The term \"dark figure of crime\" pertains to unreported criminal incidents that are not captured inside the criminal justice system. Inclusion of these unreported crimes in official crime statistics would result in a significant amplification of the overall crime figures. To address the disparity between police records, namely police crime statistics, and the actual occurrence of crimes, many regions have initiated efforts to incorporate victims as the focal point of their investigations. In Indonesia, surveys of victims are generally carried out by private groups, and relate to certain types of crimes. The hesitancy exhibited by victims in reporting their experiences might provide challenges for law enforcement officials in their efforts to uphold societal stability. Victim surveys can extend beyond individuals who have directly experienced crime, encompassing tertiary victims (i.e., indirect victims) who harbour concerns about potential victimisation. Anesthesiologists exhibit adept collaboration skills, particularly in high-stress environments, showcasing their leadership and management proficiencies. While the terms \"leader\" and \"manager\" hold distinct connotations, leaders often fulfill managerial roles. Gender disparities are prevalent in anesthesiology leadership, mirroring broader trends across professions. In 2023, this study conducts a bibliometric analysis of academic professionals holding department head positions in Turkish anesthesiology and reanimation, scrutinizing gender distribution and categorizing them based on their institutions' administrative attributes to illuminate leadership patterns within the field. Material & Methods: The hospitals in our country that offer anesthesiology and reanimation training clinics were categorized into three groups. The official websites of each hospital within the group were individually reviewed to gather information on anesthesiology specialist physicians who serve as department managers in the anesthesiology and reanimation clinics. The quantity of male and female anesthesiology department managers in each group was computed and thereafter compared between the groups. Results: An analysis of the gender distribution among anesthesiology department managers in hospitals with training clinics revealed that 54% were male and 46% were female. There was no difference in the gender distribution between the three categories based on the analysis of data from a total of 100 institutions (p>0.05). These rights span various domains, including knowledge, art, literature, and technology, and their creation typically demands investments in the form of effort, time, financial resources, and intellectual labor. The focal point of this research is the safeguarding of IPR pertaining to Mangrove Batik products originating from Tanjung Rejo village, with the ultimate objective of facilitating their exportation. The chosen research methodology for this study is the normative juridical approach, characterized by its descriptive-analytical nature. The data used in this research comprises both primary and secondary sources, and the analysis primarily employs qualitative methods, given the predominantly descriptive and analytical nature of the data collected. The research findings underscore the concerted efforts aimed at preserving and upholding intellectual property rights for mangrove batik products originating from Tanjung Rejo village, driven by the goal of amplifying the export potential of these culturally significant creations. Tanjung Rejo village has carved out a reputation as a producer of exceptionally unique and culturally valuable mangrove batik products. However, the continued success and integrity of this product line are challenged by issues such as counterfeiting and a general lack of awareness regarding intellectual property rights. To address these challenges, this study has initiated an education and training program designed to enhance the local community's comprehension of IPR intricacies and the requisite procedures for exporting these distinct products. The study's data analysis involves pre-tests and post-tests, which serve as instruments to gauge the effectiveness of the educational program. Encouragingly, the results demonstrate a noteworthy enhancement in the local community's comprehension and awareness of intellectual property rights. This newfound knowledge and understanding can substantially fortify the protection of Mangrove Batik products while concurrently fostering their potential for export. Ultimately, safeguarding intellectual property rights stands as a pivotal instrument in preserving the authenticity and economic worth of this culturally significant product, all the while advancing cultural preservation and stimulating local economic growth. Numeration is the ability to apply mathematical symbols to solve everyday problems. The importance of numeration contradicts the conditions in the field, which show that students in the statistics class have not been able to solve problems related to numeracy properly due to a lack of multi-representational skills. This truth is evident from the opening observations made in statistics class revealed that, out of 37 pupils, only 12 were successful in converting verbal and graphic representations into symbolic ones to solve statistical issues correctly. In the meantime, 17 out of 25 students failed because they did not comprehend the issues represented graphically. The SPSS practice video barcode and software of studio.essemblrword.com has been used in statistical module development research to find a solution to this issue. All of these programs are integrated into e-modules, which are packaged in flipbook form. Define, design, develop, and disseminate steps of the 4-D model are used in the development process. In this study, a questionnaire was employed as a data gathering tool. Both qualitative and quantitative data were collected. However, studies have shown that the education of learners with disabilities have constantly been neglected by the government of Nigeria. This has led to a downward trend in the academic achievement of learners, especially those with disabilities. This study examines the self-esteem and career aspirations as correlates of academic achievement of learners with hearing impairment in special secondary schools in north eastern Nigeria. Correlation research design was adopted. The target population is 1,402 learners with hearing impairment in special senior secondary schools. Multistage sampling technique was used to select 351 Senior Secondary Two (SS II) learners across the five special schools in North Eastern Nigeria. The instruments for data collection are Learners' Self-esteem Rosenberg Scale (LSRS), Learners’ Career Aspiration Questionnaire (LCAQ), and “An English Language Pro forma (ELP)”. Data gathered were analyzed using Pearson product moment correlation and multiple linear regression. The study found a strong relationship between self-esteem and academic achievement of learners with hearing impairment in English language. There was a moderate but positive relationship between career aspiration and academic achievement of learners with hearing impairment in English language. Both self-esteem and career aspiration jointly have direct positive impact on students’ academic achievement. The study concludes that both self-esteem and career aspiration can independently or collectively push students into better academic performance. The study recommends among others that teachers should work toward boosting self-esteem and career aspiration of their students through constructive teaching approach. The precise connection between PsO and MS has been the subject of earlier investigations, but it is still unclear because there is little conflicting data to support such a connection. There are several risk factors in common between PsO and MS, and disease-modifying treatments are powerful treatments for both PsO and MS, indicating a shared pathophysiology. In this narrative review, we have revised the causes, pathophysiology, diagnosis, and treatment of each condition. Also, we summaries the current research on any potential connections between PsO and MS. We come to the conclusion that more research is required to determine whether PsO and MS may have a meaningful association.
