For this, the present study collected data from 332 consumers of Airbnb in South Korea through a survey method. In the results, first, the quicker responsiveness of suppliers or more confidence in the personal information of suppliers consumers perceive in sharing economy platforms, the more they are likely to trust in suppliers. Second, positive relationship between confidence in the personal information of suppliers and trust in suppliers is stronger for consumers high rather than low in interdependent self-view. However, interdependent self-view was found to have no significance on the relationship between consumers' perceived responsiveness of suppliers and their trust in suppliers. For research contribution, this study is the first one to examine the integral model of antecedents of trust in the platform.","PeriodicalId":13957,"journal":{"name":"Int. This paper examines student final year projects (FYPs) and proposes a collaborative system that provides tools in response to various needs such as communication, coordination, production, and resource sharing. The application is designed for multiple users: students, advisors, and administrative staff. It provides a personal workspace for each user. The novelty of the proposed system is that it covers all the collaborative aspects mentioned throughout the FYP process, including proposal processing, project assignment, project completion, and evaluation. The new system is based on the proposed layered collaborative architecture. The results indicate good scores in improving collaborative aspects, improved process efficiency, and that users are positively inclined to use the system as their FYP management system.","PeriodicalId":13957,"journal":{"name":"Int. Therefore, the maintenance of food safety has become a key value. This study expects to solve the food safety problem and bring more benefits to people using intelligent systems. To meet the safety needs of the collaborative food supply chain, this study designed a food safety protection system architecture which collects the supply and sales data of various suppliers, as well as the data of equipment used in production. The architecture can carry out anomaly detections with machine learning to make a preliminary judgement on whether a problem has occurred in this batch of food during the transaction, and then implement in-depth anomaly detections with the supplier's equipment to determine the stage at which this problem occurred. The proposed system can help food operators achieve effective food monitoring, prediction, prevention, and improvement, thereby improving food safety.","PeriodicalId":13957,"journal":{"name":"Int. The impact of this pandemic has implications on the sustenance of industries worldwide. This study investigates the influence of various endogenous and exogenous factors affecting e-wallet adoption among micro entrepreneurs in India. A sample of 287 micro enterprises were identified in NCR (National Capital Region) region on the basis of random sampling. Structured questionnaires were administered to the respondents. Structural equation modelling was used to analyse the data with the help of Smart PLS 3. The main findings of the study show that self-belief, personal innovativeness, and satisfaction are the key indicators affecting the e-wallet adoption among the microentrepreneurs. Microentrepreneurs contribute greatly to economic development in developed and developing nations. Digitalisation of this segment of industry can turn India into a cashless country, thereby reducing the cash burden of the economy. Microentrepreneurs can also act as a catalyst for financial inclusion.","PeriodicalId":13957,"journal":{"name":"Int. The results of three semi-structured surveys carried out in a major Italian university: 2020, 1st sem. (n=102); 2022, 1st sem. (n=235); and 2022, 2nd sem. (n=61) under COVID-19 containment measures, manifest deviations in students' perceptions about social patterns, learning routines, and expectations. During the two-year emergency remote learning, students revealed a progressive downsize of social expectancy and increasing self-management behaviors in relation to a higher degree of independence. The Community of Inquiry principles were adopted to observe student motivation and self-direction in a Moodle-based learning environment. Conversely, the focus on English as a Foreign Language as the main subject represents an uncharted perspective in the research contexts around the Community of Inquiry. Future expansions may enlarge the sample to further education bodies and broaden the range of e-learning tools.","PeriodicalId":13957,"journal":{"name":"Int. However, organizations are struggling to develop and sustain their intraorganizational online collaboration (IOC) capabilities organization-wide. Hence, holistic approaches to effectively manage this capability are needed. This paper addresses this problem by introducing a maturity model for intraorganizational online collaboration. The model builds on related maturity models and research of the domain. In a four-round ranking-type Delphi study, essential capability areas for IOC were identified and refined, and a general maturation path was developed. Compared to related maturity models, the presented maturity model addresses the specific domain focus of online collaboration within an organization from an organization-wide perspective. The model provides a framework for design elements for intraorganizational online collaboration and a highly reliable general maturation path.","PeriodicalId":13957,"journal":{"name":"Int. Blockchain technology has been used in numerous domains such as banking, justice, and commerce as part of the fourth industrial revolution since the invention of the steam engine, electricity, and computer technology. People's willingness to adopt technology has been influenced by rapid technological improvement. The traditional education system in developing nations has lately been improved through the implementation of distributed ledger technology. Disruptive technology in education is a key prerequisite for better accountability and exposure. The authors investigated the key factors influencing educational institutions' (knowledge providers) and learners' (knowledge recipients) intentions to use blockchain technology.","PeriodicalId":13957,"journal":{"name":"Int. Since higher education institutions could no longer function as expected where teaching and learning, research, and other activities could take place, the suggestion of open distance e-learning where students could work from home was adopted. Many educational institutions have leverage online learning platforms in providing vital resources to promote the culture of learning as the world continues to combat the dreaded coronavirus. Open distance e-learning as a strategy for higher education institutions has rescued the academic environment from total paralysis. The proposed classroom assessment using sign language communicator (CASC) for special needs students (SN) in the United Arab Emirates is based on artificial intelligence (AI) tools. This research provides essential services for teaching evaluations, learning outcome assessments, and the development of learning environments. CASC model is composed of two models. The first model converts the speech to a sign language, which contains a speech recognizer, sign language recognizer. The second model converts the sign language to written text. This model generates a report for students' understanding and class evaluation in advance before ending the course based on the sign language recognition and image processing tools. This model will have a significantly positive impact on SN students' success and on effective lecturing and optimizing teaching and learning in the classroom. The accuracy of the model is 92%. The analysis of the student's feedback in real-time provides effective instructional strategies.","PeriodicalId":13957,"journal":{"name":"Int.
