According to the bit value of the input data, the MSK complex bandpass signal is directly produced and then is complex analytic bandpass filtered, the real part of the complex bandpass signal is fetched to achieve the MSK modulation. The receiving signal of MSK is sampled, and then complex bandpass filtered to attain the complex bandpass signal. The complex bandpass signal and conjugate signal of its delayed version and the phase shift factor are multiplied together. According to the imaginary part of the product, the original data is recovered. The problem is more serious when background is complex. This paper uses a method based on code book to segment the foreground and background to detect the moving targets under complex background. This method uses the threshold of the color distortion of and brightness distortion. It creates a code book for each pixel, and each code book includes one or more code words. Code book will be updated as same as code word. {"title":"Optimization of PID parameters for coal gas monitored control system based on aritificial immune algorithm","authors":"M. The principle of Immune algorithm is introduced, and the strategy of PID controller parameters based immune algorithm is discussed. According to the response between antigen and antibody, the PID controller parameters are optimized in order to make the local fan adjusted quickly and stably. The simulation show that immune algorithm PID controller has a faster response time and smaller overshoot compared with the traditional tuning method. It not only improved the adjusting time of local fan, but also achieved energy saving and wind saving. Based on these basis functions, the quintic Bezier curve with two parameters which is called λμ -Bezier curves is defined. λμ -Bezier curves produces a closer fit to the guiding polygon than does the Bézier curves. We can attain local shape control of quintic λμ − B spline curve by modifying the shape parameters exactly to ensure two quintic λμ -Bezier curves segment satisfying C<sup>1</sup>-continuity at the common endpoint without affecting other parts. In this field, interactive image segmentation method has attracted much attention in the vision. In this paper, we propose a new algorithm to segment the interested object from complex background. In the algorithm, we use the improved K-means clustering in the LUV color space to get more accurate classifications of the labeled pixels. Then, build up energy function model and calculate the energy of segmentation properly. The model begins with obtaining the network parameters to train the model using training data set and eventually achieving the forecasting results using test data set. The centre for basis function are selected from training set, weights of basis function for optimizing the fit of network is determined by orthogonal least square (OLS) method. In this paper, altogether six environmental factors are used which are months, longitude and latitude, sea surface temperature (SST), Sea surface Height (SSH) and chlorophyll for predicting the Total Habitat Index. The predicted values obtained are in terms of Total habitat index, which is calculated from two different indices such as Job number index and Average daily production index. The statistical model, Multiple Linear regressions is also implemented for fishery forecast. The results obtained from the RBFNN model were compared with Multiple Linear regressions in terms of accuracy criterions MSE, RAE ad PE.
