This course discusses architecture, concepts, design methods, implementation, information technology (IT) blueprints and map strategies. So far, the learning has combined conventional learning model and the Student Center Learning (SCL) method. The researchproblem is student difficulty in understanding IT frameworks, blueprints and integrating business processes in companies. Based on application of SCL model, many students fail to understand how to integrate several business processes into a blueprint. The average midterm and final exam scores are low and below expectation. Therefore, this study aimed to developan interactive web-based enterprise learning media by integrating TOGAF framework method and balanced scorecard to enable. This issue began with a news from online newspapers that got uploaded on social media and it went viral. If this adverse news was not handled properly, it would harm Pizza Hut’s image. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a sound strategy organized by Public Relations of Pizza Hut Indonesia and relevant stakeholders to manage the issue. This qualitative descriptive research aimed to investigate the efforts made by Pizza Hut Indonesia in solving the problem. It was found that Pizza Hut has developed a five-stage strategy, which consists of problem analysis, information exploration, decision making, implementation and resolution. The strategy was in line with the issue management concept of Chase and Jones. Therefore, it can be inferred that Pizza Hut Indonesia has implemented an effective strategy to address the issue through mediation with unsatisfied customers. Project t eam bertugas untuk menyelenggarakan acara sedangkan tugas dari account executive adalah menjadi mediator antara project t eam dengan kliennya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pola komunikasi yang berlangsung antara project team dan account executiv e di e vent o rganizer Twisbless serta mengetahui hambatan komunikasi yang ada di dalam organisasi tersebut. Kerangka konseptual yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori komunikasi organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Twisbless yang berperan sebagai project team dan account executive . Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan observasi terhadap empat orang narasumber yang bekerja di Twisbless. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi organisasi yang digunakan oleh project team dan account executive di Twisbless adalah komunikasi internal dan eksternal . Komunikasi internal berlangsung dalam empat arah yaitu, komunikasi ke atas, komunikasi ke bawah, komunikasi diagonal, dan komunikasi horizontal.
