This type of research is collaborative classroom action research with the subjects of all students in class X IPS 2 SMA Negeri 2 Malang, totaling 36 students. Data on students motivation and learning outcomes were collected by looking at motivation questionnaires and test questions. Furthermore, the data was analyzed using quantitative qualitative analysisi methods. The results showed that the application of the Number Head Together (NHT) learning model could increase motivation and learning outcomes in economics subjects on non-cash payment instruments. It can be seen from the results that have been obtained on precycle learning motivation obtaining an average of 50,36 including the low category, but ini cycle I there was an increase with an average of 66,37 in the sufficient category, and in cycle II there was a significant increase with the average value of 76,5 category is very high. While the results of the analysis of the learning outcomes of class X IPS 2 students in the pre-cycle obtained 27 percent in the very unfavorable category, but in cycle I there was an increase with a score of 63 percent incluing in the fairly good category very good. Thus it can be concluded that the application of the Number Head Together (NHT) learning model in economics subjects on non cash payment instruments can increase the motivation and learning outcomes of class X IPS 2 SMA Negeri 2 Malang. \u0000Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran ekonomi materi alat pembayaran non tunai setelah implementasi model pembelajaran Number Head Together (NHT) pada kelas X IPS 2 SMA Negeri 2 Malang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas Kolaboratif dengan subyek seluruh peserta didik kelas X IPS 2 SMA Negeri 2 Malang yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Data motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik dikumpulkan dengan melihat angket motivasi dan soal tes. Selanjutnya data tersebut di analisis dengan metode analisis kualitatif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Number Head Together (NHT) dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran ekonomi materi alat pembayaran non tunai. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari hasil yang sudah diperoleh pada motivasi belajar pra siklus memperoleh rata-rata 50,36 termasuk kategori rendah, namun pada siklus I ada peningkatan dengan rata-rata 66,37 kategori cukup, dan pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan dengan nilai rata-rata 76,5 kategori sangat tinggi. In the initial observation, the learning outcomes of students showed an average value of 48 with the proportion of students who achieved criteria only 25.93 percent. The aims of the research are (1) to describe efforts to improve the learning outcomes of decimal arithmetic for class IVA students at SDN Bandungrejosari 3 using the Dienes Block, (2) to improve the learning outcomes of decimal arithmetic for class IVA students at SDN Bandungrejosari 3 using the Dienes Block demonstration tool. This research method is Classroom Action Research by Kemmis and Mc Taggart with four stages of research: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subject of this study was class IVA with a total of 27 students consisting of 17 boys and 10 girls. The research was conducted in two cycles with each cycle having two meetings. Data collection techniques were obtained from the results of tests and observations. The results showed that there was an increase in learning outcomes in cycle I to 65.61 with a percentage of achievement of criteria of 66.67 percent, and in cycle II it increased to 76.42 with a percentage of achievement of criteria of 81.48 percent. This process shows that learning to count decimal arithmetic using Dienes Block can improve learning outcomes. \u0000Abstrak: Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar Matematika, khususnya materi operasi hitung bilangan desimal pada kelas IVA SDN Bandungrejosari 3 tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Pada pengamatan awal, hasil belajar peserta didik menunjukkan nilai rata-rata 48 dengan persentase peserta didik yang mencapai KKTP hanya sebesar 25,93 persen. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk (1) mendeskripsikan upaya peningkatan hasil belajar operasi hitung bilangan desimal peserta didik kelas IVA SDN Bandungrejosari 3 menggunakan Block Dienes, (2) meningkatkan hasil belajar operasi hitung bilangan desimal peserta didik kelas IVA SDN Bandungrejosari 3 menggunakan alat peraga Block Dienes. Metode penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart dengan empat tahapan penelitian, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kelas IVA dengan jumlah 27 peserta didik yang terdiri dari 17 laki-laki dan 10 perempuan. