Rancangan penelitian menggunakan metode regresi dan analisis probit dengan 6 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan yaitu A konsentrasi herbisida 0 ml/L, B konsentrasi herbisisda DMA-6, 0,025 ml/L air, C konsentrasi herbisisda DMA-6, 0,005 ml/L air, D konsentrasi herbisisda DMA-6, 0,075 ml/L air, E konsentrasi herbisisda DMA-6, 0,1 ml/L air dan F konsentrasi herbisisda DMA-6, 0,125 ml/L air. Pestisida tidak berpengaruh terhadap perubahan suhu, oksigen terlarut (DO), Salinitas dan pH . Gejala klinis akibat pemaparan Pestisida terhadap udang vanamei adalah gerakan yang tidak beraturan, cangkang terkelupas,berenang mendekati aerasi, hingga mengalami kematian. Hatchery determines the success or failure of spawning. Temperature, pH and dissolved oxygen are key water quality parameters that control the distribution and distribution of organisms in the waters. This study aims to describe fluctuations in water quality, namely temperature, pH, and DO in the indoor hatchery based on different times. The design used was a RAL with 3 treatments and 4 repetitions, namely P1: observing water parameters every 1 hour (6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 WIT); P2: observation of water parameters every 2 hours (6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24 WIT); and P3: observation of water parameters every 4 hours (6, 10, 14.18, 22 WIB). The results showed that in general the temperature, DO and pH values in the indoor hatchery did not fluctuate significantly. However, during the observation at 14 to 16 WIB at P1 there was an increase in temperature and DO, on the contrary there was a decrease in the pH value. When DO increases, the pH appears to decrease. At P2 there was a decrease in temperature values at 6 to 8 WIB, while the DO and pH values were stable. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengevaluasi pengaruh lama pemuasaan terhadap pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup ikan koi (Cyprinus carpio) yang dipuasakan secara periodik pada suhu optimal. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen RAL dengan 4 perlakuan 3 ulangan. Adapun perlakuan pemuasaan yang digunakan adalah perlakuan tanpa pemuasaan sebagai (kontrol), perlakuan 1 hari puasa dan 1 hari diberi pakan, perlakuan 1 hari puasa dan 2 hari diberi pakan, dan perlakuan 1 hari puasa dan 3 hari diberi pakan. Setiap perlakuan menggunakan benih berukuran 4-5 cm. Parameter yang diamati yaitu pertumbuhan berat mutlak, pertumbuhan panjang mutlak, laju pertumbuhan harian, kelangsungan hidup dan rasio konversi pakan. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis sidik ragam diperoleh hasil bahwa pemuasaan pada ikan koi berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap pertumbuhan berat mutlak dan laju pertumbuhan harian dan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan panjang mutlak, kelangsungan hidup dan rasio konversi pakan. Gills and kidneys are the main target of the inspection. Wet mount is one way of checking the disease. This study aims to look at other forms of bacteria isolated from the gills and kidney seahorse (H. barbouri) morphologically. Media used are media Zobell Marine Agar (ZMA) and Thiosulphate Citrate Bile Salts Sucrose Agar (TCBSA) then be isolated bacteria with a pillowcase technique spread to see koloi dominant bacteria. more dominant bacteria grow dimurinikan back with scratch method (streak). The result of five isolates (isolates A, B, C, D and E) were predominantly found growing on media ZMA, two isolates (isolates B and C) not found growing on media TCBSA. Overall bacteria in media and TCBSA ZMA has the form round colonies and smooth-edged. Bayam merah (Amaranthus Tricolor) merupakan salah satu sayuran yang kurang populer di kalangan masyarakat. Bayam merah mengandung antioksidan yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah serta pengaruh penambahan ekstrak daun bayam merah terhadap kualitas bakso ayam yang dihasilkan. