This research is a qualitative research with data collection through direct interviews with female legislators in the city of Padang. Cognitive political orientation in which female legislators of the city of Padang conveyed the importance of the political parties that nominate, this was proven by several female legislators of the city of Padang. The number of female legislative members of the City is 6 people, in political orientation there are several ways that the female legislators of the City of Padang have. Affective political orientation is a feeling towards the political system, its roles, actors and appearances that make a person accept or reject a political system. The political orientation of the female legislators of the City of Padang is how to believe in the community that we are able to convey the aspirations of the community and can solve the problems that the community complains about. Evaluative political orientation Decisions and opinions about political objects that typically involve a combination of value standards and criteria with information and feelings. Affective orientation talks about women's feelings towards political aspects. While the evaluative component talks about the assessment of the political system and its parts. From the results of interviews with researchers, in general, the 6 female legislative members of Padang City who were elected had 3 political orientations, namely cognitive, affective, and evaluative. The tendency of affective orientation is reflected in statements of liking or disliking that say or show women's political parties based on the fulfillment of only 30% quotas. This study aims to see how the state operates human resource management to be able to increase SMEs owned by the community. This research will be carried out using various data obtained from the results of the study and previous studies that are still related to this research. This study found that weak human resource management often causes SMEs to be afraid to use new technologies, so their development is relatively slow. With the increasing demands of patients and families, hospitals must provide quality, fast, and professional services, especially for nurses who are 24 hours with patients. Excellent service is needed because it has an impact on patient and family satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to explore the experiences of nurses in providing excellent service to VIP patients at Panti Nirmala Hospital. This phenomenological qualitative study involved 15 nurses who worked in the VIP room, the sampling technique used purposive sampling to select informant according to the inclusion criteria of the nurses in the VIP room who had more than 5 until 10 years of experience, were able to communicate and speak Indonesian and were willing to become informant. The data were collected by in-depth interviews for 30-60 minutes with the researcher as the main instrument. The transcribed interview results were analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The results obtained 6 themes, namely the character of VIP patients facilitating the assessment process, the patient's critical thinking pattern requires nurses to be more careful in implementing actions, active client communication patterns require nurses to be more communicative, nurses are required to look attractive, nurses are required to provide excellent service, and the complexity of the challenges in caring for VIP patients. In the application of nursing care to VIP patients, nurses are required to provide more performance and improve therapeutic communication. El flujo constante de personas, así como de bienes e ideas en este ambiente oceánico, hizo que en la segunda mitad del siglo XVIII los círculos republicanos ingleses y estadounidenses estrecharan sus lazos, con algunas mujeres como destacadas activistas. La escritora inglesa Catharine Macaulay (1731-1791), además de escribir sobre los hechos cruciales del momento, cruzó el océano con el deseo de estar cerca y vivirlos en primera persona. Por otra parte, por intereses comunes, mantuvo una intensa relación epistolar durante más de veinte años con la escritora estadounidense Mercy Otis Warren (1728-1814). A pesar de las limitaciones que encontraron en áreas mayoritariamente masculinas, como la historia y la política, el aporte de estas mujeres no se limitó al apoyo esperado, sino que sus inquietudes quedaron reflejadas en algunos escritos importantes para la causa republicana. A Fixed Bed Reactor containing media in an anaerobic Bioball is one method that can be utilized to process laundry waste. Other methods include the underlying qualities of waste clothing is COD: Detergents: 291 mg/l Total: 29.74 mg N/l total P: 172.58 mg/l 29.12 mg/l. This study used a variety of COD concentrations to waste the early (So) = 280 mg/l, 232.8 mg/l (80% * So), 174.6 mg/l (60%) and 116 mg/l (40%) and discharge 150, 130, 110, 80, and 60 ml/minute, respectively. The research method used is a qualitative method with a literature study approach by collecting data from various sources related to the implementation of ICT in community participation in local democracy. The results of the analysis show that ICT has an important role in increasing community participation in local democracy. ICT enables community participation in various activities such as elections, participation in discussion forums, and access to public information. ICT also makes it easy for the government to convey public information and receive input from the public. However, the challenges in implementing ICT to increase community participation in local democracy also need attention. These challenges include people's access to technology which is still limited and the lack of participation from certain community groups such as the elderly, the elderly, and the disabled. This study recommends the importance of developing ICT infrastructure and training for the community regarding the use of ICT in participation in local democracy. This research then aims to see how the position, authority and legal sources of the Religious Courts are in becoming Islamic law enforcers in Indonesia. This research is qualitative research using data from previous studies. The results of this study found that the source of law owned by the Religious Courts comes from material sources of law, such as Islamic law, and formal sources of law originating from statutes. Then, the Religious Courts have the ability to evaluate, decide, and resolve a variety of disputes at the initial level involving Muslims.
