The behavior of this filter is analyzed for the problem of ranking risk factors in preterm birth. The results obtained by applying the proposed evolutionary approach are compared with rankings obtained by applying some classical attributes selection methods and a logistic regression procedure. The application is implemented in Java by using Java media framework to send audio and video information over RTP (real-time transport protocol). In order to guarantee that information is not altered during transmission over public networks by malicious adversaries some cryptographic functions and protocols are used for achieving information authenticity. More concrete, a cryptographic protocol which uses message authentication codes and elements of a one-way chain as keys is implemented. Universities and e-Learning organizations define the prerequisites that must be satisfied before joining the university and define also the competences that will be acquired after successful completion. After, the curricula or training programs are stated. The future students and companies mainly HR departments try to define their own competences and these are compared with those offered by the applicants and universities respectively. The proposed model will be included in the project Cex 05-D8-66/2005. This an important and difficult task in accident analysis and in safety car-body design. Exact estimation or measuring of the absorbed energy by the deformation is almost impossible. The classical tool for this task is usually a differential equation based finite element method, which requires exact knowledge about the parameters and takes a lot of computational time with high complexity.
