In this paper, development process of LIRFSS is discussed. Appropriate information to be extracted for criminal cases such as date, location of occurrence and IPC (Indian Penal code)[1] sections were determined from a sample set of documents. Better instruments than manual browsing and other search methods are required to make the most out of freely available law on internet, therefore a semantic search is carried out using extracted information and most pertinent cases were returned as a result. As analyzing the vast volumes of data becomes increasingly difficult, so information visualization is also carried out in this paper and a new hypotheses is proposed and verified. From 20 training documents, a satisfactory amount of precision was obtained.","PeriodicalId":137916,"journal":{"name":"2011 International Conference on Recent Trends in Information Systems","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115700556","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Though our theory is general, on study we concentrate in logic formation in the field of quantum computing specially for information processing in nano-scale devices. Our proposed logic not only allows us to derive the results of quantum state, but also permits their generalization of making available new techniques of logic inference, establishes a direct dynamical link between memory and processing part naturally. We consider quantum logic and cognition of mind in general as Eigen value problems. The role of molecular magnets in the field of quantum computation and mechanism for using it as qubits in the context of quantum phenomenon of spin tunneling in presence of external magnetic fields is formulated. Synthesis and spectral response of nano-particle towards quantum dot formation is also studied. We showed that the spectrum of logic operators and cognition of minds is in exact correspondence of the fundamentals alphabet of logic truth-values. The basic gate for quantum logic operations is also derived.","PeriodicalId":137916,"journal":{"name":"2011 International Conference on Recent Trends in Information Systems","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133142114","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The distributed method for multi-robot motion planning has been realized with particle swarm optimization algorithm. The experimental results show that the variation in the path deviation from optimal trajectory of the mobile robots increases with the increase in the number of dynamic obstacles. But here we have presented an approach which minimizes the probability of collision of the robots with the obstacles.","PeriodicalId":137916,"journal":{"name":"2011 International Conference on Recent Trends in Information Systems","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125131892","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Database has become a part and parcel of life and is being used in almost every computer application. As it is considered the most basic thing, Cloud computing offers this database service too. There are different cloud providers or platforms like Amazon, Google, Microsoft, and many more available in the market. Every cloud platform provides a database for the developers and each one of them has their own merits and demerits. In this paper the characteristics, architectures, advantages of Amazon's SimpleDB and Google's Big Table database are analyzed and discussed in detail. As wireless communication protocols developed and user pressure started to increase, it became an absolute necessity to develop multi-user supporting techniques like Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM), Multi Carrier Code Division Multiple Access (MC-CDMA) for data security and reliability of data transmission. In this work, an effort has been made to simulate and design a low power consuming custom hardware for MIMO-OFDM system based on Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA). Both the transmitters and the receivers were designed in the simulation environment targeting Xilinx Spartan 3E and Spartan 3A FPGA devices. The design was also implemented on the mentioned FPGA hardware and real experiments were carried out for the verification of the design. Our design proves that a very low power system can be designed using an FPGA device which can provide much higher data rate and very less power as compared to the conventional systems and it can also be reconfigured according to the requirement.","PeriodicalId":137916,"journal":{"name":"2011 International Conference on Recent Trends in Information Systems","volume":"59 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123691408","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Only efficient communication between the cluster nodes can improve the performance of a cluster. Considering this aspect, redundancy of work can be avoided if nodes share information. The proposed algorithm is based on the idea of sharing of information already acquired by nodes so that less work is done by individual nodes for load distribution. The algorithm focuses on improving the performance of a cluster computing environment, by sharing cluster statistics information between individual nodes and thus reduces the time taken to find valid receivers. The implementation of the algorithm using a simulator is ongoing work.","PeriodicalId":137916,"journal":{"name":"2011 International Conference on Recent Trends in Information Systems","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126893677","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The proposed method is based on the transductive inference and in particular transductive SVM (TSVM). Transductive SVM progressively searches a reliable separating hyperplane in the high dimensional space through iterative method exploiting both labeled and unlabeled samples. In particular, a thresholding strategy and similarity in classification between successive transductive sets are exploited to select the reliable samples from the unlabeled set. The proposed technique is applied on two labeled datasets and one large unlabeled image dataset: IRS image of Mumbai and compared with the standard SVM and progressive TSVM (PTSVM). Experimental results confirm that employing this learning scheme removes unnecessary points to a great extent from the unlabeled set and increases the accuracy level on the other hand. Comparison is made in terms of accuracy for the numeric datasets and quantitative cluster validity indices as well as classified image quality for the image dataset.","PeriodicalId":137916,"journal":{"name":"2011 International Conference on Recent Trends in Information Systems","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125874781","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
