This fish has high economic value and is the most expensive grouper fish in Indonesia. Humpback grouper seeds can be used as ornamental fish or raised for consumption fish. This study aimed to evaluate the growth performance of humpback grouper cultivated with the cage system. During the maintenance, fish were fed with 1-5% feed ratio. Fish were reared from 30g to 200g in size, and a feed conversion ratio of 2 was obtained with a survival rate of 94%. The fish were started to be given mixed feed with a 3-4% feed ratio, consisting of 15% pellets and 85% fresh fish which had been cut according to the fish mouth opening. The next maintenance starts from fish measuring 200g to reaching 500g with a survival rate of 93%. This encourages the supply of pomfret for consumption to increase, so that the supply of seeds for rearing is also increasing. The purpose of this study was to determine the growth and survival of pomfret fry. The test fish used were Freshwater Pomfret with an initial length of 3 -5 cm with an initial weight of 2.1 - 2.5 grams, which were kept in a 30 liter container. The research method used is an experimental method using a completely randomized design (CRD), consisting of 5 levels of treatment with 3 replications. The results showed that treatment A (stocking density 50 birds/25 liters) showed the highest growth of 4.01 grams, with a length of 5.67cm, survival of 96.67%, and FCR of 6.98 The lowest growth was in treatment P1 ( stocking density of 10 fish/25 liters) was 2.97 grams, with a length of 4.31 cm, survival of 96.67% and FCR of 1.45. The results of observations of water quality measured during the study were still within the tolerance limits for the growth and development of Freshwater Pomfret. The population of keperas fish has begun to decrease due to the catch of the surrounding community, so efforts are needed to be cultivated. In cultivation activities, it is necessary to know the proper management of feeding, one of which is the frequency of feeding. The research design used in this study was RAL with 3 treatments and 3 repetitions. The treatments given were different feeding frequency (P1 = 2 times per day, P2 = 3 times per day and P3 = 4 times per day). Parameters observed included absolute length and mutlat weight growth, daily growth rate, feed efficiency and survival rate. Based on ANOVA, feeding frequency had a significant effect (P<0.05) on growth in length and absolute weight and feed efficiency, but had no significant effect (P>0.05) on daily growth rate and survival rate. Iskandar","doi":"10.33059/jisa.v6i1.3529","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33059/jisa.v6i1.3529","url":null,"abstract":"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh waktu (siang dan malam) terhadap besarnya kecepatan angin (km/jam) di daerah penelitian, mengetahui tipe angin berdasarkan kecepatan angin (km/jam) rata-rata di daerah penelitian menurut tabel skala Beaufort, mengetahui pengaruh jumlah 3 sudu dan 6 sudu pada turbin angin terhadap kecepatan putaran per menit (rpm) alternator, mengetahui perbandingan lama waktu pengisian baterai oleh turbin angin dengan 3 sudu dan 6 sudu, mengetahui waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menghidupkan rangkaian lampu LED.  Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode percobaan, yaitu melakukan uji coba turbin angin dengan 3 sudu dan 6 sudu. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat, bivariat dan analisis lanjut. Waktu (siang dan malam) memberikan pengaruh terhadap besarnya kecepatan angin. Turbin angin dengan 6 sudu menghasilkan kecepatan (rpm) alternator lebih besar dibandingkan dengan 3 sudu.  