Determine the germination rate of Johar (Cassia siamea Lamk) seeds using onion extract (Allium cepa L.), touge extract (Vigna radiata L.), warm water. 2. Analyzing the effect of onion extract (Allium cepa L), touge extract (Vigna Tadiata L), warm water on the germination of Johar (Cassia siamea Lamk) seeds. The benefits of this research can provide information to relevant agencies regarding the effect of different treatments on the germination of johar (Cassia siamea Lamk) seeds. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained based on direct observations and measurements at the research site. Secondary data is data supporting the results of literature studies or research as literature. Germination Speed and Yield Percentage of Johar Seeds with an average of 5.47 for shallots, 9.65 for bean sprouts. The live percentage of Johar Seeds is 88.25%, Johar Seed Growth Conditions and Care The selection of Johar fruit is taken only the inner seeds. In one johar seed, the seeds range from 10. The planting medium used for johar seeds, namely sand, was chosen as the planting medium because sand is easy to sterilize and easily absorbs water. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan informasi kepada instansi terkait mengenai pengaruh perlakuan yang berbeda terhadap perkecambahan biji johar (Cassia siamea Lamk). Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer merupakan data yang diperoleh berdasarkan pengamatan dan pengukuran secara langsung di lokasi penelitian. Data sekunder merupakan data penunjang hasil studi pustaka atau penelitian sebagai literatur. Any open pit mining will produce voids filled with acid mine drainage (AMD) which is water formed due to the oxidation of sulfide minerals that are exposed or exposed to the water in the presence of water. One of the highly reactive sulfide minerals in the AMD formation process is pyrite. This is a challenge for the environment how to absorb heavy metals contained in water. Here the researchers tried to use the method of Phytoremediation. Phytoremediation is a technology that uses plants, here the researcher uses bangkal plants (Nauclea Subdita Merr.) which are planted in different locations, namely unflooded land, temporarily inundated, and flooded. The purpose of this study was to test the ability of the pods to adapt and grow on post-mining land. Analyzing the quality of life of Bangkal on post-mining land with non-flooded, temporarily inundated and permanently inundated land conditions. Setiap pertambangan terbuka akan menghasilkan void yang diisi oleh air asam tambang (AAT) merupakan air yang terbentuk akibat oksidasi mineral sulfida yang terpajan atau terdedah di udara dengan kehadiran air. Salah satu mineral sulfida yang sangat reaktif dalam proses pembentukan AAT adalah pirit. Hal ini merupakan tantangan tersendiri bagi lingkungan bagaimana menyerap logam berat yang terkandung dalam air. Disini peneliti mencoba mengunakan metode Fitoremediasi. Fitoremediasi adalah suatu teknologi yang menggunaka tanaman, disini peneliti mengunakan tanaman bangkal (Nauclea Subdita Merr.) yang ditanam pada lokasi berbeda, yaitu lahan tidak tergenang, tergenang sementara, dan tergenang. Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan menguji kemampuan bangkal beradaptasi dan tumbuh pada lahan pasca tambang. Menganalisis kualitas hidup bangkal pada lahan pasca tambang dengan kondisi lahan tidak tergenang, tergenang sementara dan tergenang permanen. Mengetahui pengaruh tingkat kesuburan tanah dan faktor genangan pada pertumbuhan bangkal. Menganalisis kandungan logam berat Fe dan Mn yang terakumulasi pada bagian tanaman (akar, batang dan daun). Hasil penelitian ini menujukan tanaman bangkal mampu bertahan hidup pada lahan tergenang sementara dan mampu menyerap logam berat yang terkandung pada air asam tambang. This essential oil has a good market and strong competitiveness in foreign markets. This study aims to analyze the yield and quality of citronella oil (Cymbopogon nardus L) based on the freshness of the materials in Langkaras Mountain, Tebing Siring Village, Bajuin District, Tanah Laut Regency. This research was conducted at the NTFP Quality Testing Laboratory. Citronella plant samples taken from the Tebing Siring area, Pelaihari, were 3 years old. Citronella leaves are steamed for 6 hours. Essential oil testing used organoleptic test parameters, refractive index values, and essential oil yields, and analyzed using simple RAL analysis. The results of this study indicate that the freshness of different ingredients also produces different yields, the longer the air drying time of the ingredients, the higher the yield of citronella oil. Testing the quality of citronella oil in this study with four (4) conditions of freshness of different materials capable of producing an odor in accordance with the characteristic of citronella oil and the color of the oil from the distillation is yellow, and has an average refractive index value of 1.46 . Citronella (Cymbopogon nardus L) oil produced from each treatment in accordance with SNI 06-3953-1995.Salah satu minyak atsiri yang berpotensi sebagai komoditi ekspor di sektor agribisnis ialah minyak sereh wangi. Di pasaran luar negri minyak sereh memiliki daya saing kuat dipasaran internasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis rendemen dan kualitas minyak sereh wangi (Cymbopogon nardus L) berdasarkan kesegaran bahan di Gunung Langkaras Desa Tebing Siring Kecamatan Bajuin Kabupaten Tanah Laut. