Several surveys found that the average Indonesian uses a gadget for 5.5 hours per day, even though ideally only 257 minutes or 4 hours 17 minutes a day. Passing the limit of ideal use, it can threaten the performance of the user’s brain. In addition, it will lessen the chance to build quality communication and relationships with others (phubbing). Concerned about this matter, Starbucks Indonesia held a Let’s Disconnect to Connectcampaign in the LINE application and at Starbucks Indonesia outlets. This quantitative research aims to see the influence of the Let’s Disconnect to Connect campaign on the anti-phubbing attitude of Starbucks Indonesia LINE official account followers. The survey involving 100 respondents, mostly in the age group of 20-25 years, used the interpersonal communication theory and Ostergaard Model to guide the implementation of the campaign. The results showed that the Let’s Disconnect to Connect campaign was able to influence the creation of an anti-phubbing attitude of 65,2%. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka terbitlah Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) nomor 24 tahun 2018 mengenai perijinan berusaha melalui One Single Submission (OSS) yaitu sebuah sistem perijinan online yang terintegrasi. Salah satu tujuan OSS adalah untuk mempermudah perijinan berusaha terutama bagi pelaku ekonomi kreatif. Hadirnya OSS membuat dinas perijinan pelayanan publik di daerah merubah prosedur perijinan dan sistem manajemen maupun infrastruktur yang sudah ada. Berdasarkan beberapa hal tersebut diatas maka penelitian ini bermaksud merumuskan perencanaan strategis pengembangan SI/TI terkait sistem perijinan usaha yang berkaitan dengan pengintegrasian One Single Submission (OSS). Permasalahnya adalah 1). Bagaimana pemahaman ASN terhadap pelayanan informasi publik secara online? 2). Bagaimana proses penggunaan media sosial sebagai peningkatan peran pelayanan publik oleh Public Relations pemerintah daerah Kabupaten/kota di jawa Timur dan Nusa Tenggara Barat?. 3). seberapa besar penggunaan Penggunaan Instant Messaging Untuk pelayanan informasi Publik? 4). bagaimana sikap ASN Public Relations terhadap penerapan integrasi jaringan yang digunakan untuk proses komunikasi antara pemerintah pusat dan daerah? Hasilnya ASN sebagian besar memahami pelayanan publik secra online, ASN secara individu sebagian besar menggunakan media sosial. ASN sebagian besar menggnakan Instant Messaging. Sikap ASN terhadap penerapan integrasi jaringan sebagian besar sangat setuju.
