One form of service developed by banks is online banking services. Online banking is a banking transaction service that can be carried out by customers either from home, place of business or in other locations that are not in a real bank location (branch offices) by using communication media such as computers, cell phones and home phones. Sampling by technique sampling that is accidental sampling based on the formula Sampling proportion . For collection data includes observation, distribution of questionnaires and literature study. The purpose of this study was to determine the interest in using the Mobile Banking services of BUMN Banks with the Technology Acceptance Model. Data was collected by observation and questionnaire methods. The data collected was analyzed using multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 26. All human needs and desires are always evolving and growing, and as a result, businesses are under increasing pressure to be able to keep up with changes in cultural norms as well as advancements in information and communication technologies. One of these types of activities is shopping done online through mobile applications, specifically the e-commerce portal known as Tokopedia. This study aims to assess the simultaneous and partial empirical effects of advertisements, slogans, brand ambassadors, and electronic word of mouth on Tokopedia's brand awareness. This type of research is known as explanatory research, and its methodology is quantitative. In this study, the author used a survey as the method of investigation. According to the results of this study, there is no correlation between advertising and brand recognition. The selected companies used a purposive sampling technique based on predetermined criteria. The data used is secondary data in the form of annual reports and sustainability reports for the 2016-2020 period obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange or the website www.idx.co.id. The results of this study partially show that the independent board of commissioners has an effect on the disclosure of the sustainability report. the audit committee influences the disclosure of the sustainability report. profitability affects the disclosure of the sustainability report. The analysis was performed using independent variables that company size, profitability, liquidity and board of commissioners, while the dependent variable used is corporate social responsibility disclosure. This type of research is quantitative by using secondary file. The population in this study is a banks listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019 with a population of 39 banks. The method of selecting sample using purposive sampling and obtained samples as 25 banks. The results of this study found that the Bayu Kite Shop did not have financial statements that were under SAK EMKM. The effectiveness of training is very important, especially for developing human resources, including teachers. This study aims to analyze the improvement of teacher quality with the effectiveness of training for private elementary school teachers in Bogor Regency. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. The research results show that one of the efforts to improve teacher quality is to conduct effective training for teachers, especially in terms of developing their human resources by relying on four effectiveness measures, namely reaction, teaching process, behavior change and results. In the context of public services, improving the quality and competence of ASN is a key factor in achieving efficient and responsive government performance. However, many government agencies face challenges in identifying and developing the potential of existing ASNs, as well as facing dynamic changes in societal demands and organizational needs. This study aims to investigate and analyze optimal ways of developing and utilizing the potential and skills of the state civil apparatus (ASN) through a human capital management approach. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results show The results of the study show that the application of the concept of Human Capital Management (HCM) in the development of ASN in a planned and structured manner has a positive impact on organizational performance and public services. Through identification of individual potential and competencies, as well as appropriate coaching and mentoring, ASNs are able to improve their professionalism and adaptability in dealing with changes in the work environment. The use of information and communication technology (ICT) also contributes to increasing collaboration, efficiency and innovation within organizations. The merit system implemented in performance management provides incentives for ASN to work more productively and have superior performance.