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Laboratorium Pengujian Mutu HHBK. Sampel tanaman sereh wangi yang diambil dikawasan Tebing Siring, Pelaihari berumur 3 tahun. Daun sereh wangi dilakukan distalasi uap atau kukus selama 6 jam. Pengujian minyak atsiri menggunakan parameter uji organoleptik, nilai indeks bias, dan rendemen minyak atsiri, serta dianalisis menggunakan analisis RAL sederhana. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari kesegaran bahan yang berbeda juga menghasilkan rendemen yang berbeda, semakin lama waktu pengeringan udara terhadap bahan maka rendemen yang dihasilkan dari minyak sereh wangi juga semakin tinggi. Pengujian kualitas minyak sereh wangi dalam penelitian ini dengan empat (4) kondisi kesegaran bahan yang berbeda mampu menghasilkan bau sesuai dengan khas minyak sereh wangi dan warna minyak dari hasil destilasi tersebut berwarna kuning, serta memiliki nilai rata-rata indeks bias yaitu sebesar 1,46. This research was carried out with the aim of knowing the potential and types of wood based on the quality class of timber forest products in the Protection Forest of Buano Island which had been established in 2014 through SK No.854/Menhut-II/2014. This study used data from a timber forest inventory in collaboration with the Department of Forestry and the Maluku Development Participation Institute for 2020. From observations on an area of 60,000 m2 or 6 ha, 64 types of tree stands were found divided into 26 families with a total of 996 individual species. The species with the highest number of individuals found were Red Wood or Arawala (Eugenia sp) from the Myrtaceae family, Nutmeg Small leaf Forest (Myristica brassi) from the Myristicaceae family, Makila (Litsea angulata) from the Lauraceae family, Crocodile skin or Asali (Eugenia sp) from family Myrtaceae and Gofasa or Pasane (Vitex cofasus) from the family Verbenaceae. Potential stands consist of 2421.7 m3 with an average tree volume for the entire population in the study area of 220.08 m3. The species Linggua (Pterocarpus indicus), Kayu Besi (Instia bijuga), and Pulaka (Octomeles sumatrana) are commercial species 1, have small populations in each observation plot, but have stem diameters >50 cm Up so that they affect the volume of trees obtained individually as well as the average in the study areaEstimasi Potensi Tegakan Hutan Hasil Inventarisasi di Pulau Buano Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat. One of the areas that has become a tourist destination in Central Maluku Regency is the island of Nusalaut. However, tourist destinations in the archipelago have not been fully developed and known by tourists and widely promoted in various media. The objectives of this study were: to determine the public’s perception of tourism objects in the Abubu country, Central Maluku district and to identify the factors that influence public perception, in the Abubu country, the island of nusalaut. The method used in this research is purposive sampling, which is a method of collecting data by selecting respondents who are involved in tourism activities. To analyze the data using descriptive analysis based on the data obtained well through the results of questionnaires and interviews and then described by using percentage analysis. The results of this study indicate that the people of Abubu Regency, Central Maluku Regency are very supportive if there are tourism object development activities in Abubu Country.Maluku merupakan wilayah yang disebut daerah seribu pulau, memiliki potensi sumber daya alam yang melimpah dan menjadi objek dan daya tarik ekowisata. Salah satu kawasan yang menjadi destinasi wisata di Kabupaten Maluku Tengah adalah pulau Nusalaut. Namun destinasi wisata objek wisata di negeri abubu pulau nusalaut belum sepenuhnya dikembangkan dan di ketahui oleh para wisatawan dan di promosikan secara luas, di berbagai media. