinent to the current research. The results of this research then found that there were various problems faced in integrating environmental principles, such as cultural challenges, economic obstacles, and pressure from stakeholders. However, even though various challenges need to be faced, the impact of environmental integration is quite large. This includes improving the company's image, resource efficiency, and attracting investors.
