Dalam upaya perkembangan sistem kesehatan dan persaingan serta adanya dampak dari globalisasi kesehatan, tidak menutup kemungkinan bahwa terjadinya medical tourism menimbulkan persaingan yang ketat antar rumah sakit dalam memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas dan produk pelayanan yang unggul yang diberikan oleh rumah sakit dalam menarik minat pasien asing untuk datang berobat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor apa saja yang diperlukan agar sebuah rumah sakit bisa menjadi tujuan untuk medical tourism. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan literatur yang didapatkan dari jurnal internasional dan dari beberapa negara baik benua Asia, Amerika, Eropa dan Australia. Hasilnya adalah rumah sakit harus mempersiapkan tenaga, fasilitas, akses, dan promosi yang kuat apabila ingin menjadi tujuan medical tourism. Sehingga medical tourism merupakan fenomena baru bagi rumah sakit di Indonesia untuk menyiapkan tenaga kesehatan yang professional dan unggul serta teknologi kesehatan yang canggih sebagai suatu kebutuhan pengembangan terhadap medical tourism . ABSTRACT Medical tourism is an activity carried out by an individual to get a health service or medical care abroad. In the effort to develop the health system and competition and the impact of health globalization, it does not rule out the possibility that medical tourism raises intense competition among hospitals in providing quality services and superior service products provided by hospitals in attracting foreign patients to come get treatment. Objective of this research is to determined factors that affect hospital to be medical tourism’s aim. Methods in this research is literature review from international journals. The results is hospital needs to improve their physician’s skill, facilities, accessibility, and promotions. So that medical tourism is a new phenomenon for hospitals in Indonesia to prepare professional and superior health personnel and sophisticated health technology as a developmental need for medical tourism. Dalam konteks itu bauran pemasaran menjadi sesuatu perlu menjadi perhatian agar eksistensi rumah sakit baik secara bisnis ataupun non bisnis. ABSTRACT Hospitals as large service institutions, are required to be able to fulfill public health services well, this is due to a lot of competition and if they do not pay attention to these demands, it will be difficult to maintain their survival. Some breakthroughs in health services are a necessity especially to bridge the level of social differences in health services on the one hand to find the right form of funding efficiency for the community on the other hand. For this reason, the hospital must be able to develop a marketing strategy through an effective and efficient marketing mix for the development of the hospital itself. Semakin tinggi tingkat persaingan dalam bisnis, mengharuskan pihak manejemen untuk melakukan inovasi dalam mempertahankan pelanggan-pelanggannya. Kegiatan ini untuk menciptakan pelanggan yang loyal. Loyalitas pelanggan sangatlah penting bagi kelangsungan suatu bisnis. Mengetahui hubungan bauran pemasaran ( Marketing Mix ) dengan loyalitas pelanggan. Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta Analyses (PRISMA) adalah metode berbasis bukti untuk melakukan tinjauan sistematis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Di Poliklinik Paru Rumah Sakit Paru Batu dapat diperoleh beberapa kesimpulan bahwa seluruh elemen bauran pemasaran (produk, harga, tempat, promosi, petugas, proses, dan bukti fisik) tidak semua elemen berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pasien. Variabel produk dan tempat tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap loyalitas pasien, sedangkan variabel lain yaitu harga, promosi, petugas, proses dan bukti fisik mempunyai pengaruh terhadap loyalitas pasien. Elemen bukti fisik dan harga mempunyai pengaruh paling dominan terhadap loyalitas pasien diantara elemen yang lain dalam bauran pemasaran. Di Rumah Sakit Siloam Manado tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara produk layanan dengan loyalitas pasien rawat jalan dan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara harga layanan, tempat layanan, promosi layanan, petugas layanan, proses layanan, bukti fisik layanan, dan fasilitas layanan dengan loyalitas pasien rawat jalan. Variabel petugas pelayanan merupakan variabel yang paling dominan terhadap loyalitas pasien rawat jalan. Dari hasil penelitian di Laboratorium Klinik Prodia Palu didapatkan adanya hubungan bauran produk ( Product ), promosi ( Promotion ), proses ( Process ) dan bukti fisik ( Physical Evidence ) dengan loyalitas pelanggan. Dan tidak adanya hubungan bauran harga ( Price ), lokasi/ tempat ( Place ) dan orang/ SDM ( People ), dengan loyalitas pelanggan. Pada Rumah Sakit Awal Bros Pekanbaru masih terdapat kekurangan yang mempengaruhi konsumen untuk berobat rawat jalan, yaitu masalah biaya berobat yang mahal. Adanya prosedur yang berbelit-belit ketika konsumen ingin berobat rawat jalan. Indikator bukti fisik merupakan indikator yang memiliki nilai paling tinggi. Penelitian tentang bauran pemasaran dapat dilakukan dan peneliti dapat melakukan perbaikan dari bauran pemasaran yang menjadi variable bebas yang akan diteliti atau melanjutkan penelitian ini agar dapat menggunakan variabel bebas lain yang dapat mengukur keputusan pasien dalam melakukan pengobatan. Dengan demikian dapat dilakukan perbaikan untuk merancang strategi pemasaran bagi RS. To capture the many medical tourists it is necessary to recognize the vital factors that influence the decision of medical tourists to choose the destination country by implementing marketing strategies and good health services. Using Systematic Review with PRISMA method retrieved from online database such as PubMed, and Google Scholar using a keyword “Medical tourism” AND “hospital services” AND “marketing”. The end of this search got 7 journals. India, Singapore and Thailand are the three main medical tourist destinations worldwide with the advantages of each offered. Medical tourism is strongly influenced by patient satisfaction with the quality of health and quality of services. A good marketing strategy plays a very important role in introducing medical tourism to medical tourists. With interesting websites and social media, you can capture patients without considering other factors. Hal ini berkaitan dengan kepatuhan dokter dalam penulisan diagnosis pada resume medis. Pengetahuan, sikap, dan motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kepetuhan dokter dalam penulisan diagnosis pada resume medis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan, sikap, dan motivasi baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kepatuhan dokter dalam penulisan diagnosis pada resume medis di RS Zahirah pada tahun 2018. