Traditional methods often struggle to capture the complex patterns present in stock price movements. In this study, we propose a hybrid model combining Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and Linear Regression techniques to improve the accuracy and robustness of stock price predictions. We evaluate the performance of our hybrid model using historical stock price data and compare it with individual LSTM and linear regression models. The experiments demonstrate that the hybrid model outperforms the standalone models in terms of accuracy and robustness.","PeriodicalId":14228,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Scientific Research in Science, Engineering and Technology","volume":"55 9","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140511097","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As this data is abundant, there is a need to create summaries that would capture the relevant details of the original source. Since manual summarization is a very taxing process, researchers have been actively trying to automate this process using modern computers that could try to comprehend and generate natural human language. Automated text summarization has been one of the most researched areas in the realm of Natural Language Processing (NLP). Extractive and abstractive summarization are two of the most commonly used techniques for generating summaries. In this study, we present a new methodology that takes the aforementioned summarization techniques into consideration and based on the input, generates a summary that is seemingly better than that generated using a single approach. Further, we have made an attempt to provide this methodology as a service that is deployed on the internet and is remotely accessible from anywhere. This service provided is scalable, fully responsive, and configurable. Next, we also discuss the evaluation process through which we came up with the best model out of many candidate models. Lastly, we conclude by discussing the inferences that we gained out of this study and provide a brief insight into future directions that we could explore.","PeriodicalId":14228,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Scientific Research in Science, Engineering and Technology","volume":"29 26","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139630927","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Various new car companies are revolutionizing the industry by introducing innovative models. The interest in electric vehicles is rapidly growing, and with the introduction of new pricing models, the market is expected to expand even further. Recognizing this shift, existing car manufacturers are striving to unveil new hybrid or electric vehicle models. Developed countries such as the UK and France have already announced plans to ban the sale of diesel and petrol cars by 2040. Experts predict that Europe will witness a complete transition to electric vehicles five years prior to the deadline. This transformation has led to increased commitments and competition among leading car manufacturers and businesses in the automotive industry. Norway, for instance, is experiencing remarkable progress in the electric vehicles market, with nearly 30% of new car sales in December 2017 being electric battery-powered vehicles. Energy experts anticipate that China and India will drive the demand for electric vehicles, as these countries prioritize the development of low-carbon emission transportation solutions. In response to the growing industry, many companies are planning to introduce electric vehicle charging points to support the increasing demand for electric vehicles.","PeriodicalId":14228,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Scientific Research in Science, Engineering and Technology","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140519500","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The overarching goal is to identify compounds that exhibit both robust binding affinity and favourable pharmacokinetic profiles, laying the foundation for potential antiviral drug development. The methodology begins with the meticulous selection of triazolo pyrimidine derivatives based on their structural characteristics. Molecular docking studies are then conducted, focusing on a specific binding site on the SARS-CoV target. Subsequent molecular dynamics simulations provide a dynamic perspective on the stability of the binding interactions over time. ADMET parameter assessments are employed to evaluate drug-likeness and safety, crucial factors in determining the compounds' viability as potential drug candidates. The findings of this research underscore promising interactions between the triazolo pyrimidine derivatives and the targeted viral site, suggesting their potential as inhibitors of SARS-CoV. Importantly, the ADMET assessments contribute valuable insights into the pharmacokinetic properties of the compounds, informing their overall safety and suitability for further development. Notably, molecular docking studies include a comparative analysis with the standard antiviral drug remdesivir, revealing that the triazolo pyrimidine derivatives exhibit energy scores surpassing those of remdesivir. This finding signifies a potential advantage in terms of binding affinity and effectiveness against SARS-CoV. The implications of this research are profound, extending beyond the identification of potential inhibitors for SARS-CoV to contributing essential knowledge for the development of therapeutics against coronaviruses in general. This study serves as a crucial stepping stone for subsequent experimental validation and optimization of the identified compounds, propelling future drug discovery endeavours in the fight against coronaviral infections.","PeriodicalId":14228,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Scientific Research in Science, Engineering and Technology","volume":"177 6","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140523455","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Babies who are only given breast milk are protected against hazardous bacteria that may be found in formula and other baby meals, germs that can cause diarrhoea, other diseases, and even death. These harmful bacteria can be found in formula and other infant meals. Breast milk is the only food babies need. This research aimed to investigate exclusive breastfeeding practices among female healthcare professionals and mothers who received services at child welfare clinics in the Sissala East Municipality of Ghana. A facility-based quantitative descriptive cross-sectional design was used in this study. The study revealed that social support statistically influenced the practice of exclusive breastfeeding among the respondents. Lactating mothers whose close relatives supported them were 2.61 times more likely to practice exclusive breastfeeding than those not supported by their close relatives (COR: 2.61 (C.I: 1.26 – 5.39) P=0.010).
