This degradation includes diminished colors, low brightness and undistinguishable objects in the image. To improve the quality of such degraded images, we have proposed fusion based underwater image enhancement technique that focuses on improving of the contrast and color of underwater images using contrast stretching and Auto White Balance. One among the major administering forces herein is the appealing of the light intensity of FFA type algorithm, which models the solution in an optimum manner. The hybrid method of FFPSI, which does associates the notion basically from the FF type algorithm and PSO does spawns newer individuals. Each of these blocks are designed for compressed area, minimum energy consumption, and high operating speed. Various techniques have been attempted to optimize the device. These techniques are mainly divided in to four aspects: (1) increasing the longevity of device using energy harvesting approaches; (2) reducing the delay to enhance the operating frequency; (3) reducing the data storage using data compression; (4)increasing the data rate transmission with reduced power consumption. Applications of DC-DC converters include integration of renewable sources, power supplies, controlled electric drives etc. Digital design of fuzzy logic controller (FLC) based robust controller for DC-DC converter is presented in this research paper. The FLC shows good performance where linear control techniques are unable to produce desired result. The power electronic converters suffer from non-linearity and therefore conventional linear controllers don't provide desired response. The proposed FLC is inspected for practical operating conditions of DC-DC converters such as load changes, input voltage variations etc. A comparative simulation result is produced for practical operating conditions which shows superiority and robustness of controller. Such missions typically involve a high degree of covertness. Hence, for such sensitive applications there is desideratum for designing an unmanned surveillance system by using wireless visual sensor network. Because of bandwidth and energy utilisation bound of sensor nodes such systems necessitate less bandwidth and energy aware designs to ensure longevity of system. Therefore this paper proposes a compressive sensing based real time object tracking surveillance system that reduces bandwidth utilization by minimizing the amount of data required for processing. The system aims at minimizing the time required for image reconstruction, enhancing the quality of reconstructed image and reliable tracking of the moving object by reducing computational complexities in real time scenario. The paper attempts to reduce computational complexities and improve the quality of reconstructed image using Smooth Projected Landweber reconstruction technique. It also focuses on reducing the noise accumulated due to randomness of channel by operating under various modulations. Further, Kalman filter is used to track the object's path. An improved ON current is archived using optimized device parameter, ON current as high as 0.18 mA and off current of the order of 10−19 A have been archived and a instantaneous sub threshold slope of as low as 16 mV/dec has been observed which is one of the reason why TFET could replace MOSFET. The simulation has been carried out with non-local barrier tunneling model using Synopsys TCAD Tool. A Huge ION/Ioff ratio of more than1014 is obtained for 50 nm channel length DG-TFET. Healthcare organizations are facing the challenges to extract dynamic, complex and cross-functional processes. The issues related to improper data management, collaboration and coordination make the careflows convoluted to perceive. In this paper, we are examining the event log embracing the events of sepsis cases from a hospital. Sepsis is a life threatening condition typically caused by an infection. The events were recorded by the ERP system of the hospital. The research objective is to investigate this healthcare process for two stances: control flow and conformance perusal. Varied process mining techniques are used for exploration and collation of their operation with the event log. We have extracted the useful facts from event logs in form of MXML/XES format, importing in a PROM framework and scrutinize the pathways followed by distinct processes. The transmitter is operating at a power supply of 1.2V and the peak power efficiency of power amplifier is 74.6%. But the transceiver hardware impairments limit this channel capacity and Finite SNR multiplexing gain of MIMO-OFDM system, so we can not neglect the fundamental impacts of these hardware impairments {Kappa G (0.05 0.1)} in the high SNR region. Also the channel Capacity increases with SNR and number of antennas but it decreases as the level of hardware impairments increases.