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan faktor konsenstrasi ekstrak bayam merah yang terdiri dari 4 taraf perlakuan yaitu A = 0%, B = 10%, C = 30%, D= 50%. Setiap perlakuan dilakukan 5 kali ulangan sehingga diperoleh 20 satuan percobaan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan eskstrak daun bayam merah dengan konsentrasi yang berbeda 0%, 10%, 20%, dan 50% berpengaruh nyata terhadap warna, rasa, aroma, dan tekstur bakso ayam yang dihasilkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sistem pemasaran, nilai marjin, fisherman’s share pada ikan cakalang, tuna, dan tongkol di TPI Kuala Idi. Penentuan responden dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian diperoleh pada ikan Cakalang, total margin pemasaran pada saluran pemasaran II lebih besar yaitu Rp 5.800 dan saluran I memperoleh Df tertinggi yaitu 89%. Pada ikan Tuna, bahwa total margin pemasaran pada saluran pemasaran II lebih besar yaitu Rp 6.400 dan saluran I memperoleh Df tertinggi yaitu 86%. Pada ikan Tongkol total margin pemasaran pada saluran pemasaran II lebih besar yaitu Rp 5.800 dan saluran I memperoleh Df tertinggi yaitu 87%. Dari hasil perhitungan Fisherman’s Share ketiga saluran pemasaran diatas persentase bagian yang diterima nelayan dari TPI sebesar 89% dan merupakan persentase terbesar dari perhitungan pemasaran lainnya. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) non factorial yang terdiri atas 3 perlakuan dan 3 pengulangan. Dosis artemia (perlakuan) yang digunakan sebanyak 5-6 individu artemia/pl, 7-8 individu artemia/pl dan 9-10 individu artemia/pl. Udang vannamei (PL1-PL10) yang diuji sebanyak 100 ekor per liter air dalam wadah 12L selama 10 hari masa pemeliharaan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Analisis Sidik Ragam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian berbagai jumlah artemia berpengaruh nyata (P<0.005) terhapad kelangsungan hidup dan pertumbuhan panjang mutlak udang vannamei (PL1-PL10). Kelangsungan hidup udang yang tergolong layak diberikan berada pada dosis 7-8 individu artemia/pl sebanyak 74% pl dibandingkan dengan dosis 5-6 individu artemia/pl dengan dan dosis 9-10 individu artemia/pl dengan kelangsungan hidupnya 52% pl dan 34% pl. Bibit rumput laut jenis E. cottonii dipelihara selama 42 hari. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap Pola Faktorial yang terdiri atas 2 faktor, yaitu faktor J (Jarak Tanam) dan faktor B (Bobot Bibit). Faktor J terdiri atas 3 taraf (20 cm, 30 cm dan 40 cm) dan faktor B terdiri atas 3 taraf (50 g, 75 g, dan 100 g), sehingga diperoleh 27 unit satuan percobaan. Data dianalisis ragam terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji keterpenuhan asumsi dasar analisis ragam, yaitu uji sebaran data Kolmogorov-Smirnov, uji kesamaan ragam perlakuan Bartlett dan uji keaditifan model Metode Tukey dengan menggunakan program aplikasi excel dan Minitab 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan jarak tanam tidak berpengaruh (P>0,05) terhadap perturbing bobot mutlak. Kombinasi perlakuan tertinggi terdapat pada kombinasi jarak tanam 30 cm dengan bobot awal 50 g (J2B3) dan yang terendah terdapat pada kombinasi jarak tanam 30 cm dengan bobot awal 100 g (J2B1). Perbedaan bobot awal (50, 75 dan 100 g) berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap pertumbuhan bobot mutlak. Penelitan dilakukan pada bulan November 2021 sampai dengan Januari 2022. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah diskriptif analitik yang terdiri dari 5 stasiun dengan pengulangan sebanyak 3 kali setiap stasiun, yaitu; Mendale dan One-one (daerah kegiatan KJA) serta Bebuli, Mepar dan Kala Segi (daerah tidak memiliki KJA). Haseil penelitian ditemukan 3 jenis tumbuhan air yaitu; Eichhornia crassipes, Hydrilla verticillata dan Salvinia molesta dengan biomas tertinggi dijumpai di daerah kegiatan KJA pada stasiun One one dengan biomassa 5,906.67 g/m2. Nilai indeks keseragaman (H’) berkisar antara 0,35-0,69, indeks keseragaman E berkisar antara 0-0,48 dan indeks dominansi (D) berkisar 1,37-3,79. Metode penelitian eksperimental menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) non faktorial dengan 4 perlakuan 3 kali ulangan yaitu Perlakuan A : Probiotik EM4 0 ml/kg pakan, Perlakuan B : 9 ml/kg pakan, Perlakuan C 12 ml/kg pakan dan Perlakuan D : 15 ml/kg pakan.