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: mengetahui persepsi masyarakat terhadap objek wisata di negeri abubu kabupaten Maluku tengah dan mengidentifikasi faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi masyarakat, di negeri abubu pulau nusalaut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purpovise sempling yaitu suatu metode pengumpulan data dengan memilih responden yang terlibat dalam kegiatan wisata. This study have a purpose to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on company performance and the influence of company internal resources on company performance. This study uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale. Entrepreneurship orientation has no significant effect on company performance, especially SME furniture with a T-value (0.113) and P-value (0.910). Internal Resources have a significant effect on company performance, especially SME furniture with a T-value (2.174) and P-value (0.030)Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) adalah sebuah bagian penting dari kedaan ekonomi yang ada di Indonesia. Memiliki berbagai jenis, dari kuliner, fashion, pendidikan, bahkan produk kreatif. Produk kreatif ini salah satunya adalah UKM furniture yang menggunakan kayu maupun rotan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja perusahaan serta pengaruh sumber daya internal perusahaan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. The research method used is a survey method with a qualitative descriptive approach. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling, which was divided into two observation stations by observing and interviewing the community. Observations were made on the characteristic conditions of the beach using several parameters related to the suitability of beach tourism. The analytical method used is the analysis of the tourism suitability index (IKW). The results showed that the indeks of suitability of beach tourism on Pombo Island, at two observation stations, station 1 and station 2, that is \"Very suitable\" category for beach tourism, because it has a tourism suitability index (IKW) of more than 80%. with the following details, is the IKW at station 1 is 88.10% and the IKW at station 2 is 95.24%. Thus it can be concluded that the beaches of Pombo Island can be very suitable for beach tourism activities.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kesesuaian kawasan pantai untuk kegiatan ekowisata pantai di Pulau Pombo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan diskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, yang terbagi menjadi dua stasiun pengamatan, dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara dengan masyarakat. Pengamatan dilakukan terhadap kondisi karakteristik pantai menggunakan beberapa parameter yang berhubungan dengan kesesuaian wisata pantai. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis indeks kesesuaian wisata (IKW). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan indeks kesesuaian wisata pantai di pulau pombo, pada dua stasiun pengamatan yaitu stasiun 1 dan stasiun 2 termasuk dalam kategori “Sangat sesuai” untuk wisata pantai karena memiliki indeks kesesuaian wisata (IKW) lebih dari 80 % dengan rincian sebagai berikut yaitu IKW pada stasiun 1 adalah 88,10 % dan IKW pada stasiun 2 adalah 95,24 %. This study aims to analyze the species of flora and fauna that are protected by the Meratus Dayak community. The research location is in the village of Hinas Kiri, South Hulu Sungai Regency, South Kalimantan. The research method was carried out by semi-structured interviews with several selected informants. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and presented in narrative and tabular form. The results showed that there were 8 species of flora protected by adat, namely Agathis dammara, Aquilaria malaccensis, Ficus benjamina, Dipterocarpus retusus, Baccaurea macrocarpa, Eusideroxylon zwageri, Nephelium mutabile and Eurycoma longifolia and 14 species of flora protected by adat, namely proboscis Nasalis larvatus, Lutra lutra, Ursus arctos, Varanus salvator, Pteridophora alberti, Anorrhinus galeritus, Tragulus kanchil, Muntiacus atherodes, Nycticebus menagensis, Trachypithecus auratus, Panthera javanicus, Tragulus javanicus, Manis javanica, and Hylobates albibarbis. This result is that the Meratus Dayak community has conservation flora and fauna through applicable customary regulations.Masyarakat Dayak Pegunungan meratus meyakini bahwa hutan dan tanah adat mampu memberikan penghidupan yang baik bagi mereka, sehingga aturan adat memberikan perlindungan terhadap komponen hutan berupa flora dan fauna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis jenis-jenis flora dan fauna yang dilindungi oleh masyarakat Dayak Meratus. Lokasi penelitian berada di desa Hinas Kiri Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Selatan Kalimantan Selatan. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan metode wawancara semi terstruktur terhadap beberapa informan terpilih. