Further, wide fluctuations in cryptocurrency price indicate an urgent need for an accurate way to forecast this price. This project proposes a method to predict fluctuations in the prices of cryptocurrencies, which are increasingly used for online transactions worldwide. This project proposes a novel method to compare the efficiency of five different models predicting the cryptocurrency price by considering various factors such as market cap, volume, circulating supply, and maximum supply based on deep learning techniques such as the Linear Regression, Support vector regression (SVR), Auto Regressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA), Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and a hybrid model of ARIMA and LSTM which are effective learning models for training data. The hybrid model outperforms the LSTM and ARIMA model after comparing RMSE values. The proposed approach is implemented in Python and validated for benchmark datasets.","PeriodicalId":14104,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Management and Humanities","volume":"4 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"76086473","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Descriptive, correlation, t-Test, ANOVA, linear and multiple regressions were used. 65% suffered from anxiety and 62.6% of them rated their general health as poor. Students of second and third year reported more poor mental health (64.5%; 64.1%; 66%) and higher anxiety level (47.7%; 36.8%; 36.4%) than other students. There was a significant moderate positive relationship only between the anxiety and avoidant coping style. The hierarchical regression models indicated that the mental health score of students were predicted by being infected with COVID-19 (P = 0.00), study year (P = 0.00), and type of university (P = 0.000). Overall, the findings indicated that coping strategies don’t appear to predict mental health among students (P>0.00). The universities should be more aware of the students’ mental health. The fundamental aims of counseling are to foster behavioral improvement, support decision-making, facilitate the capacity of clients, develop coping skills and improve relationships. Employee performance is a major challenge in organizational management and the key goal of any business enterprise is to take steps to inspire workers to deliver and achieve organizational competitiveness. This study sought to establish the effects of career counselling practices on employee performance in Murang’a Water and Sanitation Company Limited (MUWASCO) in Murang’a County in Kenya. Specifically the study sought to establish the extent to which career coaching, career guidance and counseling programs have influenced employee performance in MUWASCO. The study was guided by trait and factor theory. Descriptive survey research design was adopted in the study. The target population was 150 employees and the researcher employed census sampling technique. The data collection instrument was self-administered questionnaires. Absolute forms of mean, standard deviation and percentages were employed in descriptive analysis. Regression analysis was used to establish the relationship between dependent and the independent variables of the study. The response rate was 85% hence reliability and validity of the study. From the analysis it was observed that the organization has implemented career counseling and this positively contributed to employee performance. A positive and significant relationship between the variables under investigation was demonstrated. In this context, it becomes important to know what perception teachers and students have regarding SWAYAM. Taking a sample of teachers and students, core dimensions for the perception of teachers and students for the SWAYAM Platform of learning is found using a self-designed questionnaire. More than 70% of the respondents are spending time for SWAYAM courses and they are agreed that it help to gain knowledge. Different determinants forming the perception of teachers and students are found in the study. Results indicated that though Swayam courses are considered as flexible, innovative, interactive, and easy tool but it do not lead to employability and may be difficult to use.
