They are classified as complex, compound, and meroblastic fibro-Odon tomes. Although they are usually smaller in size, odontoma interfere in eruption of permanent teeth. Case report: Here presenting a case of multiple compound odontomas in 9-year-old boy in maxillary anterior region of jaw. Management includes surgical removal of odontoma. Clinical and histopathological examination confirmed a diagnosis as a compound odontoma. A traumatised anterior tooth requires immediate clinical attention and if left untreated, it can cause damage to the entire dentition and even have a psychological impact on the patient. Management of complicated crown fractures is a multifactorial process that depends on the extent and pattern of fracture, restorability of a fractured tooth, secondary injuries, presence/absence of fractured tooth fragment and its condition for use, occlusion, esthetics, finances, and prognosis. If the fractured segment is available and there is close approximation of the segment to the remaining tooth, reattachment of the fractured segment is a feasible option. In the present case series, complicated crown fractures were managed appropriately followed by tooth fragment reattachment. On follow up examinations, the teeth remained normal in esthetics and function indicating clinical success of the treatment. Mandibular anterior teeth were lost due to osteomyelitis, leaving unhealed necrotic area. Curettage was done to salvage the remaining perfused bone. Use of a removable prosthesis with teeth on occlusal surface and silicone soft liner on intaglio surface, served the purpose of mastication and prevented the underlying operated soft tissues from further trauma. Major emphasis was given on keratinization of the soft tissues for preparation of a better foundation for placement of occlusal stress. Implant supported prosthesis was not opted for, to prevent the patient from the trauma of major surgical intervention.