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan disajikan dalam bentuk naratif dan tabulatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 8 jenis flora yang dilindungi oleh adat yaitu damar (Agathis dammara), gaharu (Aquilaria malaccensis), kariwaya (Ficus benjamina), keruing (Dipterocarpus retusus) kapul (Baccaurea macrocarpa), ulin (Eusideroxylon zwageri), kapulasan (Nephelium mutabile) dan pasak bumi (Eurycoma longifolia) dan terdapat 14 jenis fauna yang dilindungi oleh adat yaitu bekantan (Nasalis larvatus), berang-berang (Lutra lutra), beruang (Ursus arctos), biawak (Varanus salvator), burung bainah (Pteridophora alberti), burung enggang (Anorrhinus galeritus), kancil (Tragulus kanchil), kijang (Muntiacus atherodes), kukang (Nycticebus menagensis), lutung (Trachypithecus auratus), macan (Panthera javanicus), pelanduk (Tragulus javanicus), trenggiling (Manis javanica) dan uwa-uwa (Hylobates albibarbis). This Exploitation Factor is a comparison between the part of the rod that is utilized and the part of the stem that is expected to be utilized. This study aims to analyze the value of production forest exploitation factors and log volumes on different marbles in PT. Sinergi Hutan Sejati of Central Kalimantan, This Exploitation Factor Analysis is based on the degree of marbles where there are four levels of marbles, the first is sloping, flat, rather steep and steep. The Exploitation Factor is very influential on the production of a timber company (HPH), which if the Exploitation Factor increases, it will affect the annual production ration (JPT). The results obtained in the Forest Exploitation Factor Analysis on different marbles at IUPHHK-HA PT. Sinergi Hutan Sejati in each of the consecutive marbles from flat (0-8 %), gentle (8-15 %), rather steep (15-25 %), and steep (25-45 %) is 0.89, 0.89, 084, and 0.85. In general, the value of the Exploitation Factor is 0.87, this value is still above what was set by the government, which is 0.7.Faktor eksploitasi merupakan perbandingan antara banyaknya produksi kayu yang dihasilkan dari suatu areal hutan dengan potensi kayu dan dimasukkan dalam penentuan target produksi Kinerja HPH salah satunya dapat diukur dari nilai Faktor Ekploitasi. Faktor Eksploitasi ini merupakan perbandingan antara bagian batang yang dimanfaatkan dengan bagian batang yang diharapkan dapat dimanfaatkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai faktor eksploitasi hutan produksi dan volume log pada kelerengan yang berbeda di PT. Sinergi Hutan Sejati Kalimantan Tengah, Analisis Faktor Eksploitasi ini berdasarkan tingkat kelerengan yang mana ada empat tingkat kelerengan yang pertama landai, datar, agak curam dan curam. Faktor Eksploitasi sangat berpengaruh besar terhadap produksi suatu perusahaan kayu (HPH), yang mana bila Faktor Eksploitasi meningkat akan berpengaruh terhadap jatah produksi tahunan (JPT). Hasil yang diperoleh pada Analisis Faktor Eksploitasi hutan pada kelerengan yang berbeda di IUPHHK-HA PT. Sinergi Hutan Sejati pada masing – masing kelerengan berturut-turut dari datar (0-8%), landai (8-15%), agak curam (15-25%), dan curam (25-45%) adalah 0,89, 0,89, 084, dan 0,85. This study used a completely randomized factorial design with the standard SNI 03-2105-2006. The quality of organic pots, the physical properties of water content, only treatment A1B1 met the standard with a water content of 13.36%, while for treatment A1B2 (18.58%), A2B1 (14.16%), A2B2 (18.71%), A3B1 (15.89%) and A3B2 (21.96%) did not meet the standard with a maximum score of 14%. The density values obtained were for A1B1 (0.36 g/cm3), A1B2 (0.39 g/cm3), A2B1 (0.35 g/cm3), A2B2 (0.37 g/cm3), A3B1 (0.33 g/cm3), and A3B2 (0.36 g/cm3) did not meet the standard with a value of 0.4 to 0.9 g/cm3. The mechanical properties of fracture toughness (MoR) values obtained in the treatments A1B1 (0.14 kgf/cm2), A1B2 (5.96 kgf/cm2), A2B1 (0.31 kgf/cm2), A2B2 (8.30 kgf/cm2), A3B1 (0.62 kgf/cm2), and A3B2 (11.90 kgf/cm2) did not meet the standard of 82 kgf/cm2. The value of flexural strength (MoE) obtained in the treatments A1B1 (24.10 kgf/cm2), A1B2 (194.94 kgf/cm2), A2B1 (35.07 kgf/cm2), A2B2 (231.70 kgf/cm2), A3B1 (54.59 kgf/cm2), and A3B2 (273.03 kgf/cm2) do not meet the standard of 20,400 kgf/cm2.Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis sifat fisika (kadar air dan kerapatan) dan sifat mekanika (Modulus of Elasticity dan Modulus of Rupture) pot organik dari campuran limbah kulit kayu Galam, tandan kosong Kelapa Sawit, sekam padi dan pupuk organik dengan pemberian perekat dan tanpa perekat. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap Faktorial dengan standar SNI 03-2105-2006. Kualitas pot organik sifat fisika kadar air hanya perlakuan A1B1 yang memenuhi standar dengan kadar air sebesar 13,36%, Sedangkan untuk perlakuan A1B2 (18,58%), A2B1 (14,16%), A2B2 (18,71%), A3B1 (15,89%) dan A3B2 (21,96%) tidak memenuhi standar dengan nilai maksimal sebesar 14%. Nilai kerapatan yang didapatkan untuk A1B1 (0,36 g/cm3), A1B2 (0,39 g/cm3), A2B1 (0,35 g/cm3), A2B2 (0,37 g/cm3), A3B1 (0,33 g/cm3), dan A3B2 (0,36 g/cm3) tidak memenuhi standar dengan nilai 0,4 sampai 0,9 g/cm3.