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif analitik, dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan prospektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan penulisan diagnosis pada resume medis pasien (p value 0,091; R 2 0,113). Namun, sikap dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan penulisan diagnosis pada resume medis pasien (p value 0,000 dan 0,000; R 2 0,562 dan 0,574). Pengetahuan, sikap dan motivasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan (p value 0,000; R 2 0,679).RS Zahirah sebaiknya terus mendukung lingkungan kerja di rumah sakit tersebut sehingga kepatuhan dokter dalam menulis diagnosis penyakit pada resume medis pasien meningkat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui rata-rata lama waktu tunggu rawat jalan serta faktor-faktor yang terkait dengan hal itu, ditinjau melalui pendekatan kriteria Malcolm Baldrige di bidang kesehatan yang meliputi: profil organisasi, kepemimpinan, rencana strategis, fokus pada pelanggan, pengukuran, analisa dan manajemen pengetahuan, fokus pada sumber daya manusia, fokus pada proses dan hasil-hasil. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah eksplanatori sekuensial, yaitu suatu metode campuran antara penelitian kuantitatif yang diperkuat oleh penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data kuantitatif dengan cara pengamatan, penghitungan dan pencatatan waktu tunggu pasien. Data-data kualitatif diperoleh melalui proses wawancara mendalam secara terstruktur dan melakukan telaah dokumen yang terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata lama waktu tunggu rawat jalan sebesar 66,58 menit per pasien yang berarti melebihi standard waktu pelayanan minimal yaitu ≤ 60 menit sebagaimana yang ditetapkan oleh Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia. Hasil analisa terhdap faktor-faktor yang terkait dengan lama waktu tunggu rawat jalan menunjukkan bahwa ketujuh kriteria Malcolm Baldrige tersebut sangat berhubungan dengan nilai rata-rata lama waktu tunggu rawat jalan tersebut di atas. ABSTRACT Long waiting time of service in the Outpatient Unit describes the performance and quality of hospital’s service against its customers. The purpose of this research is to know the average length of outpatient waiting time as well as the factors associated with it, are reviewed through the approach of Malcolm Baldrige in health which includes: organization profile; leadership; strategic plan; focus on customers; measurement, analysis and management of knowledge; focusing on human resources; focus on process and outcomes. The research method used was the sequential explanatory, a mix methods between quantitative research that reinforced by qualitative research. Quantitative data collection by way of observation, calculation and recording patient waiting time. Qualitative data obtained through in-depth interviews are structured and do study related documents. The results showed that the average value of long outpatient waiting time is 66.58 minutes per patient means exceeding the standard minimum of service time, ≤ 60 minutes as defined by the Health Ministry of the Republic of Indonesia. Di Rumah Sakit Atma Jaya yang merupakan Rumah Sakit Swata Kelas B Pendidikan, penelitian ini menganalisis alur pelayanan resep di Instalasi Farmasi Rawat Jalan sebagai data untuk perbaikan. Dengan menggunakan Root Cause Analysis (RCA), metodologi penelitian operational research, dilakukan observasi dan wawancara mendalam memperlihatkan bahwa kegiatan non value added bisa sampai 85% dan kegiatan value added hanya 15% pada penyiapan obat non racikan. Sedangkan untuk obat racikan kegiatan non value added sekitar 68% dan value added sebesar 32% nilainya. Data tersebut menunjukan bahwa telah terjadi pemborosan ( waste ). Usulan perbaikan untuk mengurangi pemborosan antara lain penggantian SIM RS yang baru dan menggiatkan fungsi Tim Kendali Mutu di Instalasi Farmasi. Bila perbaikan ini telah di implementasi, diharapakan terjadi peningkatan efisiensi di Instalasi Farmasi Rawat Jalan dan meningkatkan kepuasan pasien. ABSTRACT One option to increase efficiency, service quality and patient safety in the United States of America is by using the Lean Thinking concept, which are implemented in Hospitals to become a Lean Hospital. In Atma Jaya Hospital, a class B study private hospital, the research analyses the workflow of prescription sevice in outpatient pharmacy departement to act as data for improvement analysis. Also, by utilizing Root Cause Analysis (RCA), operational research methology, in-depth observation and interviews are conducted at compounding and non-compounding medicine storage of Outpatient Patient Departement, the result shows non-value added activities reaches 85%, while value added activities are only 15% on non-compounding medicine storage. While, on compounding medicine storage, non-value added and value added activities are at 68% and 32% respectively. These data clearly shows that great inefficiencies has occurred. Solution is suggested to increase the efficiency in the department, changing