This manuscript aimed to know the Tehuacan businesspeople’s perceptions around green competitiveness in three dimensions: perception, experience, and management. The method was quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional, and descriptive, for which a research instrument was carried out to determine if they included actions related to climate change based on organizational management and focused on green growth. The findings around the three dimensions in the Phase 1 of the implementation model are that most of the companies are including climate change and green growth actions; however, they do not designate any investment for this purpose. The reasons to attend the climate change and green growth are the tax benefits, the relevant information procurement and technological assistance. Furthermore, the main consequences around green growth are regulatory compliance, financial performance, and positive corporate reputation. However, the cost of providing building materials required to complete any construction project is greatly high perhaps amounting to 55%-60% of the tender figure. The research was aimed at ensuring effective and efficient storage and handling of construction materials at construction sites in Volta and Oti Regions to ensure waste minimization harnessed with the needed productivity, in relation to construction material management. To effectively carry out this project, a survey method through the use of techniques such as questionnaire, observation and interviews were undertaken to actually determine what took place on the construction site in terms of material management thus, storage and handling on construction sites. Population for the study covered 25 construction companies in both Volta and Oti Regions. Quota sampling technique was adopted to distribute questionnaires to 200 respondents and stratified random sampling techniques for selection of 50 operatives on sites visited. Furthermore, interviews were carried out for 15 interviewees and also observed 35 operatives. The method used to analyze the data was descriptive statistics in percentiles through the use of tables and charts. The results showed that, building materials are not properly kept, space allocated for material storage was not enough, poor mode of material transport to site and lack of keeping adequate records among few. It is hereby recommended that Contractors, Site Supervisors and Storekeepers in the construction industries needed to be given sufficient education on the technical knowhow of material storage and handling on site. Structured questionnaire was the principal tool used in eliciting information from three hundred and fifteen (315) respondents drawn from the study population. Descriptive statistics and regression analysis were used in data analysis. The result of the regression analysis shows that work related stress has a negative significant impact on the result based performance. The model summary and ANOVA results presented show that the model is highly fitted with no auto correlation with an overall significant regression. I was shocked to notice students are not prudent to the way they are addressing to others: teachers, pupils, inspectors and so on. The speaker or writer of any language should respect some established principles of that language i.e. the communication in any language is interesting when it implies the use and respect of that languages’ politeness rules. I have selected twenty dissertations from the department of English of the Teacher Training College of Mbujimayi, DRC. These dissertations are from different domains: grammar, theoretical linguistics, and literature or applied linguistics. I have been focused on dissertations sections such as: Problem definition, choice and interest of the work, aims and purposes of the study, and further studies. I have noticed that the politeness maxims are more violated in dissertations than they are observed. To avoid violating more the politeness principle (PP) in both speaking and writing, I have suggested that the PP get taught to students in conversations and research methodology courses. In the Turkish belief system, too, water appears as a purifying element to which sacrifices are made, wishes are made, and the representative of abundance and fertility. In the sources, we see that the Turks prefer places close to water as their living space, and that water is the address of protection from evil and diseases, purification and cleaning, in short, healing. It is possible to see traces of the place of water among Turkish cultural codes in the first Turkish Islamic works, Dede Korkut stories, legends and travel books. When we look at the Turkish administrative system, while the Turkish khan and lords are responsible for protecting and watching over their people, water also protects the Turkish lords. On the other hand, it can be said that the main axis is formed around the water, from the fact that the new-born child has a healthy and beneficial long-lasting life in the transition period rituals in Anatolia, from the wish that the marriage will be prosperous when the bride pours water in a new marriage and the marriage will be fruitful, to the celebrations in the hidrellez around the water.