Lama waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk mengisi ampere baterai sampai penuh dengan 3 sudu yaitu 1 jam 45 menit, sedangkan dengan 6 sudu waktu yang dibutuhkan hanya 1 jam 30 menit. Tujuan penelitianuntukmengetahuikesesuaianlahanKualaLangsasebagailahan budidaya dan memberikan luaran berupa peta kualitas perairan di KualaLangsa.Pengambilan data sampel di laksanakan pada bulanMaret–April2021 di kawasan pesisirKualaLangsa Kecamatan Langsa Barat.meliputi studi literatur, pengambilan titik, pengambilan data lapangan dan analisis substrat di Laboratorium Teknik Sipil Fakultas Teknik Universitas Samudra. Ikan peres adalah ikan endemik yang bersifat pelagis Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui campuran ekstrak daun cengkeh (Syzygium aromaticum) Terhadap daya tetas telur ikan peres (Osteochilus kappeni). Metode yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan yaitu P0 (kontrol), P1(diberi campuran 5 ml), P2 (diberi campuran 7 ml) dan P3 (diberi campuran 9 ml). Setiap perlakuan menggunakan telur ikan peres berjumlah 30 butir. Parameter yang diamati selama penelitian yaitu kualitas air,  hatching rate (HR), Abnormalitas Larva, kelangsungan hidup, dan kualitas air. Hasil pengamatan berdasarkan analisis sidik ragam diperoleh hasil bahwa perlakuan yang diberikan ekstrak daun cengkeh pada telur ikan peres. Berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap daya tetas telur dan kelangsungan hidup namun tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap abnormalitas larva. Saat ini, ikan nila telah tersebar ke negara beriklim tropis maupun subtropis, sedangkan pada wilayah beriklim dingin ikan nila tidak dapat hidup dengan baik. Budidaya ikan nila relatif tidak sulit dan memiliki beberapa keunggulan dalam budidaya seperti pertumbuhannya relatif cepat, mudah dikembangkan dan mudah beradaptasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan padat tebar terhadap  pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup benih ikan nila (Oreochromis niloticus).Metode yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan P1 (5 ekor/wadah), P2 (15 ekor / wadah) , P3 (25 ekor/wadah) dan P4 (35ekor/ wadah).Parameter yang diamati selama penelitian yaitu, kelangsungan hidup, dan  pertumbuhan. Hasil dari perlakuan tersebut berpengaruh nyata terhadap kelangsungan hidup, pertumbuhan  berat  mutlak,  pertumbuhan  panjang  mutlak  dan  laju  pertumbuhan harian. Tingkat kelangsungan hidup terbaik diperlihatkan pada P1 yaitu 66,67% dan persentase  terendah  terdapat  pada  perlakuan  P4  yaitu  47,62%.  Pertumbuhan  bobot mutlak  yang terbaik terdapat pada  P1  yaitu 5,04 gr dan  pertumbuhan bobot mutlak terendah pada perlakuan P4 yaitu 2,24 gr. Pertumbuhan ikan dapat dipicu dengan pemberian pakan yang baik. Untuk menekan biaya pakan dan mempercepat pertumbuhan diperlukan strategi pemberian pakan melalui pembatasan pakan atau pemuasaan secara periodik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lama pemuasaan terhadap pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup ikan Nila (Oreochromis niloticus) yang dipuasakan secara periodik. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah Metode Eksperimen RAL (Rancangan Acak Lengkap) dengan 4  perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Adapun perlakuan pemuasaan yang digunakan adalah P₁ Tanpa pemuasaan (kontrol) P₂ 1 hari puasa 1 hari diberi pakan P₃ 1 hari puasa 2 hari diberi pakan P₄ 1 hari puasa 3 hari diberi pakan. Setiap perlakuan menggunakan benih berukuran 5-6 cm. Parameter yang diamati yaitu Pertumbuhan Berat Mutlak, Pertumbuhan Panjang Mutlak, Laju Pertumbuhan Harian, Kelangsungan Hidup, dan Efisiensi Pakan. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan Analisis Sidik Ragam diperoleh hasil bahwa pemuasaan pada ikan nila berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap Pertumbuhan berat mutlak dan Laju pertumbuhan harian dan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan Panjang mutlak, Kelangsungan hidup, dan Efisiensi pakan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan melakukanpengumpulan data kualitas air parameter fisika dan kimia yang berada di tambak-tambak Desa Kuala LangsasecaralangsungpadabulanDesemberdalamduaperiode.
