Internet as an advertising medium is to ease dissemination of information, help wider market, and empower access for sconsumers. The aim of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of online advertising assessment on attitudes toward online advertising. the feeling of online advertising on attitudes toward online advertising, attitudes toward online advertising on attitudes toward the brands, and attitudes toward brands to purchase intentions. The method of this research is using a quantitive approach, with a type of causal research. The data used in this research is primary data. The analysis technique that was used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The result showed that Judgment of Online Advertisements has no significant positive effect on attitudes towards online advertising (T-Statistic 0.814 and Sig 0.416). Feeling of Online Advertising has a significant positive effect on attitudes towards online advertising (T-Statistic 3.369 with Sig 0.000). Attitudes towards Online Advertising has a significant positive effect on attitudes towards brand (T-Statistic 3.369 with Sig. 0.001). This study proposes the Neural Fuzzy System (NFS) as a method to predict the rate of inflation in Indonesia. To improve the accuracy, the weight at this stage of Neural Network to be determined correctly. So, this research using Genetic Algorithms to determine the best weights in the training process. This weight can be used to obtained output thorough testing process. Then, it can be processed again in the next step using FIS Sugeno until obtained the end forecasting result. To increase more accurate forecasting results, the establishment of fuzzy rules must be specified correctly. It takes a novelty that minimizes the number of fuzzy rules by dividing the initial parameter into the two (positive and negative) on stage Neural Network. So, the fuzzy rules generated less. To measure the accuracy of the system used the RMSE technique. In this study, we investigated the spectral signature of plant tissue characteristics to determine appropriate bands for palm oil monitoring. Neural Networks have been widely used in research on the classification of finger movements using EMG. The study of a classification system generally still works on a limited number of movements, even though the human body, especially fingers, has a nearly unlimited combination of movements to help do daily activities. To overcome this, a proportional control system is needed. In its recent development, research on myoelectric control using EMG devices is still in a laboratory environment. Hence, the results obtained in a clinical setting are often different. However, along with technological developments, the emergence of affordable and wearable commercial EMG devices such as Myo Armband, has encouraged this study to develop control systems of prosthetic fingers using regression. One of many options available is neural networks that have been widely used in various fields. The aerial photo in question is a small format aerial photo using a camera. The image produced from aerial photographs is still fragmented into separate parts. Therefore, it is necessary to merge each sequential image. Merging is done by detecting the mapping of the area by sewing each image based on the point of similarity in pixels. The method applied with the search for similar features uses the Speeded Up Robust Features (SURF). The results obtained to see the level of similarity in the feature mapping area so that the merger into one detected area does not require a long time. The SURF method is applied, giving the results of the number of images that correspond to the Minimum Mean Square Error (MSE) level of 0.0246.
