The object of this research is 200 owners of small scale Enterprises by survey with purposive sampling. The method of analysis used analysis instrument was the multiple regression analysis. The validity and reliability testing is done to determine whether the data is valid and reliable. The dependent variable in this research is entrepreneurship attitude (Y), and the independent variable is business ability (X1) and Entrepreneurial culture (X2) The results of this study reveal that the partial, Business Ability Influential positively significant toward Entrepreneurship Attitude, Entrepreneurial Cultural significant positively toward on entrepreneurship Attitude. This study examines the relationship between variables so that it includes explanatory research. The location of the research is on the recycling UKM in Makassar City, with the population of 1,700 and the sample number of 103 respondents. The survey was conducted from January to February 2018. Variable measurements were performed using the Likert Scale with levels 1-5. Data were analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling PLS. The results of this study indicate that there are three (3) direct influence paths are: 1) The Quality Product influence significantly to Customer Value, 2) The Quality Product significantly influence Customer Satisfaction, 3) The Customer Value significantly influence Customer Satisfaction. Lestari","doi":"10.2991/icmemm-18.2019.16","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.2991/icmemm-18.2019.16","url":null,"abstract":"This Study aims to determine the competence of lecturers in the learning process of cadets at Makassar Marine Polytechnic (PIP Makassar).] The research method used is a survey method to describe the existing conditions by using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument with a focus of research on cadets samples totaling 96 people consisting of Nautical, technique and management cadets. The results of the study show that the lecturers of PIP Makassar have competency standards that must be possessed by a lecturer. This can be seen from the four competencies studied, where the answers chosen by the respondents for (1) the competence of the lecturers from the pedagogic aspect have met the standards in which the lecturer is able to use the right methods and media, can create a good learning environment while providing guidance and motivation to cadets; (2) lecturer competence from the personality aspect has fulfilled the standard in which the lecturer is able to provide a good example, duty and authority in front of the cadets but still polite when speaking, as well as neat dress; (3) lecturer competence from the professional aspect has met the standards where the lecturer has mastered the material/teaching material, can manage the class well as well as the lecturer always gives training tasks to cadets, and (4) lecturer competence from the social aspect has met the standards lecturers can communicate with cadets and interact with parents/guardians of cadets, as well as establish communication and intimacy with peers. Data analysis used is the analysis of quantitative descriptive data and t test. The results showed that the entrepreneurial competencies possessed by students who obtained local wisdom-based learning were higher than students who did not obtain local wisdom-based learning. However, it is seen changed along with the growth of malls in Makassar city since 2000s until now (2015). Bugis society seems spend a lot of their time at mall, even on weekdays and holiday, thus the focus of this study is to find out how their actual behavior while in the mall. This research objective is to produce a study about shopping behavior of Bugis society who live in Makassar city. Results of the analysis using a qualitative approach, shows that the utilitarian motives underlying consumer choice make purchases at the mall, as follows: Their motive for looking a high quality product that proven to be halal. Furthermore, their behavior while in the mall is searching for comfort and to enjoy the mall complete facility, Bugis Consumers in Makassar City choose to mall because they do not require bargaining activity to get the appropriate price. The next factor that drives the mall, is to get the need for all family members. This is due to the complete product offered by the mall. The location is also a consideration to the mall, this is because the location of the mall is easily accessible from any region. The number of public transport, causing the location of the mall easy to reach. the final findings that also cause Bugis consumers in Makassar city prefer to the mall, that is at certain moments, there are promotional events for household products. SWOT analysis and TOWS matrix are formulated as an alternative strategy for the company. This study used a qualitative approach with primary and secondary data collection techniques. The result showed that there must be internal corrections (improving the system, efficiency and effectiveness, empowering the human resources, improving the service quality, building business unit synergy), and external improvements (strengthening the network, developing the business unit and relations). Internal and external improvements are in line with Information and Technology (IT) development, market needs, and business trends. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale with a score of 1-5. The questionnaire used was distributed as many as 30 at Samarinda University 17 August 1945, 118 at Mulawarman University, 11 at Muhammadiyah University Tepian University, 20 at Widiya Gama Mahakam University, and 1 at Nahdlatul Ulama University in East Kalimantan. Based on the structural model it can be proven that Subjective Norms, Perceived Risk, and Self Efficacy have a significant effect on Attitude toward Purchasing; Integrity and Value Consciousness have no significant effect on Attitude toward Purchasing; Perceived Risk, Integrity and Attitude toward Purchasing have a significant effect on Purchase Intention; Subjective Norms, Value Consciousness and Self Efficacy have no significant effect on Purchase Intention.