Hospital Information System and activate the Quality Control Team function. The study identified the internal factors of the cochlear implant center in Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital as a consideration for developing hospital policies and the external factors to determine strategies for future development. The role of JKN was highlighted on the SWOT analysis, showing that the cochlear implant center was strategically located, thus increased the quality and the competitive factor compared to other hospitals. Strength-Opportunity strategy was recommended in improving service quality and identifying the possibility of JKN and other grants to cover the cost and improve the services, research, and education. The SWOT of the Cochlear Implant Center was identified as: 1. Good internal condition (average score of the strengths is superior to the weaknesses), 2. Good external condition (average score of the opportunities is higher than the threats), 3. Using strengths to maximize the opportunities and alternative strategy to be an aggressive strategy. 4. Gaya kepemimpinan dan variabel dalam profil organisasi memiliki peranan penting dalam pencapaian target rencana strategis. Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan gaya kepemimpinan dan profil organisasi dalam pencapaian target rencana strategis RS katolik di Palembang periode 2015-2016, dengan menggunakan desain cross sectional melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dilanjutkan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di dua RS dengan tipe B dan tipe C. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan yang dominan adalah supporting dengan fleksibilitas fleksibel.Tiga variabel dari profil organisasi (lingkungan organisasi, hubungan organisasi dan situasi organisasi) separuhnya tidak baik. Sedangkan pencapaian target rencana strategis dengan berdasarkan balance scorecard sebagian besar menunjukkan tidak baik.  Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan hubungan yang bermakna antara tipe RS dan situasi organisasi terhadap pencapaian target rencana strategis. Hal ini didukung oleh pernyataan para informan yang merupakan anggota direksi dari RS katolik di Palembang. Saran untuk RS dan pemilik: perbaikan sistem manajemen SDM, monitoring, evaluasi dan tindak lanjut rencana strategis dan pembentukan jaringan pelayanan kesehatan dari mulai dari fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama untuk bertahan di era JKN. ABSTRACT Strategic plan is an integral part of the business organization. Leadership styles and variable in organization’s profile have an important role to attainment the target of strategic plan. This study was analyzing the relationship of leadership style and organization's profile to attain the target of 2015-2016 Catholic Hospitals’ Strategic Plan in Palembang, using cross sectional design with quantitative approach followed by qualitative approach. The study was conducted in two hospitals with B type and C type. The results showed that the dominant leadership style is supporting with the flexibility. Three variable of organizational profile (organization environ, organizational relation and organizational situation) half was not good. While target attainment of the strategic plan based on a balanced scorecard mostly show in not good results. The results of the bivariate analysis shown a significant association among hospital type and organizational situation towards target attainment of the strategic plan. This is supported by the statements of the informant who is a member of the board of directors of the Catholic Hospital in Palembang. Suggestion for hospital and owner: improvement of human resource management system, monitoring, evaluation and follow-up of the strategic plan and the establishment of a health care network from the first-level health facilities to survive in the era of Universal Health Coverage. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh pada tertundanya klaim Badan Penyelenggara Kesehatan Sosial Kesehatan sesuai panduan klaim dan perjanjian kerjasama. Sumber data yang diambil berasal dari jumlah klaim yang tertunda di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Kanujoso Djatiwibowo periode Januari - Maret 2016 dan menggali penyebab terjadinya permasalahan tersebut melalui informan. Penelitian bersifat kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitik menggunakan studi retrospektif dari data sekunder resume medis yang tidak lengkap dan wawancara serta diskusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor yang mempengaruhi klaim tertunda adalah ketidaklengkapan resume medis yang didominasi ketiadaan tanda tangan Dokter Penganggungjawab Pasien (DPJP) disebabkan didapatkan adanya tugas ganda pada case manager sehingga terjadinya keterlambatan dalam penyelesaian resume medis elektronik. Saran yang diajukan adalah penggunaan rekam medis elektronik, pemisahan tugas antara case manager dengan dokter ruangan, peningkatan kepatuhan case manager untuk menulis sejak awal data resume medis pasien antara lain dengan penilaian kinerja dan remunerasi terintegrasi. ABSTRACT There was 10-15% pending of claim because uncomplete medic in dr. Kanujoso Djatiwiwo Hospital. The purpose of this study is to find factors affecting pending of claims of Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan as claims guidance and contract paper. Data sources has taken from pending of claims of dr Kanujoso Djatiwibowo hospital periode January – March 2016 and see the deeper problem behind this problems through informans. This study is quantitative qualitative research with analitic describtion method with retrospective study from pending of claims, interview and discussion. The result from this study shows factor affecting pending of claims is the absence of specialist doctor who responsible for the patien because there is double function  from case manager that effect delaying completing electronic medical resume.