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus dengan setiap siklus memiliki dua pertemuan. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil tes dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar pada siklus I menjadi 65,61 dengan persentase ketercapaian KKTP sebesar 66,67 persen, dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 76,42 dengan persentase ketercapaian KKTP sebesar 81,48 persen. Skills in the 21st century include: critical thinking, collaboration, communication, creativity, culture and connectivity. Collaboration skills are one of the important, collaborative peer interactions that will trigger more student engagement with cognitive and meta-cognitive peer interactions. The aim of this research is to implement a problem-based learning model with video media to improve collaboration skills and student learning outcomes. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), which consists of four stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection which are carried out in two cycles. Research data shows that there is an increase in collaboration skills in cycle 1 and cycle 2. The learning outcomes of students from the post-test score data also show that students have achieved learning objectives in cycle 1 and achieved learning objectives with enrichment in cycle 2. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Prolem-Based Learning (PBL) model with video media is able to improve collaboration skills and student learning outcomes in the material of non-cash payment instruments. \u0000Abstrak: Pembelajaran di abad 21 tidak lagi hanya menekankan pada indikator kognitif, namun juga harus membekali peserta didik dengan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan untuk menjadi generasi yang kompeten dan berdaya saing. Keterampilan pada abad ke-21 meliputi: berpikir kritis, kolaborasi, komunikasi, kreativitas, budaya dan konektivitas. Keterampilan kolaborasi adalah salah satu yang penting, kolaboratif interaksi teman sebaya yang akan memicu lebih banyak keterlibatan peserta didik dengan kognitif dan interaksi teman sebaya meta-kognitif. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengimplementasikan model problem based learning dengan media video untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kolaborasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi yang dilaksanakan sebanyak II siklus. Data hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada peningkatan keterampilan kolaborasi pada siklus I dan juga siklus II. Hasil belajar peserta didik dari data nilai post tes juga menunjukkan peserta didik sudah mencapai tujuan pembelajaran pada siklus I dan mencapai tujuan pembelajaran dengan pengayaan pada siklus II. This study used the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method using the Kemmis and Taggart spiral scheme models which is conducted in two cycles where each cycle consisted of 4 stages, planning, action, observation and reflection. Data collection was carried out by the test method. Data analysis techniques in this study used quantitative data analysis. The results of the study show that the application of Problem Based Learning (PBL) with video can improve students' critical thinking skills. This can be proven by the acquisition of an average critical thinking indicator score, which initially in cycle 1 was only 71 percent in the good category, increasing in cycle 2 to 83 percent in the very good category. Judging from the learning completeness of students, students' critical thinking skills also increased from cycle 1 by 81 percent to 94 percent in cycle 2. The percentage of students' classical learning completeness from cycle 1 to cycle 2 increased by 13 percent. \u0000Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan menggunakan bantuan video sebagai media pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada materi pemanasan global kelas X di SMAN 2 Pare. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan model skema spiral Kemmis dan Taggart yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus dimana setiap siklusnya terdiri yang terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Pengumpulan ata dilakukan dengan metode tes. