Dalam meningkatkan patient centricity, koordinasi pelayanan melalui care coordinated pathways merupakan hal yang krusial untuk memberikan pengalaman klinis yang terbaik bagi pasien. Akan tetapi, belum terdapat penelitian di Indonesia mengenai care coordinated pathways serta dampaknya terhadap patient centricity. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan anteseden dari care coordinated pathways dengan elemen cross-functional teamwork, mutual communication, goal alignment, dan shared accountability dan efeknya terhadap patient centricity. Model penelitian ini diuji pada populasi tenaga kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Hermina Daan Mogot, Jakarta. Koleksi data dilakukan dengan purposive sampling dengan total 168 sampel. Data dianalisis dengan metode PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa cross-functional teamwork, mutual communication, goal alignment, dan shared accountability berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap care coordinated pathways. Selain itu, care coordinated pathways berpengaruh signifikan terhadap patient centricity. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan manajer perawat dengan kepuasan kerja staf perawat rumah sakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Literature Review dengan bantuan diagram PRISMA. Pencarian artikel penelitian ilmiah menggunakan Proquest dan Google Schoolar. Pencarian dengan kata kunci “Gaya Kepemimpinan” DAN “Manajer Perawat Rumah Sakit” DAN “Kepuasan Kerja. Setelah dilakukan proses identifikasi, skrining dan kelayakan dari 22, dipilih 12 artikel yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Hasil: Model gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan antara lain kepemimpinan transformasional, relasional, transaksional, demokratis, partisipatif dan achievement-oriented leadership serta laissez faire. Dari 12 artikel ditemukan 7 artikel (58%) membahas gaya kepemimpinan transformasional manajer perawat. Gaya transformasional ini paling banyak dipraktikkan dan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kinerja staf perawat. Ada hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan manajer perawat dengan kepuasan kerja staf perawat di rumah sakit. Gaya kepemimpinan yang dominan dijalankan oleh manajer perawat di beberapa negara adalah gaya kepemimpinan transformasional yang berdampak positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. One of important things in managing Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic is managing medical waste production. Medical waste management start from waste sort until waste manage by licensed parties, both of patients’ waste and health workers’ waste. Sentra Medika Hospital Cikarang is one of the referral hospitals that handles COVID-19. This research is a descriptive analytic study. Researchers analyze hazardous and toxic waste management before and during a pandemic by conducting interviews with the nursing unit and using secondary data. Secondary data was obtained from the hospital environmental health unit. There is no significant differences medical waste before and during pandemic. This happens because there are decreasing of patients amount which come to hospital. Besides, health services waste is patients waste such as food or drink waste and personal protective equipment such as hazmat, masks, gloves and others. The weight of waste does produce is lighter. Digital transformation in Siloam Hospitals Palangka Raya has shown to improve cost efficiency and work process flow, although its adoption rate is not satisfactory enough.
