Modeling intelligent virtual agent is the key of making virtual geographical environment intelligent. Object-oriented Knowledge Representation of virtual geographical space and cognitive mechanism based on composite structure of agent are proposed. Synthetic vision is adopted to simulate the visual sensor of intelligent objects. Building cognitive model of intelligent agent in Virtual Geographical Environment