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PBL dengan bantuan video dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata indikator berpikir kritis yang awalnya pada siklus 1 hanya sebesar 71 persen dengan kategori baik meningkat pada siklus 2 menjadi 83 persen dengan kategori sangat baik. Dilihat dari ketuntasan belajar peserta didik, kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik juga meningkat dari dari siklus 1 sebesar 81 persen meningkat menjadi 94 persen pada siklus 2. However, facts show that the motivation and learning outcomes of physics students in grades X – 1 are still low and incomplete category caused by monotonous and less varied physics learning. Therefore, the application of differentiated learning and the use of technology in learning is carried out as an attempt to increase the motivation and learning outcomes of physics students. The research was conducted using a type of collaborative classroom action research between researchers, subject teachers, and experts of physics. The subjects research is students of grades X – 1 SMAN 6 Kediri for the 2022/2023 academic year and were carried out for three months, starting from March to May 2023 with 2 learning cycles. The results showed that the differentiated approach and the use of technology in physics learning had a positive impact on increasing the motivation and learning outcomes of physics students. \u0000Abstrak: Pendidikan merupakan proses pengembangan potensi dan kemampuan peserta didik sesuai dengan karakteristiknya untuk mencapai pembelajaran bermakna. Namun fakta di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan hasil belajar fisika peserta didik di kelas X – 1 masih dalam kategori rendah dan belum tuntas yang disebabkan oleh pembelajaran fisika yang monoton dan kurang bervariasi. Oleh sebab itu, penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dan penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran dilakukan sebagai upaya peningkatan motivasi dan hasil belajar fisika peserta didik. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas kolaboratif antara peneliti, guru mata pelajaran, dan ahli bidang fisika. Subjek penelitian merupakan peserta didik kelas X – 1 SMAN 6 Kediri tahun ajaran 2022/2023 dan dilaksanakan selama tiga bulan, terhitung sejak Maret hingga Mei 2023 dengan 2 siklus pembelajaran. Pemecahan masalah merupakan salah satu keterampilan yang penting di abad ke-21. Upaya dalam meingkatkan kemampuan tersut yaitu melalui pembelajaran. Pembelajaran yang efektif dilaksanakan berdasarkan kebutuhan belajar. Upaya memenuhi kebutuhan belajar dengan karakteristik peserta didik yang berbeda beda yaitu dengan cara pembelajaran yang sesuai atau TeaRL. Salah satu penerapan TaRL yaitu dengan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Paper ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kemampuan pemecahan masalah pada siswa SMA terkait materi gelombang bunyi dan cahaya. Indikator keterampilan pemecahan masalah yang dikembangkan oleh Doctor dan Heller yaitu visualisasi/deskripsi masalah, pendekatan fisika, prosedur matematika, dan kesimpulan logis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan desain plan, do dan see. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 36 peserta didik. Implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi memberi dampak perubahan kemampuan pemecahan masalah peserta didik dengan kategori tinggi. Pada penelitian selanjutnya sebaiknya pembelajaran berdiferensiasi diterapkan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. The differences in the abilities of students affected by the pandemic are teachers’ tasks to guide students back to the correct concept. No exception in learning physics, the low numeracy literacy of students is the cause of students' difficulties in learning physics. In this case, students have difficulty connecting physics concepts to mathematical solutions. Hence the researcher tries to design learning alternatives to improve students' numeracy literacy skills on heat transfer material in class X. This research is a class action research carried out by adapting the Stringer model which contains the stages of plan, implement, and evaluate in each look cycle. , think, and act. The results of this study were that the students' learning completeness was 61 percent in cycle 1 and 69 percent in cycle 2 with numeracy literacy competence students are in the proficient category of 60 percent, the proficient category is 23 percent, the basic category is 14 percent, and the category requiring special intervention is 3 percent. \u0000Abstrak: Penurunan pembelajaran akibat Covid-19 mulai terasa ketika pembelajaran kembali pulih menjadi tatap muka. Perbedaan kemampuan siswa terdampak pandemi menjadi pekerjaan rumah bagi guru untuk menuntun siswa kembali ke konsep yang benar. Tak terkecuali dalam pembelajaran fisika, rendahnya literasi numerasi siswa menjadi penyebab kesulitan siswa dalam pembelajaran fisika. Dalam hal ini siswa kesulitan dalam mengkoneksikan konsep fisika ke penyelesaian matematis. Oleh karena ini peneliti mencoba merancang alternatif pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa pada materi rambatan kalor di kelas X. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dengan mengadaptasi dari model Stringer yang berisikan tahapan plan, implement, dan evaluate dalam masing-masing siklus look, think, dan act. Education in Indonesia cannot be separated from technological media such as laptops and smartphones. The purpose of this research is to produce an effective and efficient learning product or media for school children, especially in elementary schools. This research was conducted using the Dick and Carey research method. Valid according to media experts (Mustika Mentari, S.Kom, M.Kom), material experts (Dr. Siti Mas'ula, M.Pd), users/teachers (Sunarsih, S.Pd and Bambang Yogianto, S.Pd), as well as attractive to students of SDN 3 Pringgodani and SDN 1 Sumberbening. This research method uses R&D development according to Dick & Carey including: 1) analysis of needs and general goals, 2) analysis of learning, 3) analysis of teachers, students, and infrastructure, 4) selecting and determining content according to needs, 5) developing application designs, 6) developing the initial product, 7) designing and conducting formative evaluation, 8) revising the product, 9) making the final product. The instruments used were field observations, validation instruments, and student questionnaires. The results of media validation were 90 percent (very valid), material validation 86 percent (very valid), user/teacher validation 86 percent (valid), and trials with students 85 percent (very valid) and 87 percent (very valid). The results of the validity presentation obtained by the researcher were 86.8 percent (very valid). Therefore, it can be concluded that this product can be said to be appropriate for using media in the learning process in grade III elementary schools. \u0000Abstrak: Media merupakan salah satu kebutuhan masyarakat Indonesia pada jaman sekarang. Pendidikan Indonesia tidak mungkin lepas dari media elektronik seperti laptop dan smartphone. Tujuan peneliti mengambil pengembangan ini yaitu supaya dihasilkannya media aplikasi pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien untuk anak sekolah terutama di sekolah dasar. Peneliti menggunakan metode Dick & Carey. Valid menurut ahli media (Mustika Mentari, S.Kom, M.Kom), ahli materi (Dr. Siti Mas’ula, M.Pd), pengguna/guru (Sunarsih, S.Pd dan Bambang Yogianto, S.Pd), serta menarik bagi siswa SDN 3 Pringgodani dan SDN 1 Sumberbening. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pengembangan R&D menurut Dick dan Carey meliputi : 1) analisis kebutuhan dan tujuan umum, 2) analisis pembelajaran, 3) analisis guru, siswa, dan sarpras, 4) memilih dan menentukan konten sesuai kebutuhan, 5) mengembangkan rancangan aplikasi, 6) mengembangkan produk awal, 7) merancang dan melakukan evaluasi formatif, 8) melakukan revisi produk, 9) membuat produk akhir. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu observasi lapangan, instrumen validasi, dan respon angket siswa. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence self-esteem has on student achievement. The research method used is a literature study. The technique in this article uses descriptive analysis. The results of this article are that self-esteem affects student learning by fostering a sense of self-confidence in students which will affect their learning achievement. Self-esteem is a person's attitude based on the perception of how he values and evaluates himself as a whole. Students who have high self-esteem will generate self-confidence, a sense of confidence in their abilities, a sense that their presence is necessary. So that counselors are expected to build self-esteem to their students. \u0000Abstrak: Siswa dengan tingkat self-esteem yang tinggi cenderung memiliki penyesuaian yang baik disekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh self-esteem pada prestasi belajar siswa.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan studi literatur. Teknik pada artikel ini menggunakan content analysis. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa self-esteem berpengaruh terhadap belajar siswa dengan menumbuhkan rasa kepercayaan diri pada siswa yang akan berpengaruh pada prestasi belajarnya. Self-esteem merupakan sikap seseorang berdasarkan persepsi tentang bagaimana dia menghargai dan menilai dirinya sendiri secara keseluruhan. Siswa yang memiliki self-esteem tinggi akan membangkitkan rasa percaya diri rasa yakin pada kemampuan dirinya, rasa bahwa kehadiran dirinya itu diperlukan. The research instrument used a questionnaire given to high school students and contained several options that students could choose from. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale where the distribution uses a goggle form which is distributed in SMA Surabaya.
